I visited the Diamond District and Frost Jewler’s in NYC to place my order in person. I recommend doing this because it allowed me rob make sure I picked out the size I wanted. They were really friendly to me and my uncle. The product arrived after a couple weeks and it looks amazing. I love the way the light hits the diamonds! I felt secure in my purchase knowing I was getting a direct to consumer product that cut out markups from a middle man jeweler. The ability to upgrade in the future I think makes Frost unique because my pieces can grow with me.

Nice! Solid 14K Curb Cuban. 24’. I just bought a 24’ 14K solid Miami Cuban Link from them as well. Both have been tested and appraised. In the pic below from the X-Ray of testing the elements in the chain the following abbreviations and their meaning: Au or Latin word Aurum. = Pure Gold Cu element = Copper. Zn element = Zinc Ag element = Silver.

4 stars for recovery and guest experience. Originally ordered a Franco bracelet that came incorrect without diamond cut. Also it looked tiny for almost spending 1k. Upon receiving reached out to support and was assisted by Gianna who was AMAZING. Super helpful, assisted me with returning as well as increasing the length and mm of the original purchase. All in all spent 1.3k on a bracelet which my boyfriend ended up loving. Quality was beautiful as was the product. Didn’t give 5 stars due to the second support rep Mirna who didn’t seem to want to help in regards to the return package and send out of my second bracelet and just generally didn’t seem to care. Night and day difference from Gianna who from chat texting and phone call was just wonderful to speak with and gained a return client despite the initial hiccup! Thank you for making my boyfriends birthday and first Father’s Day extra special!

I need to update my review of Frost NYC. I posted a negative review about the a Rolex watch that I had purchased for my wife. It had stopped working so I took it to a certified Rolex dealer to send to Rolex to have it repaired. They would not repair or service the watch and sent it back explaining that because the crown, bezel, and face were customized, and not genuine from the Rolex factory, Rolex said it was not "Genuine" and would be returning the watch. Naturally I was not happy with the "Not Genuine" comment. I then posted a negative review that the watch was not Genuine and for buyer to beware. After my negative post I was contacted by Frost NYC and they explained that the crown, bezel and face were indeed custom but the inner workings and mechanicals of the watch were Genuine Rolex. They then reminded me it had a 5 year warranty and would happily repair the watch. They sent me a label to return the watch, which I did. They promptly repaired the watch and sent it back. So as a buyer you just need to know the watches with the diamond bezels and faces are customized pieces in the eyes of the almighty Rolex Company, and they will not work on them, but they are in fact Genuine Rolex Timepieces. Thank you Frost NYC for repairing the watch and the explaining the customization and how Rolex feels about that. I am now a satisfied customer and happy with both my purchase and Frost NYC.

I didn't have an actual picture but a laminated photo from the funeral obituary. Frost was great to work with. I bought 2 custom rolex's the week before Christmas and they made everything happen ASAP. If you're looking for Rolex timepieces, I highly suggest Frost. I would consider ordering through their online chat on the website, as I was able to speak directly with an expert. Jessica actually texted me pictures of the watches and made sure they shipped them quickly so they would arrive before xmas. They came with New York Gemological Institute appraisals so you know exactly what you're getting. They also came in the original Rolex box. I wasn't sure at first because there aren't a lot of reviews on Frost's Rolex's online, but I will be ordering again from them again 100%.

I’ve asked for an appraisal three times now for an order, which was supposed to originally come when the item arrived. Customer service isn’t the best, the first time they apparently didn’t submit my request for the appraisal. The necklace is nice that I ordered, other than the clasp being extremely small. I’m just not happy with this order and customer service, especially being my first time ordering from them, waiting on the appraisal as I spent decent money on this and would obviously like an appraisal on the jewelry. Update: 8/4/22 I did finally receive the appraisal I asked for after 3 times of asking. Considering the prices for this jewelry, they should be a little more on top of appraisal request from their customers as you’re not just purchasing cheap costume jewelry.

I ordered a very expensive Rolex on December 7th, It took 12 days to receive it. If you order something and don't want to be disappointed like me, check exactly when it will ship. I saw 3-5 day shipping and was told twice different shipping dates that never happened. I got it today, Love it and am now satisfied.

