I was really excited to go to the store while on a trip to Nashville. Overall, my experience was ok. The store was naturally crowded, but I felt that the layout accommodated everyone. The store associates were extremely nice and helpful and the store was clean. I did not like any of the jewelry, though. Almost everything was gold and did not look like their price. I unexpectedly ended up buying candles. They’re some of the best candles I’ve ever bought, I will be ordering more.

Purchased a winter mystery box and I am so happy with it! Amazing packaging and a beautiful necklace received. I’m in the UK and shipping was so fast. First time in Nashville & made my way to Uncommon James because I had my eye on a multi-colored gemstone ring I saw on the website. My husband & I were the 1st customers in the store & were instantly greeted by a super nice & welcoming employee who’s worked there for 4 years. She helped me locate the ring I had seen on the website, offered other ring size options, & made my shopping experience wonderful! Ended up buying the ring & a pair of gold girl boss earrings too! Would’ve loved to have bought some rose gold jewelry pieces, but per the recommendation of the awesome employee who helped me today, I’ll see if I can find a piece or two on the website! Beautiful store & worth a visit if you’re in town. I’ll definitely be back!

We love the show Very Cavallari and were excited to be able to stop into the Uncommon James store during our visit to Nashville. The store is really nicely done, the jewellery is very stylish and well priced and even the kids clothes were super cute. We found the staff very helpful and they mentioned a promo to get a free candle, which proved to be one of our favourite things (we’ve used it countless times). My wife loves her earrings and necklace and wears them often. Also Kristin’s G wagon was there that day, so it added to the excitement. We hope the best for her business. We’ll be sure to stop by again when next in town.

Staff was fantastic!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee and asked if I had been there before. She explained how the store worked. Set up is very clean and welcoming. Love that you can see different jewellery paired together and try it all on. Styles were amazing, but slightly overpriced I felt. However I still bought 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings. Packaging is super adorable too.

I was excited to come check out this store when I was visiting Nashville. The parking was limited but if you wish for “princess parking” then I’m sure you’ll find a good parking spot! Works every time. On another note the store was smaller than I was expecting but I think it’s a great space and decorated well. Not a lot to pick from in merchandise- kind of reminds me of a show room but it’s a nice experience. It’s a little bare. I recommend a giant jewelry wall..... It was Saturday and busy but not too busy. The jewelry is well priced and affordable. I would recommend going and checking it out! The employees were also really nice and they all said hi right away. Love the wing illustration wall, great idea!

The walk from The Moxy Hotel and to Uncommon James was super far. I would recommend getting a Uber there or driving there if you have your own vehicle. The store was beautiful and clean. The staff was super helpful and answered all my questions! I bought a beautiful necklace from here and the quality so far seems really good. No discoloring or anything. The pricing isnt horrible as well. Very affordable and chic store!

I have never been to the store (bucket list item, for sure!), but I have ordered online MULTIPLE times. I am so in love with the UJ jewelry and now own 7 items (and counting, 3 more on the way!). My ears are extremely sensitive, and I have yet to experience any discomfort when wearing any of the earrings. I receive so many compliments whenever I wear the jewelry (which is everyday), and never want to take them off! If you're looking for delicate, dainty, beautiful jewelry that makes a statement, I highly recommend ordering now. Items do sell out quickly, but the wait is well worth it!

If you have never tried @uncommonjames jewelry I HIGHLY recommend that you do! I ordered the cute pair of earrings on the left, the Cupid and got the pair on the right Little Flirt as a surprise from them just for supporting the company! What an amazing thing to do!!! Companies don’t do things like that and for them to be so thankful was honestly very touching! I will for sure continue to shop with them not only for the jewelry but for the company behind it!!! I was in the store yesterday and it’s very nice!! Simple elegant. And I couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices were. I found a necklace and charm that was perfect for my oldest daughter. And I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I realize I’m not your traditional customer, but a customer nonetheless. If that necklace hadn’t been perfect I probably would have just left. Very similar prices to Kendra Scott but as far as the store front is concerned, I’ll look online. The gulch is one of my favorite places in Nashville and they do have FREE parking if you’re lucky to score some.

