I have been a long time customer of Berry's since 1997. I moved to Armuchee, Ga 3yrs ago from Madison, Tn. Everytime i call them & need any services done, they are always there to lend a helping hand. I called them last week when i broke my necklace & let them know the situation. They was very helpful & got right on it once they received my jewelry. They are the only company i trust to handle all of my jewelry repairs & jewelry needs. Our family’s favorite jeweler. More than 5 family members have come to them, and we have always been blown away by the quality of service, reasonable price, and quality of jewelry. We’ve gotten jewelry, wedding rings, engagement sets, etc from Herb and Jeff. They make the entire process so easy and fun, and treat you like family. I cannot say enough great things about them. I’ve done business with Berry’s over 20 years and I’ve never had a problem. The staff are helpful and friendly. They know how to do their job. Today’s business have no customer service skill but I guarantee that Berry’s still have it. It’s a great feeling to shop somewhere and feel like I’m needed as soon as I walk in. Friendly folks, fair prices when both buying and selling. My only wish is that they had a little bit more variety in music gear. Most of the stuff is just kind of run of the mill stuff; nothing stood out. But I'm sure their inventory changes regularly-- I need to come in more often!

Oh and they also have layaway and financing if your funds are not available to make a big purchase you can put your jewelry on layaway.

It is a sad time for me with breast cancer & my husband abandoning me & my home. I needed to catch up on the utilities & 2 past missed mortgages, because my "soon to be ex" is under court orders to pay them until the divorce, but, he hasn't since he moved in with his affair. He was incredibly friendly & explained everything to me about how selling jewelry works. I LOVE this place. The quality of their jewelry is very high but it doesn’t take all your money to buy it!!! The staff are all very well trained in the products they sell and really want you to be happy. I think the thing that is most important to me is, almost every time I have been in the store the owner has been there and made sure I was happy with what I was buying. I dropped my very expensive wedding band in the garbage disposal and turned it on like a giant idiot, and I came to Berry's thinking it was beyond repair (it was a gashed, gnarled mess) and they said they would "do their best", and their best far beyond expectation. The ring looks brand new and fits perfectly. I can't recommend them enough for jewelry repairs because if they can fix my mangled wedding band they can fix anything! I took a solitaire diamond ring in to have a PRONG repaired but I trusted their judgement of replacing the entire crown to be safe. I damaged this ring 20 years ago and never had it repaired, nor wore it, for fear of a jeweler stealing my diamond and replacing it with a fake or a lesser quality diamond which was prevalent twenty years ago. I always remember Dave Ramsey raving about BERRYS so I thought I'd take a chance on them and Daves word and I am not disappointed that I did!!! Nice work and nice people to do business with!!! I will gladly be back any time I have JEWELRY repair needs!!! The next thing I'm going to do is look into JEWELRY appraisal with Barry since I trust them with my jewelry needs. Appraisal is the other service I've been putting off for 20 years and I can't wait to get my things appraised so they can be properly insured!!! Nice place to do business!!!

I really hate going into pawn shops to have to pawn something just to get by until payday or whatever I felt kind of embarrassed to be honest but the friendly customer service that I received made me feel a little more ease and made me want to do more business with them later down the road if I ever need to pawn something again or if I want to go buy something because it does look like they had some nice stuff there and a customer service again was top of the line
