They are all so nice and helpful. My husband got our wedding rings from Joey (such a genuinely kind hearted person) 2 years ago and it is just perfect he brought my dream ring to reality. Every time we’ve needed anything done to our rings Joey has gone above and beyond! I recommend Peacock Jewelers to all of my friends, and they have also had amazing experiences, literally no other jeweler I’d trust! I mean just look at my rings🤩 We travel from KY just because of how amazing they are.

Excellent customer service and very well-educated staff. I went in wanting to have a 14K white gold pendant made and while I had set my mind on a certain look, I was persuaded with options I had not yet considered. Peter, the goldsmith is incredibly talented and was able to fit two delicate pieces of yellow gold rope chain into a thick white gold tag flawlessly, and he is also very knowledgeable about history (I had brought in my grandfather's military tag to have a ring put on it so it could be worn on a chain.) I appreciate the staff for asking questions and ensuring that you are made aware of all possible options, as the pendant I had made came out multitudes better than it would have without their expertise and incredible craftmanship. The prices are unbeatable and you will find a range of quality affordable gemstones, as well as gemstones of quality and rarity unmatched by other available stores. The pictures I have uploaded should give a great example as to the incredible talent of the goldsmith as well as a display of their creativity and capability in making one-of-a-kind pieces. If you want something that will make you stand out as opposed to more generic designs offered elsewhere, there is no better place around than Peacock Jewelers.

I have been to Peacock Jewelers several times over the past few years and always had a pleasant experience. They repaired a watch, engraved my ring, helped me find a new chain for my tree of life pendant. My partner has an intricate crucifix that needed to be repaired. When the pendant was presented to me repaired, it had been cleaned and was far more beautiful than I have ever seen it. I could see all of the detail that was previously "hidden" by soap scum. Joey helped me pick out the perfect ring for him and assisted me with sizing his finger without him knowing so I could surprise him. A great place to purchase jewelry and have repairs done. Great people. Great service.

The repair jeweler, Peter, was one of the most friendly, helpful, and competent jewelers I’ve ever met!! He went out of his way to troubleshoot fixing my very old, finicky but also beloved watch band. They even cleaned my ring and necklace while I waited. I cannot recommend this place enough. My FIANCÉ had the best experiencing picking out a ring for me. They were so helpful, he never felt pressured to spend more money, and always felt comfortable there. I went to get my ring resized and they were so welcoming, treated me like family. He made my husband’s dream a reality in designing my engagement ring and helped us further design our wedding bands. He is so kind-hearted and consider him a friend after it all. What an amazing experience! I came in to get a ring sized and another repaired. Forgive me if I don't get the names correct, but I believe Joey was the first person that helped me. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable and then the manager took over, I believe his name was Joe. I loved how precise he was about the sizing of my rings and how he paid attention to detail. This place is a hidden gem and my new favorite jewelry store in Nashville! Joey and all of the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I first came in on a whim to look at wedding bands and have since bought a wedding band, two necklaces and earrings. Their ring selection is unlike anything I've ever seen, and they have the most unique styles by far of any store I've visited. My fiance also brought in a family wedding band for custom work, and the end result was stunning and greatly exceeded our expectations! It was also done very fast, and communication was great. We will be back here many times, and I'm so grateful to have a trustworthy and wonderful local jeweler to work with!