Purchased a pair of earrings online for the first time. I got Rhapsody in gold, they are absolutely stunning! First the shipping was swift and the packaging is super cute. I love the soft white pouch the earrings came in. The earrings were light in weight, I couldn’t feel them on. The back fits very snug so you won’t lose it. I have very sensitive ears and I was able to wear these all day without irritating them. Definitely will be purchasing more stuff or having this store on my Christmas list for my hubby to get me something! Can’t go wrong everything is beautiful.

I love Uncommon James jewelry! I have ordered the Ready to Mingle necklace, Baby V necklace, and two pairs of earrings in the past two years. For my most recent order, I ordered a pair of earrings (huggies) and they accidentally sent me the normal size of those earrings. I contacted them right away and they immediately sent me the correct pair, and let me keep the wrong pair I received. That is very excellent customer service! Great work to the Uncommon James team.

I ordered four necklaces for my bridesmaids to wear at my wedding. I paid over two hundred dollars and when I received my package in the mail...there was only one necklace. Super disappointed and upset that I had to scramble for something that should have been a positive experience. Edit: I was able to get ahold of Ashley from customer service and she overnighted the three other necklaces. She was helpful and professional.

I ordered the Cupid ear jacket, and just received my order today! I'm wearing them now and they feel so light weight and very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the packaging. I could tell the employees took great care in making sure my first purchase was a great one as the shipping slip had a return form on the back. It also came with a prepaid slip just in case things didn't work out. I also loved the pouch the earrings came in so I could store them there in case I didn't have a jewelry box. I will order from Uncommon James again, and will definitely be visiting the store when I make my way back to Nashville.

Hi there! Just wanted to check in with you all and leave some feedback about the items I purchased. I absolutely love my pieces that I purchased but I will say that from my first experience( in May)to this experience, just this week, were somewhat different. The packaging from my first order was phenomenal! The way the items were boxed and the little sash bags that come with the jewelry we’re great! Makes you feel like your purchase is much appreciated and lets face it, the items are not that cheap. The packaging I received the other day, not so great. First off I ordered 6 items that were all crammed into one box. The items were so jammed in the box that the backs of a pair of the earrings were bent. Also, the bags have changed and honestly look rather cheap. Just wanted to bring this to your staffs attention. I do love uncommon James pieces but not so sure I would purchase again. Obsessed is an understatement!!! I patiently waited for the girl boss earrings in gold to come back in stock (I knew when they were back in stock right away because I signed up for the waiting list and I received an email as soon as they were available - I highly recommend!) Nashville Citrus candle smells so great I don’t think I’ll ever buy any other candle! The jewelry is hit or miss for me. I have a pair of star earrings that I love, but have bought several other pieces and the quality is not that great for the price. I had a pair of hoops (I got on sale thankfully) and they stopped clasping after a few wears and I have been underwhelmed by the quality for the price. I feel like the jewelry quality was better a few years ago when the line first launched. I like the UJ Home products though and will continue to shop the home & candle collections.

I ordered the Cupid earrings in silver and they are beautiful. The quality is excellent and since they come in three pieces, I like that I can wear them as triangle studs or the cupid style. Unfortunately I don't live close to an Uncommon James store, but wanted to try out a few pieces. So I called the Chicago store and was lucky enough to speak with Jessie. I told her I was interested in layering a few necklaces and she was extremely helpful. She listened to what I had in mind and continued to make recommendations until we achieved the perfect "look." She even gave me her mobile number so she could send me the necklace combinations to compare. In this Covid-world, there are many options for purchasing online and via phone. Purchased jewelry as a gift for my mom while i was in Nashville recently. Inspired to go there based on Kristen’s show and small business development. As a male, as soon as i saw the One by JC bracelet i was thrilled and ordered it immediately! The design is great for wearing it all day, bottle opener as screw tightener is a unique idea! I have a small wrist so it’s hard for me to find one-size bracelets that fit well but this one i love! Highly recommended!!!

I got the Crescent necklace for myself as a 31st birthday gift. The ordering process was painless, the shipment took only a few days, my interactions with the brand through email and social media were lovely and most importantly the product was gorgeous. I hate big, clunky, heavy jewelry and this brand offers simple, dainty and light pieces. I reached out to customer support and then had both items shipped to me at no cost and send a pair of earrings with a little note saying "Stay safe." I loved my earrings that I bought in September (a gold pair of GIRL BOSS and silver pair of GIRL BOSS), but they are unfortunately made cheaply. Whatever they are coated in is already chipping off and for $60 not worth it. Wish it was better quality or lower prices. The Uncommon James collection is beautiful, but not worth the money. As well, I've only worn them a few times and this has happened already. Again though, absolutely beautiful and unique pieces.

