My husband and I took a few necklaces and his favorite silver cuff in to be fixed, cleaned and polished. The job was incredible! The cuff was fixed & cleaned so well I breast recognized it! It’s more beautiful than when he first bought it. Thank you to the team and their hard work, it’s always a pleasure when we stop in the shop - the ladies are so friendly and helpful! We live on the other side of town these days and drive over especially to the jewelry store. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I had an unexpected and wonderful experience with Minor Jewelry yesterday. I was just spending some time leisurely checking out shops on the street near Draper James and found a necklace I had been shopping for almost 15 years. No kidding! Mrs. Minor was so pleasant to help with the chain length and sale. Highly recommend! I wish I lived closer, so that I could have a jeweler close by.

"Wow" is what comes to mind! I brought my grandmother's diamond ring in to get resized & all 6 prongs needed to be remade as 3 were broken & 3 were thin & brittle. They gave me a date when it would be done & called me when it was ready. The communication about the work to be done was informative & honest, the day to pick up was on target, the service to call me when ready was great & the work they did was the best!!!! Fits like a glove & looks like a brand new made ring! Prongs & band are perfect & you know they cleaned the diamond as it shined like light! Came here on a whim for a second opinion on a ring I had made. The staff was very attentive and super helpful. Even put my ring under a micro lens to show me where it was uneven and provided photos for me to show the original maker. Couldn’t have asked for better service, will be returning for my wedding band. Returned to do my wedding band and the experience was nothing short of great. Definitely recommend!

Bought a ring for my daughter for Christmas in September. Gave it to her on Christmas day and a few days later one of the stones fell out. Called the store and was told by Jessie, the owner, that the stone would be replaced. He never asked what the stone was or how big it was. I was just told to bring the ring back to the store. Three weeks later, the ring was as good as new. I was really impressed by the quality of service. I will definitely go back!

Went in for a Quick gift. Sales Associate Was able to find a Chain that was perfect . The store has been there for decades. They are sweet and very knowledgeable. The cases had nice antique/estate Pieces. Would rate this 10 stars for customer service if possible.

We've known the owners for over 25 years. Just yesterday we went to them to see if Jesse could fix my expandable band on my watch as it was too tight. He pulled a nearly matching band out of his spare parts drawer and installed three links to fix my watch in just 5 minutes. He and his staff are really skilled and he runs an honest, reputable and friendly business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is a terrific little store that customizes jewelery and can repair your broken gold chains(as I had done) and pretty much any kind of jewelry that needs repair. Very friendly and cool staff. The store is in a very hip and cool area of town, lots of good vibes! Also great at watch repairs and new battery installation. Can't find much of these places anymore!