I was looking for an engagement ring and really didn't know anything about diamonds before I came here. After going to some chain stores and feeling like they all wanted to tell me about their financing options. I came to Prima, everyone was extremely friendly and they have a huge selection of rings and diamonds. Even though I had a small budget Joey stayed after hours on multiple occasions to show me every option in my budget and was very patient and didn't fell pressured to buy at any time. He educated me about cut/color and every thing else about diamonds, he is very knowledgeable and had better prices than the other places I checked out. They have the most phenomenal customer service!!!! This store is so calm and serene. I felt at home with the personable customer service of the staff. It was my first time, I took my wrist watch there and it was fixed in few minutes. They made me feel like a part of the family. He made sure to earn our business every step of the way by providing superb service and added value - especially after we purchased out engagement rings. (Let's be honest - no one honestly expects a vendor to work harder for you after they already have your money... but Joey and Prima did. Their standards for quality and service only went up after we made our purchase) Nothing about the experience felt pressure. Joey takes a consultative approach to finding and crafting the perfect ring. In fact, he did such a great job that once he showed my fiance "the ring", she refused to take it off until I tricked her into giving it back to me so I could get it sized. I happen to love peacocks. I was going to the dentist in Hillsboro Village and saw the name of this jewelry store . I didn't get to go in the first two trips I made to the dentist, but yesterday I was turned away because ofbeing10 minutes late. I got very angry, but decided this would be a perfect time to visit the store. I just knew that peacock was only a bame and that they probably didn't have any peacocks merchandise, but was I mistaken! I went in there and met some of the nicest people I have ever met. They were each and everyone consummate professionals. The owner was Uncle Joey or Big Daddy Joey as I named him. There was Father Paul, Peter, and last but not least Little Joey. He was the salesman and I must say he was an excellent salesman while remaining the sweetest, kindest young man I have encountered in a long time. Did I say he was soooooo easy on the eye? If I were 40 years younger I would have been blinking my eyes so hard at him that he would have thought I had a tic! LOL. Girls go in this store just to look at him. He is drop dead gorgeous. They treated me like a queen. I wound up spending so money on a magnificent golden peacock with beautiful gem stones and diamonds. I got a super deal. I will absolutely be going back. It takes alot to impress this old woman. Their kindness overwhelmed me. It made my day, my week, month, and year!!!!!!!!!!God Bless them for ever

Oh my goodness what an awesome shop. Totally unique and fresh. This shop has one of, if not the, largest selections of engagement rings and wedding bands in Nashville. They also offer an array of jewelry by Swarovski at prices that won’t hurt your wallet. It’s worth stopping by. They can do repairs (ex sizing a ring, replacing a watch battery, setting a stone), too! Seriously an awesome local business.

Joey was fantastic. Everything from our initial visit to post-purchase. He was significantly less pushy than Shane Co. He didn't require a deposit at all, didn't send any pressuring texts or phone calls either, and didn't look to benefit from adding additional fees for insurance, etc. So thankful he was able to walk us through the entire engagement ring purchase process. Not only was the service outstanding but joey helped us find a stunning ring that was of higher quality, better design, and significantly better priced than anything we found at the big box retailers. My fianceé was blown away by the ring, and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with Prima Jewelers. Definitely recommend it!

Such a great experience! My husband and I went in today to look at wedding bands, and what we thought might be painful and maybe take awhile, was a pleasant experience and wonderful service. This was first visit for both of us, and let me just say we will be visiting again. Joey was so very easy to work with, it was a true pleasure. I came in to get a couple of my watch bands adjusted right in the middle of their remodel. They could have easily said they were too busy but they immediately said hello and asked how they could help. A few minutes later I had both watches sized perfectly and they didn't even charge me! Joey was fantastic and went to great lengths to locate a bracelet for my Dad's 70th birthday. The bracelet was a replacement for one my Dad lost several years ago. Joey was a joy to work with and made the experience very pleasant. Once my sister and I shared the reason for the purchase and the occasion, he made us at ease and assured us he would do everything in his power to locate the replacement. He was in constant communication via text and phone calls throughout the process. Needless to say, once the bracelet arrived my sister and I were thrilled; it was exactly what we wanted - perfect weight and excellent quality. It was a definite hit with our Dad. You know, I'm not big on reviews (especially over the internet) because i feel like the business can just have fake profiles. However, after visiting Prima, I HAD to write a review. They're a new business (started in Oct of 2014 I think) and the customer service was some of the best I've ever had. Joey was very helpful , patient, and just a good guy. I went in looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancee (wish me luck!) and could only afford so much. Joey was more than willing to work with me and my budget and I walked away with a great experience. Prima was pretty awesome. The jewelry was fantastic. Some of the most beautiful i've seen recently, and at a great price. You definitely get your bang for your buck here. Very pretty jewelry for a wide variety of tastes. I recommend to anyone looking for jewelry to visit here. I also spoke with Chuck who does the interior designing and all that, and he seemed like a pretty knowledgeable guy. I didn't buy anything but when I decide to upgrade my home, he will be the first guy i speak to. Just stop in and give these guys a look. I promise you won't be disappointed. Just today had a terrific experience here at the new (renewed) Hillsboro Village jewelry (and I think also chocolate!) store. Echoing other online reviewers, I might by nature tend to steer clear of just walking in but since I needed a bit of help with a watch issue and like neighborhood businesses that keep classic old building intact, I thought I'd do my first drop-in and see. Apart from the fact that they took care of the issue on the spot, what stands out is just how pleasant the experience of the people and the space are. Very calm, nice stock, one can have a discussion or go over issues with no stress, no pressure. Definitely my first stop on next time, but I think it is a good stop even for people just visiting, checking out H'boro Village on the edge of Midtown Nash10, and maybe getting something nice.

