I wanted to buy my mom a nice piece of jewelry for her birthday, and went to Lee Michaels. I was helped by Blake, and he was attentive, took care to understand my Mom’s style and the kind of jewelry she is able to wear, and helped me to find a pair of Pearl earrings and necklace which were nicer than I thought I could purchase with my budget. He also provided chocolate and water while he wrapped my purchases. I know she’s going to love them! I’ll be going back to Blake first for any jewelry I need, and will recommend him to anyone going to Lee Michaels. First class experience!

Today was my first time in Lee Michaels in well over a decade. The new store is stunning! The team, including security, greeted me with smiles and morning salutations. Thankfully, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted because the store was full of beautiful, sparkly baubles! David welcomed me and provided his assistance. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he led me directly there. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. I look forward to returning for my next purchase. I scouted a few items while he was wrapping up my item. I truly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend Lee Michaels for their quality selection and courteous, knowledgeable staff.

I went to Lee Michael’s to upgrade my wedding set and Mr Ray Moss was not only helpful but he was also extremely honest with me about everything! I was undecided between 2 rings, 1 was a set emerald cut and the other was an inset emerald cut diamond that we found the perfect setting for placement! I had to have my ring sized down to a 4 and instead of selling me the already set ring that was more expensive he noticed that it may be better for me to purchase the unset diamond and have it set so that the sizing would not compromise the integrity of my ring! He excused himself and went speak with his jeweler and sure enough the jeweler advised the same! So instead of making more money off of me, they sold me the one that was unset so that I could enjoy my ring for the rest of my life and not have to worry about anything! I went there after almost spending in upwards of $20,000 on an emerald cut ring of much less clarity that an employee of another chain store was trying to sell me! Mr Ray made sure I got the best quality diamond in the perfect setting that I would love and wasn’t going to be like anyone else’s without trying to make more money on me! Another amazing thing is that the jeweler, Chip, is going to have it set, sized and ready for me by tomorrow night!! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry again! Lee Michael’s and the staff there have earned my business for life!! Very classy and really love what they do and will always be honest! Thank you Mr Ray, Chip and Lee Michael’s for making this girl the happiest on earth!! Can’t wait to do business with y’all again!!

An outstanding buying experience and if you looking for that hard to find item Christina is the person to see. Excellent service and able to help me find a unicorn of a Rolex. If you looking for that hard to find Rolex, ask for Christina and you won’t be disappointed. I was trying to find a stainless steel Rolex sports watch for the last year and within a week I was getting a call telling me they had one of the ones I was looking for and I had the watch within the hour. Other retailers in area wanted to know where I got the James Cameron Deepsea Sea-Dweller because they had not even received one in their store in 2019. Lee Michael’s will not disappoint and I will be back soon for my next purchase.
