Found this little “gem” while in Jackson heights. Mind you I live 1.5 hours away in Connecticut. Sam was able to accommodate me in picking the stone and a different band then it’s original stone. Work was completed before the promised time, not to mention the great price I received. Will definitely be back for custom jewelry.

I drive anywhere from 45min to an hour and a half to come and get jewelry at this business. Sam(the jewler) is awesome...his selection is vast and all good quality. If you don't see an item, he can get it for you and if he can't, he will get it made. He has also a great "gently worn" selection.

I went to Jewelers Emporium after inquiring if they did services on mechanical watches. I stopped by and told the gentleman about my watch and the issue I had with it. Overall, I received great service over here. I got a call from them asking if I would like to get the watch repaired and they even told me the price over the phone. Not only that I was not charged an inspection fee! It took only a week until I got the call saying my watch was ready. I am very satisfied with the end result. My watch is running perfectly and after hearing they accommodate other services like dial restorations and such. It only solidified my chances of coming back here again. My Lord-Elgin Aquamaster can finally be worn at last. I am looking very forward to coming back here again!

I needed the batteries changed for 2 designer watches. They were very efficient and honest. Replacement batteries are of high quality Swiss made. I’m grateful I found this in a google search while in the neighborhood. I highly recommend. They also have beautiful selections of jewelry I was very tempted with a pair of diamond and ruby earrings. What a charming store! I found the most equisite earings for my wife that I've ever seen. The craftsmanship, styling and detail are exceptional. I saw many other pieces equally impressive, from necklaces, watches, to rings, even rosaries. Sam and his assitant are seasoned professionals who have been in the Jackson Heights neighborhood for 30 years. They are friendly, informative and relaxed. There were no gimmicks, no high-pressure sales tactics. The experience was wonderful! Oh, and by the way, the prices are very reasonable.

I found this store on Google Maps after searching for a place that did watch battery replacement. They quoted a very reasonable price for my 2 quartz watches, worked quickly while I waited, and accepted credit card payment. They explained that my watches had cheap batteries inside, which they replaced with Swiss-made Renata batteries that have no mercury. I appreciate the great service and will continue to support this local store for my jewelry and watch needs.

Twice I've taken jewelry here to be repaired and twice my experience has been flawless. They tell me how they're going to fix it and how much it will cost upfront. Then they tell me when it'll be ready and both times it was ready early. The prices are reasonable. (I thought this last repair was downright cheap.) And I have had nothing but lovely, mutually respectful interactions with all employees.

The prices were very reasonable in addition to that I wanted to alter the color of the pendant to white gold. They took care of it a that same moment. My experience with them was amazing. You are greeted with a smile when you come in, and you leave the store with a smile. I originally came in to get a Claddagh ring for my fiance. Unfortunately, they had already sold it, and they explained why they never re-ordered. I decided to stay and look because even when they didn't have the ring, the young lady took the time to show me other rings. Usually, other stores would say they don't have it and walk away. She, on the other hand, wanted to at least show me what they had available. I decided to look at the watches they had and a gentleman help me as well. The young lady was good at observing my interest because she immediately pointed out that I wanted a watch with a leather band. This helped deduct it to a couple of watches, and then I found this beautiful Giorgio Milano watch. I felt super happy with the purchase and excited to give my fiance his gift. I didn't feel rushed and I definitely felt that they made my mission their mission as well. Thank you for your help! His jaw dropped when he saw it, and he loves it. I will definitely come back again.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I came here on valentine's day to get a custom band with an engraving. I needed it the day of for my significant other. I inquired for a silver band for me in a size 9.5 . The ring I liked needed to be adjusted and engraved. I was told to come back within two hours, which I did and it was ready. HERE WAS THE MOST AMAZING PART. The staff was so polite, professional and made me feel comfortable. I was allowed to bring my dog who is a Pitbull inside, due to me refusing to leave him outside. They understood and welcomed him. Despite him being 120 pounds , my pitbull was loved. I will be coming back. Also the prices are great 😊
