I really want to write this review to commend the Pawn Consultant Xander R. I had a really chaotic morning and I was in a really bad mood already. The line was excruciatingly long and it just felt like service was at a halt. Eventually Xander called us to the desk and helped my friend Sasha and I. I was completely impressed with his customer service skills. Not only was he able to get us in and out once he got to us, but he was very kind and ensured my first time ever at a Pawn shop was enjoyable. He made sure to answer all my questions and even was very knowledgeable with everything. I am thoroughly impressed I had originally mentioned that I would never return to a Pawn shop again after that experience I most definitely will, and I'll most definitely recommend Pawn American to my family and friends. Outstanding service!

Honestly I would recommend it to anybody even though it's the closest pawn shop to me and near me the staff are so friendly like Jacqueline she is a very very nice and beautiful person great customer service from her at least from what I've experienced so far and sure there are times where it does get a little lined up when you're trying to pawn something buying something that's easier you know you just walk around the store and do what you got to do but I have never had a bad experience and I've been going to that pawn shop for The Last 5 Years maybe four I don't know but yes I have never once had a bad experience with any of the staff customers are always pretty in line never really seen an argument or an outbreak so it's a pawn shop what do you expect they'll tell you like we can't take it this TVs too old or you know these speakers don't work or you know like nail guns or anything like that like they will tell you straight up and yeah people try to call all the time to get you know quotes and stuff like that it doesn't work that way people just don't realize that it's a pawn shop not a phone in service but again Jacqueline is amazing hands down my favorite person and by far the cutest just saying and yes there you go don't mind my pink wig
