The entire process is easy and wonderful! Andy is an exceptional gentleman and runs a great business. Skye worked with us throughout the entire process. Andrew, I will continue to travel as long as you are still in business and I am able. I highly recommend shopping no where else for your jewelry needs. I first met Andrew and the staff at Princess jewelers upon moving to Derry, NH. We were in the market for a unique engagement ring. We found it. It was a custom made piece by them! From working in a chain jewelry store I know that most forms come from Asia. Their repair is also the best in the area. Don’t allow chain stores to repair your good jewelry or it will become your costume jewelry. The personalized service you get is also worth the visit. The store is impeccably clean. The pieces are priced reasonably for the quality of the pieces. We have purchased numerous pieces over the years and will continue to do so. (Thankfully, he ships the pieces with tracking so I don’t have to wait for them - I live about 800 miles south now) He is now carrying silver bullion coins/bars. Check them out while you’re there. A cute collectors piece. And I won’t mention his “secret black box” …or perhaps I will ☺️ (The photo is just a few pieces we have picked up from Princess Jewelers.)

Andrew and his team are amazing! All super friendly and able to work with us help us find exactly what we were looking for! Had my engagement ring and wedding band soldered as he suggested after about a year of waiting it out and I highly recommended doing it! Today I walked into Princess Jewelers with a broken men's watch wrist band asking if they could repair it. I was immediately assisted by a friendly employee by the name of Skye who was able to quickly refasten the wrist strap to the watch casing at no charge. I went to Princess Jewelers to get my watch fitted. Normally I would have had the dealer I purchased it from fit it but this is a niche brand and there are very few places in NH that offer them and as a result I purchased it online. The manager was extremely nice and took extra time to learn about the watch in order to make sure she did the job properly which I appreciated. They also charged me much less then I was expecting which was a nice surprise.

I had a ring that needed repair so I went to where I purchased it and they gave me a quote of $200. This ring had never been my favorite so I said I would think about it. That afternoon I went to see Andrew to sell some gold and while there told them about the ring. Andrew said he would repair it and at a cost I couldn't pass up! When I got it back it looked brand new! Everyday when I put it on I look at and think about how good my ring looks! Thank you Andrew!

Princess Jewelers is hands-down amazing. After going to Princess on a few recommendations, they have earned a new loyal customer. They truly went above and beyond. I am incredibly impressed with their expertise and customer service. Being new to the area, I was looking for a local family-owned business who would be able to do the work on-site and was heavily-focused on customer service and honesty. Princess Jewelers is ALL of these things and more. Somehow they fixed my engagement ring that I have been trying to get fixed for more than a year and a half after the chain jewelry store it was purchased from royally messed it up during routine work. And not only did Princess fix it even though it wasn't their piece, they did it quickly and with unmatched confidence and expertise. Furthermore, they refused to let me pay for the work! They said they'd rather have me become a I satisfied customer who would want to come back to them again, than charge me for simple work like that! I simply could not believe it. I will certainly be back, as I would love to work with them again. They truly seem to have passion for their customers and for what they do. Even further, they have a fantastic sense of humor while helping you, which makes it a joy to be there. I look forward to going back, and am so happy I have now found the family-owned jeweler I have been hoping to find. Here is a bit about my experience: Andrew greeted me right away when I walked in and was so friendly. After describing my situation, he introduced me to Bob, the jeweler, who took a quick look at my engagement ring and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it; and to my surprise, he said he would do it right then and there! As Bob took my rings to the back, Andrew was trying to describe to me what he would be doing. Bob yelled to the front to have me join him in the back so I could watch what he was doing to fix my rings! That was fantastic! He worked on my engagement ring for just a bit and somehow fixed ALL the problems that Kay's and Jared told me were unfixable! I'm a hands-on person, so I thought it was even more incredible that he was describing what he was doing while he was doing the work- it was great to watch, and really showed me that they are a trustworthy team. He even polished and rhodium-plated my ring after that, and insisted on doing the same to my wedding band so they would both look great and match. It was so kind of him!

I stumbled upon this place by accident while engagement ring shopping. They're all great, but Andrew is by far the best in his business. He sat with me, worked within my budget and we settled on a beautiful antique ring that my fiancee is crazy about. I can't say enough good things about this place. Red Carpet Customer Service....no pressure to buy, but honestly it is so easy to do in this place. All the jewelry is beautiful. If you don't see what you want just ask as the staff will be able to design and create it for you. They were able to make a necklace for me out of my late mother's engagement ring. I showed it to family this weekend and they were in awe at how gorgeous it is. Prices are more than fair for the quality, craftsmanship, customer service experience, discounts and point system available. Very happy customer...

Great service. Had a stone replaced in a ring, they did a beautiful job... Checked all the other stones, cleaned the ring and the charge was very reasonable. And it was done on site! I was pleasantly surprised. Will use them when ever I need to. Nice selection of jewelry too.

Princess Jewelers is amazing!! I have used them for a while for jewelry repairs but we had not bought any jewelry off of them until recently. I had my diamond ring stolen and searched for approx 5 years for a ring that I would love as much as the one that was stolen. I could not find anything close to what I was searching for. My husband and I went to Princess be talked with Andrew about different ideas of what I was looking for. Andrew assured us that he could make a ring that was what I was looking for. Wonderful Place to purchase your love one jewelery. The staff is do wonderful and the prices are reasonable. The Owner was do kind to me and my Husband when I lost my Engagement Ring. I couldn't stop crying. He paid for a meal for my Husband and I after he gave my Husband a fantastic price on a new Engagement Ring and adjusted the fit while we ate. Excellent customer service and exceptional quality at a very reasonable price-point. Andrew not only helped me (on his day off), but he kept in contact with me, texted/emailed me updates on the progress of my chosen setting and stone. I would recommend Princess Jewelers to any of my closest friends/family and encourage others shopping for Engagement Rings (or other jewelry) to send them a picture of what the top choices you're considering purchasing. Even if they price match instead of showing you a lower price, you're going to get a better quality diamond (3 C's) and a more personal interaction than you will with other retailers. I definitely got the most bang for my buck.

I can not recommend Princess Jewelers enough. They treat my husband and I so well during the choosing of my engagement ring and wedding band. He is extremely professional, yet acts like he is your best friend and treats you as one. He turned around our wedding bands when we had a month to our wedding, gave us a lender wedding ring set for me to use on our honeymoon. Would give me personal texts updates. At the same time he checked in on us , during our visits he even remembered we were having issues with my car and in the process of buying a new one and he said if there was anything he could do to help, let him know! What a great experience i had! I do not review places often, but this crew has it. I was guided through the whole " ring buying " experience being helped with each step by knowledgeable staff. I went in knowing virtually nothing about diamonds, now I have a beautiful ring to supprise my bride to be with. The quality of the diamond and the setting is so much better than the other places i went. Pricing was fantastic. The only thing i have to worry about is my girlfriend saying yes, but im not too worried, once she sees the ring.

Princess isn't your typical Jewelry store. If you want nice staff, personalized service, low prices AND quality work/products - this is the place for you. They have a large selection to help find right jewelery at the right price. Both times I went into the store, they asked a few questions about what I was looking for and showed me a combinaton of setting and stone. I proceeded to look at everything else in the store then looked at what Andrew and his wife had recommended and realized that was what I wanted and it was within my price range. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will make it or have it made. Bob, their jeweler, is the best jeweler I have woked with anywhere.