My Future Husband would like a unique wedding band. Where other jewelers have made his ideas seem like an impossibility Joey has assured us it is very possible and a likely outcome. We looked at wedding bands and though there were none YET that WOWED the Fiance Joey went out of his way to check up on an order he had placed to let us know when he would have more to look at. Prima Jewelers is located inside the ReCreations Home store on Sidco drive just off of Harding Place and Interstate 65. The reason of our visit was to find a reputable Jeweler to repair my wife’s engagement ring where the setting had become loose. After a negative experience with another Jeweler out of town we researched Nashville area Jewelers and found great reviews about Prima Jewelers and decided to visit. After meeting Mr. Nunley and visiting Prima we feel fortunate that we found him. Mr. Nunley is extremely knowledgeable in his business and we would easily consider him an expert in his craft. With his background and experience, he can locate almost anything you are looking for and get it for you. He also has a large inventory of items in his store and you can see that Prima Jewelers is about quality and they back up what they sell. Prima Jewelers is not only able to get what you want but Mr. Nunley can also design and create the exact item you are seeking. Mr. Nunley combines his experience and knowledge in a very friendly and down to earth manner without any attempt to make you feel like you have to buy something. We spent nearly two and a half hours in his store talking and he gave us a great recommendation on the repair we needed. We left the store feeling like we had just made a new good friend instead of visiting a store If you are looking for a Jeweler you can trust emphatically, who will give you solid good advice and who will treat you like family then make sure to visit Joey and check out Prima Jewelers. We will be customers as long as he is in business. I am certain that if you can get a better deal or item elsewhere that with the integrity Mr. Nunley has that he would tell you.

I really loved the experience in this shop. I had got a problem on my silver ring which I use to wear full time. I took it to the shop to fix it and the guy fixed it within few minutes. My mother had taken me out to breakfast for my Birthday at the Cracker Barrel,as we were leaving I spotted a big sign on the side of the building next to Cracker Barrel,that was advertising 70% off of all sterling silver.Well it just so happened that we were on our way to Kohls to buy a "pure 100" sterling silver necklace that I had had my eyes on for a few months.That was all I really wanted for my Birthday,was a nice necklace. We went in expecting just a regular discount jewelry outlet but what I found was the exact opposite.We walked into this room tucked back in it's own little "nook",to find such an elegant room, full of the absolute finest selection of jewelry I had ever seen in one location.There were not only great prices but a miriade of designs and gems offered.What looked like to me, was a room full of every type of stone you could imagine! Joey was not the expected"in your face" salesman, but a warm,soft spoken,genuine jeweler.In the approximate hour that we were there.He was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions that I had.He was also very accommodating in me wanting to look at lots of different pieces. With alot of his sources being from all over the world.Prima Jewelry store is not just your local jewelry store.It has an extremely warm and personal atmosphere.There is a level of professional and ethical management that is very inviting.I am sure that it is a store that the elite frequent but it is also a place that people on a frugal budget will most definitely walk out with that perfect piece they have been looking for! I will never and I do mean NEVER, buy another piece of jewelry anywhere but Prima Jewelers.