My favorite thing about Uncommon James is the character behind the jewelry. Every piece is so different from one another and so different from anything in your everyday jewelry store, keeps me coming back every time I’m in town! Everyone is always super nice and helpful in the store, but tonight was the cutest. I came in and was surprised to find such a sweet “galantines” customer appreciation setup, and then the woman who checked me out informed me that you guys make it a point to do such once a month. I never ever write reviews but I went out of my way to make sure I wrote a review because I was so happy that they replaced my boss girl earrings. I emailed the support sent a picture when the clasp broke no problem within 24 hours they have sent me a shipping confirmation with my new pair being sent. I don’t think them breaking is based on the quality cause they are very good and strong just happens every once in awhile but I’m so impressed as someone who has worked in customer service. Uncommon James is doing it right.

I purchased quite a few pieces online and love most of them. The biggest disappointment before I go into the good stuff are the “Shimmer” earrings and “Crescent” necklace - silver. The photos for “Shimmer” looked SO MUCH better than the actual item. They are not as shiny or beautiful in person as they are as advertised. As for the “Crescent” necklace, although not as disappointed, not completely satisfied either. It arrived with a small dent/scratch on it and in my opinion, looked pretty cheaply made. My favorite and most often worn pieces are the “Girl Boss” earrings (obviously) - silver and “Bullet” necklace. I am also obsessed with Hypnotize - silver. Demonbreun isn’t as big as I thought it would be but still a great piece. “Little Flirt” earrings are so cute, but just does not look good on me. I opt to wear just the triangle instead of the adding the hoop, which again is a little disappointing. I also got the “Shot In The Dark” earrings and loved how they look, but gave them away as a gift instead. I will definitely go back and get it for myself.

I am addicted to this Jewelry Line. I have purchased so many necklaces. I love the chockers (I bought 3) and I love the necklaces with earth stones. Cool coloring. I wish they would have the deer antlers necklace back, but no such luck . My one necklace did break first time I wore it, but it was replaced immediately without any issue. MY only complaint is the "restocking fee" . I had one return (earrings) b/c they simply would not stay sitting up on my tiny ears and it stinks after spending hundreds (almost 600) on 2 separate orders they could waive the restock. I wish that was taken into consideration. But otherwise as stated I am in love with her unique and beautiful pieces!

They are light weight so you don’t feel something pulling on your ear but they are also super sturdy so you know they will last forever (as long as you take care of them). Just received Girl Boss & Ready To Mingle (both in rose gold) and I am absolutely obsessed! I’m so excited about Ready To Mingle in particular that I’m already planning on buying it in the other colors! It’s so dainty and perfect in its simplicity, I cannot wait to wear it all the time. I’m not much of a hoop/larger statement earring person, so I was a little nervous when I first started to put on Girl Boss, but the longer I wore them, the more in love I fell. I purchased 4 candles, 1 for me and 3 gifts. The Rose scent was ok, very light and soft.. maybe too light. But I love the Nashville Citrus! Can’t really describe it but so so yummy! The only reason I’m only giving 3 stars is you MUST figure out the whole shipping cost thing! I paid $88 for 4 candles (no biggie) BUT shipping was $26.95!! Unbelievable. I received the candles within 2 days but found it was sent “priority mail” hence the outrageous costs?! I would have chosen a much lower regular shipping if that was given as an option. Oh and over 90% of inventory was “sold out” - truly irritating! Figure it out or people are going to look elsewhere. Did I mention I LOVE the citrus candle?!!

