She made sure we both were satisfied and got the best rings possible for the best price possible and made certain my soon to be wife loved everything about her ring. She wasn’t too pushy or forward and educated us on the varieties of options we could have without being condescending or patronizing. Even though we are locals, we had never been here before. The store is impressively large and beautiful, first of all. Police officer on site, the whole shebang. We were instantly greeted by someone who immediately offered us a drink (I had champagne) and introduced us to our salesperson, Adi. Let me preface this by saying that I have frequented jewelry stores for the last 20+ years, I am well-educated on diamonds and believe that most jewelry stores are significantly overpriced for what you get. This is why I tend to buy diamonds online and have for years. I have owned diamonds of several different cuts. I was somewhat surprised that there weren’t any rings set with real diamonds. Adi explained that they have put CZ’s in the various vendors’ (Verragio, etc) settings. That was fine since we were not in the market to buy a diamond. I was looking for a wedding band to stack with my current set. I wanted an art deco style, and they had many to choose from. Adi suggested one to me that I hadn’t even noticed that he said perfectly complimented my ring. We ended up buying it. Attached is the photo. It is 14K white gold, and there are diamonds on the top half and solid white gold on the other half. I was impressed how substantial and thick the solid white gold part is. I have seen many cheap rings at other places that are made of extremely thin gold on the underside of the band. I louped it and it says in tiny letters inside the band Diamonds Direct. I was extremely impressed that they offer free replacement of an accent stone should it fall out, free repairs, free sizing, free cleaning for life. I don’t know any other jeweler who does this. I felt we paid a reasonable price for the item we bought. Just before we left, I noticed they carry the Uneek setting line. I love this brand because it is the brand of my engagement ring. Adi showed us a beautiful Uneek setting, and in the future I may be back to look at pear shaped diamonds to set in it. I cannot comment on loose diamonds or diamond prices since I did not buy a loose diamond, but I am confident that they have a wide variety of diamond colors grades and shapes to suit any budget, based on the prices I’ve seen online. Adi said he would text me when the Uneek trunk show comes to the store in the future as well. Also, we were given free jewelry cleaner to use at home. Very impressed with that. We will be back!

She sat with us over multiple design sessions and when my fiancé said she wanted a Padparadscha, Anna got with the National Sapphire Company in NYC to deliver us several specimens MULTIPLE times. We told Anna we are geologists and she let my fiancé look through the microscope and look at the spec charts so she could choose her perfect stone. There was never any hassle, headache, or complications. She made everything we wanted happen and did so making everything simple and easy for us. Me and my fiancé traveled here from Alabama and it was worth the trip. We were catered to and the whole experience was just fantastic! From the beginning till the end. We were served wine and drinks. They were doing a great job in being safe. We had mask on and there were sanitizer throughout the store! They also give out complimentary mask and travel size sanitizer! There's also a play room for your kids to keep them entertained! Our expert Sasha was very detailed in explaining the quality of diamonds and took the time to show us different options! It took about a month and We were traveling to Birmingham and Sasha took the Time to overnight my ring so I could see my ring!!! And when we picked up our ring I was just so wow ! I could not have asked for a better experience shopping for an engagement ring! It was all thanks to Sasha! She went way above and beyond and found the most gorgeous diamond for my center stone.
