Cannot recommend this family and their store enough. Maria was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what we wanted from beginning to end. Johnny did incredible work to bring our dream from sketch to real life. When we went to pick up our ring, the entire staff greeted us with excitement. We are returning for my fiances ring because of how welcome we feel at Diamonds Direct. Can't wait to keep going back for all our special treasures!

I was wanting to buy a special necklace for my wife she suggested Tiffany’s. I went there to spend $3k-5k. It was so outrageous expensive you needed a microscope to see the Dimond’s for that price range. I was thinking I should be able to get a pretty nice next for $5,000!! Thank god I googled Dimond stores in that area of south dale and Dimond Direct came up!! I got what would have been a 12k necklace at Tiffany’s for 3k and the customized it with even larger diamonds spaced from the center piece. They texted me pics and followed through with everything. I have found my go to jeweler from now on!!

Top notch ring designs, jewelry, and services! We absolutely recommend this store for our family and friends. I found an engagement ring that I absolutely loved that was created by the owner. They had to size the ring down 3 sizes for it to fit perfectly. A month later one of the stones at the end of the melee loosened and fell out. We were not able to make it back to the store right away. We walked in without calling today because we were in the area. They matched the stone, replaced it, tightened everything, and cleaned the ring on the spot for no charge. They are so nice, knowledgeable, and stand by their products!

I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from Diamonds Direct this past year. Maria and her brother, John, made our experience amazing. Maria is very helpful and provided me immense peace of mind during the final buying decision. My decision came down to Diamonds Direct and another company. Maria was patient and took the time to answer the plethora of questions I had; she was not pushy in the slightest and truly wanted me to be happy with my decision. I cannot say the same about the other company. John is GIA-certified and is extremely knowledgeable about diamonds. He provided very detailed information about the specific diamond I purchased. Also, he was able to construct the engagement ring and wedding band to our desired specifications, some of which were not traditional. More specifically, he created the wedding band based off a picture we loved and found online (and completed construction of the band in under a week for our wedding day). They are a family-run business and do not advertise, which means they can offer great rates. Long-story-short, these guys were amazing and really made the experience a positive one for us. We absolutely recommend them to anybody in the ring-shopping process!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Diamonds Direct and he did a GREAT job! With the assistance of Maria he was able to design a beautiful ring that I can't stop staring it! When he told me about his experience designing a ring he explained that the staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help him pick the perfect ring - even calling him to let him know that a new band had come in that they felt would be perfect for what he was looking for from previous discussions. After the proposal I was able to go and meet the staff - they were so friendly and willing to tell me more about my ring and help me find the perfect wedding band. I will absolutely be going back to purchase my fiance's wedding ring! Will absolutely recommend to friends and family for all diamond purchases!
