What I also liked was that I was treated with respect there and did not feel that I had to dress up just to enter the building. That is important. Many times I am just out running errands. I have always dealt with a man named Brian. He is very knowledgeable, explains and educates on the items that I have brought to him. He is always a pleasure to do business with and I leave feeling like I just had a visit with an old friend. I have always thought the exchanges were fair.
