I took my prescription sunglasses to Visionworks and to a local jewelry store and after looking at it they both said they would not be able to get the broken screw out. So I drove to Fast Fix in Opry Mills and they immediately said they could fix it. I walked around the mall for an hour and came back to pick up my fixed glasses and the repair was reasonable priced. They were able to fix my glasses that had a very atypical screw. When I originally took them to the optical store they told ne they were broken insude and not able to be repaired. Fast-Fix didnt have the exact screw but found one extremely close and it took time for it to get there once they ordered it. Once they got it it was a fast fix and everything is hunky dory. When the original screw on the other side broke i used then to replace that one as well.

This store has very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately they are understaffed right now for engraving only. If you need it done quickly they cannot do it while you wait and takes 5 to 6 days so take your item in early. I did trust them to change a toggle on my bracelet to a lobster clasp I’m sure the work will be great and reasonable as it has been in the past.

My very thin metal frame glasses broke. The part that goes over the bridge of the nose. Not necessarily an easy fix, and they were pretty backed up. It was later in the day when I showed up on Wednesday, and they were certain they wouldn't have it done by the end of the day. I had to have my 3 stone diamond wedding ring center diamond centered and 6 of my prongs tipped. The jewelers where I purchased wanted to charge me $400 and fix it fast did the same work and the same quality of work for $200. It took 3 days but I don't rush quality when it comes to diamonds. Use them a few times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I walked in to the shop after my husband said we needed to visit while we in Nashville and showed the 2 gentleman a bracelet that I was told could not be fixed. Instantly he said let me see what I can do with this. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes. And the extra bonus was getting it personalized. We talked for a moment about leaving it and he would ship it to me because he may not have time to complete prior to the mall closing. He knew that we were driving back out of town and said wait a minute let me see if I can just squeeze this in now and complete it for you. Give me 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes the job was complete! They were extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful. I am willing to travel (I live about 100 miles from the store) just to take any of my jewelry back for repairs!

I called the store in Opry Mills Mall & spoke with a young lady explaining my situation. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend on Xmas Eve which is also my birthday. She told me to come in sometime in the morning and they’d probably be able to get it done that day. When I arrived at the store the clerk working was extremely professional and polite. I have a Neil Lane engagement ring from Kay’s. I’ve had nothing but negative experiences with them. Two days ago, one of the tips of my prong chipped off. I went to Kay’s and they said they weren’t sending any repairs out to till the end of July and that they have a list of people to call. They said it would probably take months before I’d get it back due to backups. They advised I shouldn’t wear my ring. I was so upset. When walking back, I passed this place. They fixed my prong, adjusted all of the other prongs (I have a bigger center stone than my setting comes with and Kay’s bent down all of the prongs to make it fit...making them all fragile), and dipped it all in less than 3 hours and for a good price. It looks brand new; better than how Kay’s set my ring up and I have a 1 year warranty. They seriously saved my ring! Go to them!!

I had my first experience with Fast Fix Jewelry at the Opry Mills Mall, and it certainly won’t be my last. The two gentleman working there were very knowledgeable and professional, and even though the store was busy they got to me very quickly. I came in for a braclet repair and a watch battery. After I went back to pick them up and pay for them, I continued to shop. I went to check the time on my watch and noticed it had stopped, so I walked back to their store. One of the gentlemen, Bradley, was very quick to respond when he saw me come back in the store. He immediately started to re-evaluate my watch and determined it needed an entire new movement. He said he could have the new movement in and the watch repaired in 2 days, which was pretty impressive to me. Once he told me the cost I wasn’t sure that I wanted to go ahead with the repair. He knew from a earlier discussion that we’d had that the solid 14K gold watch was very sentimental to me, so he offered to take the price of the new battery off the cost of the repair, which made it affordable for me. It was a deal to good to refuse, so I left the watch, and walked out of the store feeling like I was getting my money’s worth for once. That doesn’t happen much these days, so hats off to Bradley and the Fast Fix Jewelry at Opry Mills.

I can honestly say that I’ve gotten the same gold chain fixed about 6 or 7 times now and every time I’m come by they’re always nice and fast paced. I wouldn’t trust any other place with my jewelry. Had a ring re sized for my wife. It was a reduction in size, which for the style of ring it is, could have been tricky. The young lady that consulted with us explained how they would make the reduction seamless and maintain the symmetry of the design. She sized my wife's finger and we left the ring there for the repair. The ring came out GREAT. Size is spot on and I can't tell where anything was done. Did i mention it went down 3 sizes? The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The work is better than expected and the wife loves it. I definitely recommend.

I just got engaged and was looking to get my ring sized, but was nervous to leave it anywhere because I have heard sooo many horror stories about rings getting lost or damaged when being left for weeks to get sized. However, when I got to Fast-Fix, Brad reassured my nervousness and told me the repair would only take about an hour and they reassured my nervousness by taking pictures of the ring beforehand and offering to call me if the ring was done any sooner. I had been to three jewellers to get the back off a watch for a new battery but no luck. Read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. We were immediately greeted by Brad. Explained the issue and cost of sending back to manufacture. Brad was able to remove the back and replace the battery. He went above and beyond helping me. My wife and I have used their services many times over the past several years, primarily at the now-closed Rivergate Mall location, and the service has been great. However, today I went to the Opry Mills store to have my wife’s wedding bands soldered together and a new crystal/battery installed in my watch. The new location was fresh, modern, appealing, and most easily accessed through the Chuy’s entrance and towards Johnny Rockets on the right. Although I had several jobs for them today, they were courteous, professional, and excited to help. One of the jobs did not go as expected, but was a 3rd party error and no reflection upon the amazing service and quality of work that I was given by Brad and Mike. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond their jobs to ensure that I was taken care of, that they fulfilled their promises in a timely manner, and that I knew their commitment to high quality service would extend beyond just that sale. I have used fast fix twice now, first time to repair a pair of Ralph Lauren glasses and they did a great job. Second time dropped off 3 watches for battery replacement and cleaning, paid in cash that day. The next day recieved a text msg informing me they were ready for pick up. My girlfriend stopped to pick them up and she was told that I didn't pay and they needed payment. She had to call me at work and I had to call the store and tell them that I did pay cash and I wont pay it twice, was put on hold and then was told the employee that took my payment had a bad day and forgot. Very time consuming inconvenience, if you can't do your job take the day off.
