I went in recently to resize my wedding rings and also wanted to add something inexpensive to the look. I added engraving to the sides of my wedding band and absolutely love! Perfect addition to freshen look without being expensive or changing overall design.

Absolutely love RF Moeller! My parents have gone to them several times over the years and recommend them to my husband and I when we were talking about getting engaged. Patrick especially has been wonderful to work with - he is kind and takes the time to truly understand what you want and need in order to help you find the perfect piece to wear forever. While ring shopping was a memorable experience, what will keep us coming back for all our future fine jewelry purchases is the care they take after you’ve brought your jewelry home. Patrick has always been happy to give our rings a good cleaning, examine the prongs, and buff it to perfection. For a purchase that holds great meaning, I would never go anywhere else.

I really like R.F. Moeller Jeweler's. They have wonderful, friendly, and helpful personnel. I really like their estate jewelry section, and while the pieces are not as expensive as their other jewelry, I am always treated with kindness and respect as if I am spending 1000's of dollars. There is no snootiness factor with the salespeople. I take all my watches to R.F. Moeller, as well, for new batteries. They are always very efficient. They do excellent work on jewelry repair as well. I just had a ring repaired, and it looked better than when I brought it in to be repaired. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with R.F Moeller Jewelers.

Thank you to Dan at the Edina location for helping me find the perfect engagement ring within a tight turnaround time. I went in with a rough idea of what my girlfriend would like and was shown multiple options that were close to what I was looking for. Deciding the perfect ring would be the band from one ring and the gem that was on another, Dan assured me we could make it happen. He even ordered 2 cuts of the new gemstone only charging me for 1 to make sure it was the best fit. A week later, I had the perfect ring!

14 years ago my husband had a wonderful experience picking out my engagement diamond and bands. Recently I accidentally damaged my engagement ring and in doing so lost two of the diamonds and bent the band. After getting engaged in the spring, through my fingers swelling in the summer, I developed on a blister on my ring finger that wouldn't heal even as we got into the fall. I have had two positive experiences with R F Moeller Jeweler in Edina. The first experience was when I had my wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes. They were helpful and gave me Avery thorough report. The second experience was when I had my engagement ring and wedding band sautered together. They did a fine job with this. They also cleaned my diamond very well. However the main reason I am leaving this review is for an add-on service they provided. When I came to pick up my wedding ring after the sautéed g was complete, they performed an additional small service at no charge. I had a sterling silver necklace with two charms on it. I ordered the sterling silver necklace from an online jewelry company. It would have been very cumbersome for me to mail back the necklace and charm for them to reattach the charm. This online company did not have great customer service once after they had shipped you their product. R F Moeller reattached the charm at no charge and gave me a cleaning cloth for sterling silver jewelry. This sounds like a small thing but they solved a problem for me that was irritating and hardly worth going to a jeweler if I did not have another issue besides getting g this charm put back on. Also, I had tried to reattach myself, but the loop holding the charm was so small I could not reattach using a needle nosed pliers. Thank you RF Moeller!

In preparation for the special moment, I visited several local jewelers to compare prices and opportunities to add something more to the simple single diamond ring. After talking with Tara at R.F. Moeller, I felt extremely comfortable trusting them with my mother's ring. Tara was upfront with me and responsive to what I was looking for. She clearly knew what she was talking about and her candid approach was extremely appreciated - particularly when she had the opportunity to sell me on a more expensive design, but opted for a more affordable addition because she thought it would look better. She was right! Their additions took about a month and I couldn't be happier with the final product! I would post a picture, but I don't want my girlfriend to potentially see it online before the proposal!! Nonetheless, great place with great people! Tara was the reason I chose R.F. Moeller Jeweler's in Edina, MN. since we purchased jewlery from them before. I can't speak highly enough of the high quality customer service and the staff at Moeller Jeweler's. We were very fortunate to have Patrick as our sales representative. What a professional. He showed us several possible options for my new ring, and all very affordable. Fell in love with one that we ended up purchasing. I just happen to bring my old ring that was cut off to see if they could repair it as well. It was a size 11 and now take a 14. Didn't think nothing could be done because of the size difference. Boy, was I wrong. They had a experienced goldsmith on site. Well, it has a unique design and could not be happier in having it repaired at Moeller. It's very hard to tell where it was repaired. Great job. Wasn't pressured to purchase, and the pricing was competitive. The only thing they couldn't provide was a ring box (not an issue, as they are not a rare find online). The actual work was immaculate, with the ring being significantly widened without flaw, and the whole piece was polished nicely. No haggling, payment was simple.

Patrick phoned us when the appraisal was completed and we again met with him at the store. Each piece had been independently appraised so we could decide if we wanted to sell or keep it. In the end, we received a most generous $2,650.00 for the pieces we sold. Throughout this entire process we were guided by Mr. Mullins. As it happens, I had another ring and Patrick is arranging for that to be resized for me. My husband and I would suggest that anyone looking to purchase or sell fine jewelry visit this store and look for Patrick Mullins.

