I enjoyed taking my gold for trade here. This is a family business. The owner is fair with the market value. He shared information about gold and silver with me. He is a big UT fan! I recommend Cossage Jewelers, if you have pieces of gold you are not wearing. My husband's adage is, If you don't know jewelery; then know your Jeweler! I must concur.

I've had watches, necklaces & bracelets fixed on the spot and they've custom ordered several pieces for me. You will not find a kinder or more helpful jeweler in the entire state. I needed to get a friend’s Saint Chris pendant reattached to her chain and had no clue of any nearby jewelers in the West Nashville - Nations area. Turns out Gossage Jewelers was just a block away from the Nations neighborhood. Without question, the manager took care of it in a few minutes and fixed it for no cost. Great customer service, support small business!

I cannot recommend Gossage Jewelers enough! After years of driving by Gossage on Charlotte, I stopped in to take a browse. I was looking for a piece of jewelry to celebrate a personal milestone, and their selection of truly unique (both new and estate) pieces blew me away. One of the family employees, Kari, helped me the entire time as I tried on multiple pieces and attempted to narrow down my choice from all the beautiful options. She and everyone in the shop were extremely kind and helpful. Ultimately, I selected a stunning necklace and could not be more thrilled with it. Kari and Gossage - you have a customer for life!

When I got married this past November, I really wanted my partner to have my great grandfather's wedding band but it was very scratched and scuffed up from being over 100 years old and was the wrong size. Took a chance at Gossage and not only did I get such an affordable rate on the services I received but the work done was so beautiful. They made a 100+ year old wedding band look sparkling new. I was so impressed that when a friend got engaged similarly with an old family heirloom engagement ring that needed resizing and polishing, I recommended her to Gossage and her ring came out exactly as beautiful. We both get compliments all the time. The people here are also lovely, I was intimidated by the process in the beginning but they made me very comfortable. I would recommend Gossage to anyone!!

Absolutely the only place we buy jewelry of any kind. My husband has purchased all of my fine jewelry there for over 20 years of marriage. They always are spot on when he comes in and asks for "help" to pick something out. Never have been disappointed. Lisa, Chuck and all of the family are very knowledgeable about quality and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us. Highly recommend them for ANY jewelry and diamond needs. Totally the best quality stones and customer service of anywhere. Don't waste time or money with big box chain stores.

5 Stars! Great service and support from this local business across 20+ years and two different wives since early 2001. 1st wife was a pearl fan and had difficult to fit wrist/ankle sizes so Gossage provided custom pearl sets bracelet and anklet to match stock pearl earrings and necklaces I had purchased through them. I still wish 1st wife well with all of her pearl jewelry. Then 2nd wife was early adopter of the rose gold trend in the late 2000 decade and Gossage provided tri gold pendant on a yellow gold necklace along with other rose gold jewelry- earrings, bracelets, and eventually a rose gold necklace upgrade for the pendant. They then helped by upgrading her wedding ring/band from an inexpensive set ( I bought at a pawn shop) of a yellow gold set to a swanky rose gold ring and then for her wedding bands by using two stock rings used next to the main ring. Always a pleasure to deal with the folks at Gossage in figuring out good solutions for simple custom designs and solutions!

This family owned jewelry store has been here for years. They are always so nice! The store is always clean. And I love their family dog who greets people. We bought my husband & I’s wedding bands here. Now that I’ve moved away, whenever I’m in town I make sure to get them to clean my rings. I never have a long wait. They e resized rings for me & the rings still looked spectacular after they finished their work. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Hands down the best place to go for jewelry in Nashville. They have an incredible selection, phenomenal prices, incredible quality, and outstanding customer service. They know your name when you walk in, remember my wife's size and style preferences, and their bench jeweler is highly talented and willing to help customize pretty much anything. I've sent my Mom, Sister, Brother-in-Law, Dad, and a slew of friends to make this their place their go-to; you owe it to yourself to go here if you're in the market.

10/10 this place is the best! Went there to get my engagement ring resized and they were so helpful and explained to me my options. Since I was there I decided to look at wedding bands and they have so many to choose from. They were so helpful, and even though I wasn’t buying a ring that day they let me try on all the ones I was interested in. The place has reasonably priced beautiful pieces, but also very boujie pieces (I can’t afford those yet). This will be my jeweler in my Nashville definitely! I did end up walking out with an everyday ring thag was so beautiful and in budget....I just couldn’t resist. Family run and you can tell by the service that they insist on great service

My husband and I went to Gossage Jewelers after going to several others in the months leading up to our wedding day. My engagement ring was a family piece, but my husband's wedding band along with mine were purchased at Gossage. We were a little discouraged by the time we came to Gossage, as we still had many questions that we had not been able to get good answers to from other jewelers related to sizing, cost, and other concerns with buying our wedding bands, but the staff at Gossage were so helpful and we really felt like they educated us so that we would be well-informed in our purchases. They also provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. No question, we would go back to Gossage again and would highly recommend them to any friends of ours looking for a great jewelry service!

I have been waiting for the day my fiancé proposed so I could write this raving review! I could go on and on about how amazing Gossage Jewelers is. I was recommended by a friend after I told her my now fiancé were looking ourselves. I absolutely loved the style of her ring and wanted something similar. I had window-shopped at other stores before going to Gossage, and they just made me feel defeated. I thought "what am I getting myself into?" After my experience with Gossage, I will solely refer everyone to them. The first time I walked in, I admit I was somewhat hesitant because of the two liquor stores by it. However, as soon as you walk in and meet with the owners, you forget all about that. I was helped mostly by Chuck, and I had so much fun looking through antique bands. He was so accommodating and I felt he was having fun looking alongside me. All prices quoted were fair. I finally felt like I could get something gorgeous for our budget. Fair prices, quick turnaround, an AMAZING family, and awesome jewelry. I ended up with a gorgeous engagement ring with a 75 year-old European cut center stone. I am absolutely in love.