So I would like to start out by saying that I am an avid shopper at Frost NYC, and for me, they have become my primary jeweler. She is very diligent in the work that she provides to her potential customers she stays on top of every little detail to make sure that you don’t miss out on anything, and that was important for me as this was to be my very first time participating in designing my own jewelry I had decided that I was ready to level up on some of my yellow gold but I had a specific pendant in mind I am an avid collector of AF1s and air, Jordan Nike tennis shoes, so with Luci help, we began the design process. I was determined to have a beautiful solid, 14 karat gold, diamond encrusted copy of the AF1 and after a couple of designs, and with a lot of help from Luci I am proud to say that we came out with a bangin piece so to any potential customers out there who take the time to read my story here’s my advice. Call Frost NYC today ask for Luci and with a little bit of patience, U2 can design a piece of jewelry that will become an heirloom. The company allowed me to upgrade the necklace even though it was not within the price range to upgrade it was less. I’m reading about fake gold and some scary reviews. This is not my experience, but I’m also not going to weigh the new necklace for gram weight, and I just have a hard time believing the chain and name plate are not real gold, and the diamonds are also not real. The original name plate was smaller then I thought it would be but I didn’t see any quality flaws. I’ll post on my new necklace it’s coming next week, but I have had a positive experience with Lana.

Madelyn and Lucy went out of their way for me, I ordered a beautiful diamond name plate for my daughter and it was absolutely perfect. It was a custom piece so it took about 3 weeks but these two ladies went above and beyond to ensure it was received before her birthday. I can not say enough about this establishment, superior customer service, quality craftsmanship and the attention to detail was impeccable. Purchased a Rolex from here. The band was very small and I had to request links be sent to me twice due to wrong links being sent. Eventually they had me send the watch back and are currently adding the correct links themselves and sending it back to me to ensure it is correct. The customer service here is top notch, they really want to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied. Aside from the long wait to be able to enjoy my watch, I am pleased with the purchase and customer service.

Frost NYC and I had a complex issue (fraud on my credit card) that was solved amicably through a tracked return and a refund. It took a while (not their fault) and I was really nervous about how it was all going to play out, but once they received the funds from my credit card company they called me and began the refund process. Every time I asked when it was going to be shipped out, they kept coming up with different excuses as to why they couldn’t ship it out and kept saying “ next week.” Also, customer service sucks, I was talking to one of the reps via online chat, not only did she ignore my messages but she closed out the chat when I told them that I wanted a refund if they weren’t going to ship out my stuff. If I could post all the screenshots of the chat on here I would just to show everyone how unprofessional these people are.

I initially purchased a necklace with a picture pendant in mid june, I did recieve the items in time to give to my husband for his birthday. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the product and so was he. Unfortunately the size necklace ended up being too small for him . I called them to see if an exchange could be made going up size from 24 to 26 inch. I was told this would not b a problem at all, and there would not b a charge. Just follow the email that they were sending with all return instructions for the one I received. So I did that and shipped it back on july 3 rd. So I started calling after a couple weeks to inquire about the product that I still did not receive every week. Each time I called I was told it's ready we just have a back log of shipping out items, manager is never available to talk to, things r being delayed because of construction, managers dont work fridays. Literally different story every call! I told the lady Lynn last week about my situation last week and she is the first person I spoke to that seemed to actually care after I was at this point crying because this was a very traumatic event considering this was a pendant of a family member that passed.. She said to call today and I did and not to my suprise now I cant reach anyone in the store. So at this point it looks to me that I'm being robbed , they have in their possession my necklace that was paid for and sent back and I do not have the replacement as I was promised. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. I'm making a revision to my post....... After I spoke to Arthur the jeweler himself, he offered his deepest apologies on how I was treated as a customer and upgraded my necklace for no charge. He had it sent to me in two days. I'm very pleased to have finally received the item . They did the right thing in making up for the inconvenience of this stressful situation. I will issue 4 stars now just because the experience was not perfect... but rectified to my satisfaction. I will buy jewelry from Frost NYC again.