This was my second purchase from R.F. Moeller, and once again, I have nothing but good things to say about this local jeweler. I had purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee in September of 2016, but now that our wedding date is nearing, we needed to look for wedding bands. The individual I had the pleasure of working with was Patrick Mullins. He was very easy to work with and worked to find me a band that was in my "style", size, and most importantly, price. Well, there was no need to return the band - I went and picked it up today and it looked great, and was half the price of the first band I looked at. I looked at other jewelers for my band but DID NOT find the customer service that was anywhere close to what Patrick and the other associates at R.F. Moeller provide. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this jeweler and would absolutely recommend them to others.

It’s great place to take your ring or watch for repair. Love the customer service, Brennon is very helpful and willing to work with you until you satisfy . I often bring it in to have the battery replaced and am met with friendly and competent assistance. Recently I had a new crown put on my wedding ring, which was suggested to me by both Patrick and Nasim, who examined it and determined that the prongs had worn thin on my ring and I could lose the diamond. When I returned for the ring 2 days later, I noticed that the goldsmith mistakenly put on a 6 prong crown, which is what I had, instead of a 4 prong crown, which was recommended to add more light and sparkle to the diamond. Immediately the ring was taken to be replaced while I waited. The service was fast and efficient, and I am very satisfied with the results. Top notch jewelers. I highly recommend R.F. He guided us from start to finish in selecting a stone and customizing an appropriate setting. I visited several jewelry stores across the metro including JB Hudson, Wixson Arthurs, etc. I couldn’t believe how high pressure the sales staff was and borderline unprofessional. My wedding ring set needed repair. When I took it in they told me it needed a new crown, to which I agreed. When I picked it up the new crown was significantly higher in the setting than the original, which, while not unattractive, changed the design of the ring. I informed Mark Arnold, the Moeller sales executive, and he told me to bring it back in, which I did. They had it fixed in a couple of hours and Mark called and offered to deliver it to my house on his way home that day. Unfortunately a massive storm intervened and he was unable to drop it off that day, but he had it delivered to me within 2 days and included a bottle of wine for my inconvenience. As great a shopping/service experience as I have ever had. I brought in my Tag Heuer to be repaired. Camila Barbosa was the Jewelry Professional that helped me. I can tell you that I have never seen a service provider as thrilled to exceed my expectations and deliver a value. I am here to give my real life testimony about R.F. Moeller Jeweler. Now this situation happened to me 4 years ago but I haven't had the time to thank R.F. Moeller for their unknown involvement in my situation. 5 years ago my mother died. I took all her jewelry and some of my own articles to them for appraisal. They were so through with the appraisal that they took photos of all my items and bounded the paperwork in a professional looking book. Little did I know I would need that paperwork 16 months later. I had hired a babysitter and she decided to steal my jewelry. She pawned most of my possessions at a local pawn shop. My due diligence of getting my items appraised helped my insurance company and the local law enforcement to get some of my items back or reimburse me for my loss (items I wasn't able to get back were melted....ouch). Anyway, I wanted to tell my tell how important it was to have good records and how RF Moeller helped me do that.

I have been in search of the "right" Rolex watch for sometime now, and I have been to a couple of other jewelers in multiple states. I never felt completely taken care of or it felt like I was being "sold" something. I stopped into R.F. Moellers in Edina, and Gabriel East was there to help me. At first I was apprehensive, but he just let me look while making very polite conversation. He didn't appear "salesman-like", yet was professional. I am extremely hard to please and very detailed oriented. I also hate shopping, so he made it very easy for me by quickly pulling out several watches that were similar to the style I showed interest in without me asking. This specific store also had a much larger selection of Rolex watches then even the Vegas Rolex store I visited. They were more than willing to negotiate with me a bit, and do everything I felt I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. I bought my Rolex here, and will continue to shop at this location despite the fact that it is 40 minutes from my home. Thanks Gabriel!

About 20 years ago, my brother gave me a Seiko watch for Christmas. About 10 years ago, it stopped working after swimming with it in the ocean. I tried to have it repaired locally, but no one would touch it. Two Sundays ago, I decided to see if some reputable repair facility could be found online. When I searched Seiko watch repair, R.F. Moeller Jeweler in Saint Paul, Minnesota popped up. Being a fan of Twin Cities radio legend, Tom "Td" Mischke, I knew of them as a loyal sponsor of his programs. I sent an email to R.F. Moeller and explained what had happened to my watch and that I was very happy to be able to send it to them instead of some shady company on the internet because it was of great sentimental value to me. Very early Monday morning, I received a reply from James Moeller, director of operations for R.F. Moeller. James said to send the watch to his attention and he would make sure they took good care of it and see that it got fixed. So, I did just that. It arrived there just before lunch last Friday and James contacted me the following Tuesday morning to let me know it was fixed. The repair cost was 25 dollars, 35 total with shipping. When I got home tonight, Wednesday, there was a Fed Ex box on my door step. I opened it up and my watch was packaged inside a very nice zippered case that probably cost more than the 25 dollar watch repair. If you live in or around Minneapolis / St. Paul area, I would highly recommend shopping at R.F. Moeller. I can honestly say that their level of service is well worth the 3 hour drive from my house for any future purchases I might make.