Just ordered my first item from Uncommon James and I think the quality looks beautiful! Can’t wait to wear my earrings. Love the packaging and little storage bag. I didn’t love the ecommerce experience 100% just because I never received an email from UJ saying that they received my order until days later. I ended up sending an email to their customer service to make sure my order was being fulfilled, 3 business days later. True story- I purchased the Illusion Ear Jacket and received them on this past Monday. I went to put them on Tuesday morning and unfortunately part of one of the earrings fell onto my bathroom counter, bounced and went down the drain. Well, needless to say, I was very disappointed and tried to get it out. My husband new that I loved them so he took apart the drain and I have it back. I am obsessed with the jewelry! A friend's parents purchased the Girl Boss earrings (which I LOVE) as a thank you gift for me watching their family dog while they were visiting Nashville but unfortunately I had some problems with the latch. I had problem with dangly earrings being too heavy- but these are so lightweight I am always catching myself making sure they are still on my ears! Stellar customer service - I received my necklace which was beautifully packaged but had a necklace length question. I couldn’t get it to fall correctly but adored the piece. I emailed late Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response in under thirty minutes. They customer service representatives went above and beyond to answering my questions. After we relocated from NY to SC I have had to relie on online shopping since our closest major stores are two hours away. I always visit Uncommon James every time I come to Nashville and always walk out with multiple pieces. Their items are so dainty and can be worn to dress up or dress down any outfit. I love how diverse the items are. I am obsessed with my "atocha" and "crescent" together, they layer perfectly. I have been wearing them NON STOP. "Duchess" dresses up the simplest of outfits. "Girl boss" medium earrings are my favorite and a must buy. I NEVER write reviews but felt like I had to for this. I recently had an issue with one of my purchases. My "All Day" necklace was not as bright and gold as the other items that I had recently purchased. Even though it had been almost a year since I had bought the necklace, after only one email to their customer service team, a replacement necklace was already on its way to me. They didn't question or argue with me, they simply sent me a new one and apologized. Great customer service is EVERYTHING to me. It shows me the type of company Uncommon James is and how much they value their customers. I will buy UJ jewelry over and over again just based off of their great customer service. I had an issue with my "Girl Boss" earrings staying closed and so they kept falling out of my ear. I walked into the store in Nashville and Reagan helped me get a complimentary new pair no questions asked. The same problem happened again and I happened to have one of the earrings fall out so I only had one. I emailed Customer Service and they offered to ship me a replacement right away. The Customer Service team at Uncommon James is not only extremely responsive but also extremely thorough and supportive! I purchased rhapsody earrings when they were out of stock for pre-sale, so when they did come back into stock they would ship out. After almost 6 weeks I received the earrings and I was so excited until one of the backings were completely bent. I sent the earrings in and re-ordered the same earrings hoping it would be better quality. Unfortunately as soon as I grabbed the package from my mailbox you could see two little poke holes and I instantly knew they were going to be just like the previous pair. I have ordered tons of products through Uncommon James over the years and when the company just started, they used to send their earrings in little boxes and everything was in perfect condition. I'm so disappointed as I really wanted to have these earrings, but I had to resend them back again and get my money back. You need to get back to at least sending the earrings in boxes vs the bags otherwise this will continue to happen.

We did and besides going to two Amazing shows one at the Ryman and the other at the Bluebird was to go to Uncommon James - The store and staff were Amazing!!! My husband surprised me with the, ‘rose gold girl boss’ earrings on my birthday and I was sooo impressed! First, because I absolutely love them! Hi! I went online to look at the website the jewelry is beautiful, a classic look with an edge. Her Home goods designs truly bring a modern southern charm that would fit anyone's lifestyle. Despite the negative reviews I would love to be able to buy a couple of jewelry pieces my heart fell for. Hopefully someday I can. I feel those who gave the negative reviews were a little harsh. Yes they are entitled to their opinion and have a right to give a review but I think those who gave those negative reviews are only giving those because Kristin has celebrity status and just want to bring her down. The reviews could still get the point across without going for the jugular. I mean come on if the item broke or became defective Uncommon James is willing to go out of their way to make it right. If you think the items in the store are cheap, mass produced, non quality then shop somewhere else. For those who are unsure about shopping in the store/online or buying a product because of the reviews please keep an open mind everyone deserves a chance and I would hate for you to miss out on that perfect something to wear or have that unique home good to show off.

I wore it all the time so decided to email customer service to see about purchasing a new chain for the necklace as it was the clasp that broke. I received an email within MINUTES telling me they were replacing the entire item! Loved the earrings themself, but I was disappointed by the packaging. The earrings arrived in a pouch within an envelope. Because the earrings were not packaged in a box the backs of the earrings were bend up from being squashed during travel. I had to bend them back into place and hope they didn’t break in the process. If I’m paying 68 dollars for earrings they shouldn’t arrive damaged.
