When I damaged my engagement ring, I took it in immediately to see how long it would take to be fixed. I was treated with the utmost care and concern. Lance went above and beyond to make sure I would have my ring back in time for the wedding and looking as good as when I received it. Every experience I have had at Jared’s has been positive. They are now our “go to” jewelers!

Lance was awesome straight to the point and helpful. Nothing close to your typical salesman but more like a buddy i know out of work. The staff we all equally awesome and friendly. Definitely the jewelry to always hit up first.

Started my searching process for my fiancée's ring here with Jazmyn. She showed us every different style you can imagine to help my fiancée figure out what style she liked. Jazmyn was never pushy with us for a sale and just wanted to make sure we were happy with what we were seeing. Then my fiancée and I went around to a bunch of other jewlers to see what they had to offer. Long story short I ended up coming back to Jared's and Jazmyn helped me narrow it down to the perfect ring. My experience here was great, I never felt like I was just another sale I always felt like I was being helped into finding the best ring for my budget. We will definitely be coming back to Jazmyn when the time comes for me to get my ring!

I won’t recommend another jewelry store in the area! Lance, William and Fabra made my first ring buying experience so much easier than I could have hoped for. They did everything they could to make sure I got the best deal for what I wanted. The next time I am in the market, I know exactly where I’m heading!

This was the best experience I have ever had shopping for jewelry. After spending the afternoon at Opry Mills visiting the jewelry stores there and being highly disappointed by not only the selection but more importantly the employees, we decided to make one last stop at Jared. Best idea ever. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a smile and wonderful service. Shatoria was the person who helped us for the most part and she was amazing. We told her what we were looking for and she had some things in mind. We basically found what we wanted in the first five minutes of being there but Shatoria took the time to show up whatever we wanted to see, even things we had been clear about not being able to afford. She was very friendly and very helpful. An added bonus was the turn around time to get a ring resized. Every store in the mall said two and a half weeks tentatively. Shatoria told us it would be about two and a half days with them, which was important because we needed it done by next Monday. I only ever want to buy jewelry from Shatoria from now on but at the least from someone at that particular store. I could really go on and on about how great this place is but I'll leave it at that. I recommend at least checking this place out if you are looking to buy jewelry.

Went to Jared's on Saturday July 23...... William made me the happiest fiance with his assistant in picking out my Last Time Going to Do This ring. I had look at three rings but I sensed he pick up on my reaction to one ring in particular because it ended up being my choice and It is a Beautiful ring. I’ve been with with Rivergate location for over 10 years. Fabra is amazing!!! She is consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. For the reviews that speak of staff being rude, I’ve never experienced that. Instead, I see a staff that handles a crowd of impatient customers with eloquence. They have been great! Never had a problem at this location

Lance one of the workers is hands down amazing. He helped my husband pick out a necklace for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. For some reason the order was canceled. When I called to find out why Lance answered the phone remembered exactly who my husband was found out the order was canceled because the item was sold out which we were said about but Lance did not stop til he found something else for us. He called, texted, sent pics and everything. Then when we picked what we wanted he packaged it up himself and overnighted it to my husbands bother. Literally some of the best customer service I have ever received. When I go back I will be asking for Lance.

Very pleased with the service and the quality of work. Had 4 rings cleaned and serviced including a ring passed down from my grandmother. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Also had to have 2 rings resized. The turnaround was quick. I had a watch we were not sure could be repaired and restored but the staff kept me posted on the status after sending it offsite for inspection. It could not be repaired due to the manufacturer discontinuing the parts so they returned it to me free of charge. This was my first experience ever at the Rivergate store. I won't be going anywhere else when it comes to jewelry maintenance and care. They won my trust with their professionalism and care at first contact and the wonderful end results of giving them that trust earned them my loyalty.

I bought my wife's engagement and wedding ring here. I bought the protection plan and we use it every six months. We get it cleaned and resized and fixed. Always done the same day and great customer service. I bought her first ring there 7 years ago. Wedding ring 6 years ago and even upgraded her solitare on our five year anniversary. Great customer service and great selection.

Fabre, Tori and Holly are AMAZING assistants at Jared of Rivergate. They welcomed me with open arms and superior service. I had a terrible experience at Jared of Cool Springs where i waited over 30min to be spoken to, was told my ring didn't come Jared (it was purchased at the Rivergate location) and didn't record my last inspection. JARED OF RIVERGATE IS THE PLACE TO GO ESPECIALLY FOR YOUNG COUPLES, WOMEN, AND PEOPLE OF COLOR. I will continue to bring service to Jared of Rivergate!!! 💍