So after reading a ton of good reviews I decided to give them a try. Knowing the price of gold helped me out too so I didn't feel cheated. This was my first purchase with them so I was nervous as hell!! I bought a 26in, 10k, 10mm Miami Cuban link chain for right at $6,000. Pictures online did it no justice, it was bigger than I expected and thick!! I was nervous for a few days cause they didn't send me a "Shipped" status so I emailed and called the woman named Izzy and she stated that they were hand made and I would receive it in a few days. It's took a total of 6 days to get it and it was very well packaged and came with a lifetime warranty!! Took it to my local jeweler to have it tested to be sure and yup.... it checked out!! They wanted to buy it from me!! Lol!! Only thing wrong is that it's supposed to be 189 grams and it's 188, but being hand made I'm sure it's hard to get them just right. I will definitely do business with them again!!

So many great things to say lol and I haven’t even gotten my necklace yet. First, I’ve been looking for an iced out cuban link for almost 2 years and with COVID, going out and looking has been an option for me. I decided to try Google and found Frost NYC. I saw they offered hollow gold and solid gold so I knew this is where I wanted to be. I haven’t worn jewelry since the 90’s when I had my herringbone nameplate set. So, I emailed them to ask a few questions and their response time was on point - she responded within minutes to my email. I ended up ordering online as what I wanted was right there. I knew I wanted a choker so I measured my neck and ordered the length that I thought I needed, and it was a quick and easy process. Then, something told me to do a second measurement, and I realize I needed an extra 2 inches LOL but I’d I had already made my order so I said dang it’s a little too late to change things now. I was going to go online and make a new order and spend money again but the chat popped up on my second visit, so I talked with the representative and I was able to make the change and pay the difference for the extra two inches without having to make a completely new order. First order was placed on May 3rd. Received on May 8th. I requested an exchange the same day via email (I ordered the wrong item). Jayla replied immediately. I replied to her and from there communication stopped. I sent emails asking about returning the original product and the payment due for the upgrade and did not receive a response until I called them on May 20th. Whoever answered the phone fixed my issue immediately and apologized- thank you! But then I didn't hear anything again until I called back on May 28th (I saw they had received my return a few days prior). A week later (June 5th) I had my product. I am happy with my item, but the open box clasp was stuck and took me about an hour to try to get it open. I would not recommend this company solely based on their online customer service. I suggest a better notification system to notify what stage the product is in for each order. Maybe automated emails? Not cool to take $1700 and then not respond or even have the decency to let me get some kind of notification as to what's going on with my order. And I completely understand if delays are because of Covid-19, but you should do better with communicating that. Edit July 18th 2020- I just received an email from them stating that they would give me a $50 gift card "for my inconvenience" but in return they asked me to update my review. Here's ya update, Frost.

First I got to thank Pía and Nick Kaykov that have been extremely helpful and understand how special this custom order was to me. I have a Figaro neckless with an anchor that had a cross with Jesus on it given to me by my mother when I was 4 years old. I did my research and came to the conclusion that Frost NYC is a great jewelry company and have experience in custom jewelry. I explained my situation and told them this means a lot to me, so I need it to be perfect. I did also wanted the pendant to be a little bigger than before but still wanted a nice thickness to it. They nailed the custom pendant down to the teeth when it came to replicating my pendant that was passed down to me by my mom. Then they send me different one without to ask me ,said that they don't stock it anymore .They did offer me 20 dolars to keep it or to send it back within two week ,but I was away for two weeks,I explained it to them but stil same conditions. After all of this I have to pay tax because I live in UK. First letter show that I need to pay almost same with the chain price.After contacted everybody so many times and getting mad before my holiday the wrong chain arives. Back from my holiday found a letter from the tax office asking me to pay half price of the chain. Now i have to pay more and keep the wrong chain.😔Very disapointed,I didn't expect this after readig all good reviews. Finally they have been very kind and offered me 100 dolars to keep the chain or to send it back without to pay the return postage.For this I have to increase the stars to four! Happy at the end!😃

Had a very positive experience here. I showed up at their location not knowing you need an appointment. Luckily they had no other appointments that hour and were willing to see me. I don't remember the name of the man helping me. He was a middle aged Jewish guy. He treated me with the upmost respect. Despite me looking a little rugged (coming from work) he did not make me feel any type of negative way. He seemed really genuine in helping me find what I really want and not just trying to sell anything. He didn't mind me being a little indecisive and didn't mind showing me the same peices over and over and price checking. In the end I wound up spending about 500 more than I originally intended. The prices were just so good I felt like I was going to miss out If I didn't take it now. I strongly recommend this location for a judgement free and unbiased experience. But remember that you have to make an appointment first.
