Great customer service. I stopped in to have a new battery put in my watch and Vicky was very helpful. The price for the battery installed was very reasonable at only $6.33 ( I know others may be more but I have a Citizen watch as an example) It only took a few minutes and Vicky was very kind and showed me a ring while I was waiting. So if you need a piece of new jewelry or "estate" jewelry, or just a new watch battery I recommend The Jewelry Center in Greenfield.

We came in today to get some rings sized. Vicki handled that really well, letting us know how much it would cost. Then I was interested in a thin ring with diamonds for my pointer finger. She had many suggestions for me to choose from and tried to stay in our budget amount. I had a hard time choosing between all the selections she presented. I finally narrowed it down and purchased the perfect ring. Vicki has always been very helpful and full of suggestions to help us make a decision. We look forward to her helping us whenever we have a purchase to make.

I took a broken necklace that belonged to my deceased mother in for repair. Quite naturally I was hesitant because it is one of the few things I have left of hers. However, the staff was welcoming which made it easier. I got my necklace back earlier than anticipated and it looked better than ever! It was fixed! Additionally, it had been cleaned up and polished. Stopped in to replace batteries on two watches. Despite this small purchase in a jewelry store, they treated me like an important customer. While browsing waiting for the batteries to be replaced, I noticed they have watch bands. The one I had was functioning, but over the years some links lost their facings. I asked if they had one similar as I liked it and they had a real nice one for a decent price. I'll be back, even if I am not likely to be purchasing a big buck item.

She went out of her way to make sure she gave me several options to select from and offered her opinion on what she felt what would work best. I have a small European clock that requires an unusual battery which the Jewelry Center normally does stock. I was in the Brookfield area and so stopped at that location. The associate looked and did not find that battery. She called the Layton Ave. store to check if they had any and was told they too were out. We thought that our search for a solitaire ring guard would take many trips to various jewelry stores. By luck, our first stop was The Jewelry Center. Beth (our sales rep) was great. She understood our concerns with the ring and the need to protect it. She helped us pick out the perfect guard. When the ring guard was soldered to the ring, we had one alignment issue that stemmed from our ring already being bent (hence the need for the guard.) They resolved that issue very quickly, and professionally. "We want you to be happy" was what they said more than once. We're very happy! Great job. Great selection.

My fiance recently bought his medallion for his necklace, and knew I had two rings that needed to be sized so he suggested I go there as well. Now his medallion is just amazing and the staff was so warm and inviting he said. So took his advice and i to say the staff are so professional, very friendly accommodating and most of all caring I say that to say this... the reason why I needed my rings to be sized is I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia my fingers are not the same they swell up very much and the staff was so kind into making sure I had the perfect fit! Even by sizing the right hand ring just a bit different from the left hand ring so whichever hand is more swollen I can switch the rings around continue wearing them. I'm so overjoyed I was engaged last December and a couple months after that was unable to wear them again but now I can! So thank you thank you thank you to the staff and owners of the jewelry Center highly recommend! They brought tears to my eyes like the day I was proposed to!

I used the mail in service to send my watch for a repair. It is a waterproof watch, so when the battery died, I knew it should be repaired professionally to keep its waterproof quality. I did some research online and found that I could print a mailing slip and simply mail my watch for repair. It was very easy and I just had to drop it off at USPS. I got a notification when my watch was received and given a quote for the repair (about $25 including shipping to send it back), after I accepted the terms, I got a notification when it was done, clicked a link to pay, and it was mailed back to me in less than a week after that. They even set the time on my watch to the correct time which was a nice touch. Will definitely use them again!

I’ve sent watches to The Jewelry Center on two occasions, and their service is always five stars. They communicated throughout, letting me know my watches had been received. Two bands were looking ragged, and they offered to replace those, letting me know the expected date when the repairs would be complete. All watches were returned in good working order. When the diamond fell out of my engagement ring, luckily I found it, I went to The Jewelry Center to have it repaired. The jeweler said my prongs were weak and suggested that they be replaced. (The ring was not purchased from The Jewelry Center.) I quickly agreed because I did not want the diamond to fall out again. They did an amazing job. I could see the difference, before I never saw the prongs holding the diamond. I feel my diamond is not only more secure but the prongs enhance the diamond in my ring. The Jewelry Center did a beautiful job of resetting my diamond and at a reasonable cost. I am beyond satisfied. I highly recommend you go to The Jewelry Center, you will not be disappointed.

I purchased an engagement ring from here and found out the prices were way more reasonable than all the other stores you always hear ads for. Was a pleasure working with Vicki Zahn while we were there. We went back to purchase the wedding bands for the ring as well and used the layaway program which worked out perfect for us. The price was the same or better as I can find locally, and much more convenient to pop the watch in the mail than have to drive to a local shop and wait. I collect cheap watches. This always leads to battery problems. I sometimes even get new ones shipped to me with a dead battery. Last year I brought a ring in that was my fathers (who passed away last Christmas) and wanted it resized to wear to the funeral. Service on 1950’s Lord Elgin watches is virtually impossible to obtain. The Jewelry Center is the ONLY place that I could find that would even touch this one! Craftsmanship is becoming a rare concept in the age of microchip technology. They priced the world at the very beginning, with no surprises along the way. My wedding ring went down the garbage disposal. I was able to retrieve the band, but the stone went down the drain. The ring was misshapen, mangled and unrecognizable. The Jewelry Center repaired the band and replaced the prongs and stone. When I picked it up, i was beyond amazed and thrilled to see how beautiful it looked. The white gold, wide band is flawless, no scratches or gouges. With the new prongs and stone, the ring looks brand new! I am so happy that I choose to repair and not replace this ring. We needed to get a Sterling Silver Cladah ring resized. The ring had belonged to my son who had recently passed away.
