I recieved great service from a very friendly staff that never tried to force a purchase. I was looking at the necklace for weeks and and when I finally decided to get it, I had forgotten they had a bundle discount. I went in a few weeks later and saw the bracelet and they offered me the bundled price even though it had been quite some time later. The gold smith is knowledgeable and very accommodating. These are the first jewelry purchases I've made for myself, and I would go back to this location first if I ever choose to buy anything else in the future. I recommend highly that if you're considering jewelry just go in and talk to them, they're professional and never try to make you buy.

Dawn is absolutely amazing. She helped me 2 nights in a row. First night for an anniversary present. Second night an engagement ring. She was so patient and never pushy. Took my late wife ring in to have it soldered together for my daughter on a very special day, they not only just soldered it they sized and replaced a broken post and polished it to the way it looked back in 1977. When I came in the store, the kindest, and most patient saleswoman greeted me and spent what felt like hours searching for the perfect promise ring with me. I gave her an almost impossible budget to work with. She patiently searched almost every display case until we found exactly what I was looking for. She guided me on diamond clarity and value, helping me find the best option possible. Every employee there was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though I wasn't spending thousands like I am sure many do, they treated me like I was. It wasn't just a transactional experience, it was a shopping experience that exceeded my expectations on every level. The prices on all of their jewelry were very reasonable and they have a huge variety of rings for every budget and personal expression. I will be back for all future jewelry purchases and recommend them to everyone I know. It was worth the 45 minute drive there!

I went to see Leslie to custom make 2 rings. We bought my original wedding set from her almost 30 years ago. We trust her to be professional honest and caring towards our happiness and knew we only wanted her to help us. Leslie found a beautiful heart shaped diamond for my first ring. Then together she helped me design the ring I was dreaming of. It turned out so beautiful. The next ring was to set my original wedding diamond in a setting that would look like my original set. I had reset diamond in a new setting, but it just didn't feel like my wedding ring. This ring was a little more difficult to design. Leslie was patient and understanding of me wanting to get this just right. I consider her a friend and not just a jeweler at a store. Leslie and Robert Haack care about your happiness and satisfaction not just the sale and your money. I'm so thsnkful to Leslie for my two beautiful rings and the experience turning out the way it did.

He was wonderful and helped me with all of my questions (I have never boughten from a jeweler before). He even wrapped my gift and let me use his computer to print out the meaning of the stone I bought her as it was a gem stone not a diamond and put it in a special card. I had a great experience at the Glendale location, and my friend, went to the south location. I dealt with Michele and was selling jewelry. She made me an offer which I was thrilled with, did shop around first, and she asked if there was anything sentimental. On the one that was, she recommended not to sell the center diamond, but to set it into something I would enjoy. Next time I went in, I learned Robert Haack had two gemologists, Gary and Shawna at this location. Shawna was happy to teach me a little about diamonds. Not only that, but on the tables were some microscopes available for customers to use. Love the education. My friend (I went with) got offered about 20% more on his gold. We dealt with Leslie. She actually suggested to my friend, who was shy, to shop around. He already did and didn't want to go to every jewelry store. There is a Kesslers down the street of this location to get another offer. See for yourself. I can't speak for the other employees, but Leslie, Michele and Shawna, all A+
