I took my ring in to enhance the setting with small diamonds. It is a unique setting with a solitaire diamond. I had gone to two other jewelry stores, one a small local jeweler and one large chain jeweler. Both places said that what I wanted could not be done. Paul’s Jewelers was my next stop and they got it done. The ring is stunning. Vivian is spectacular to work with, the goldsmith did fantastic work and it was all done timely. Great experience and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Professional, knowledgeable, clear communication, and fair pricing! I could describe Paul’s Jewelers in many wonderful ways, but I still wouldn’t be able to sum up just how great it is to work with them. I brought in my late grandmother’s original wedding band from the 1940s/50s, with the original stones removed. Using a different pendant of my grandmother’s, Paul’s Jewelers artfully transferred the diamonds from the pendant to the wedding band, so that I may use it as my own. My wedding band is now a beautifully restored, priceless heirloom that I will cherish forever. Thank you so much to Vivian and the team at Paul’s Jewelers!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED working with Vivian from Paul's Jewelers! Vivian was able to recommend and provide great options for my husband based on the type of ring he was looking for. I needed extra assistance to select a wedding band as my engagement ring had a unique cut. Vivian provided amazing recommendations, gave us a book to take home & look through for more ideas, and even allowed us to take a wedding band home to get a better feel for it before making our final decision. We selected a "ring guard" that provides a band on each side of my engagement ring, which ultimately holds it in place. I could not be happier with the results! She also designed beautiful Greek Orthodox Wedding Crowns, also known as, stefana. Paul's Jewelers employees are professional and have top of the line jewelry! Vivian takes the time to get to know her clients and answer all of their questions. Buying an engagement ring when you are unfamiliar with diamonds can be a daunting task, but Vivian was reassuring and educated us on all of the various aspects. She took time to prepare for us prior to our initial visit by having diamonds to showcase that was in our budget and styles we were interested in looking at. This preparation make the meeting go much more efficiently than at other jewelers. She was also patient with my fiance's lame jokes. We highly recommend Vivian at Paul's Jewlers and we will be back.

I wanted a custom necklace for my daughter with a design my daughter drew. I wasn't sure how this would come to life, but Vivian patiently walked me through various options and made recommendations that were very helpful. We ended up with a disk engraved with my daughter's hand-drawn design. It is beautiful! Ring Rejuvenation Project! Vivian took my wedding ring and brought it back to life. I had her replace my cracked/chipped diamond with a lovely Ceylon Blue Sapphire. It is stunning! My brothers and I lost both parents during this past year and we inherited several pieces of jewelers. The responsibility of sorting out their belongings fell upon my shoulders due to proximity during the pandemic. I made an appointment and brought the pieces into Paul’s Jewelers. Vivian (the owner) and Susie took considerable time to make me feel comfortable as we examined each piece together. After about about two hours, I left with the knowledge that I needed and could now provide to my brothers; the metal and jewel make up of each piece and an approximate estimate of the value of each piece. For this information I was charged a very fair price. Without a doubt, Paul’s will be my go to jeweler for future inquiries and purchases.

My purchased my vintage 20s engagement ring from another Milwaukee area shop, but brought it to Paul's Jewelers to be resized. Come to find out that the stone was not set as securely as it should have been! Not only did Paul's do the simple resizing, but they also did the work to secure the diamond and even had it appraised for me so that I could insure it. I actually prefer the look of it now than I did before they built up the prongs for a more secure setting. This is an excellent place for modifying any piece of jewelry. They clearly have the experience of working on vintage pieces and staying true to the look and era of the piece. I will certainly be coming back for our wedding bands!

I wish I could adequately express how amazing this family run business is because a 5 star rating doesn't do them justice. I had two rings that required work (resizing and several prongs redone.) I had originally gone to a couple larger franchise jewelers and received some pretty staggering quotes. I happened to come across Paul's Jewelers and I'm so happy I did. A family member recommended Paul’s Jewelers. My wife’s engagement and wedding rings needed to be cleaned and re-plated and we also wanted to have them appraised for home insurance purposes. We called, made an appointment and went in to drop them off. Staff was very friendly. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the wedding band required new prongs. During the days between when I dropped off the rings and when I eventually picked them up, they communicated with me via phone & text with status updates. The whole process was very easy. I would highly recommend Paul’s Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs, especially repair.

We've worked with Vivian for over 30 years as our Go-To Jeweler and we have always felt we were treated fairly. Not all jewelers can say that. Most recently I lost a small diamond in a multi-diamond channel set. Paul's Jewelers replaced the diamond and re-crafted the channel setting to avoid losing more at a reasonable price. The ring looks even better than it did originally because of tweaks to the design. In short, anyone should feel comfortable discussing their preferences for new jewelry or their design ideas for repaired or reconstructed jewelry knowing the chances of satisfying those ideas can very likely be met at a fair price.

I want to give a shoutout to Paul’s Jewelers in the Milwaukee area and especially to the owner, Vivian. I needed my wedding ring set repaired (we had our 30th anniversary last month) and she was incredibly helpful - using a jeweler’s magnifier she showed me how worn the prongs were and what needed to be repaired and why - she listened to my concerns and what I wanted for the end result and I felt completely comfortable entrusting this to her as well as the price she quoted. Long story short, she made a mold of my set (I didn’t want a new design) and completely remade my rings - I’m SO happy with the results and know they will last me at least another 30 years!
