Jareds truly takes care of their customers! No matter how many times we call or go into store they are always welcoming and diligent to our needs. They always take extra time to clean all jewelry no matter if you purchased from them or not and inspect jewelry to ensure that you keep up with your inspection dates. We have purchased at the Manchester store many of times and they always look out for the best interest of the customer, comparing prices of other jewelers and matching deals and if they can’t match they are not afraid to make sure you don’t miss a deal. They took ample time to ensure our custom wedding band was everything we wanted and pushed to ensure we had the rings for all special/holiday and personal occasion dates. We also bought watches for our wedding party and although purchased from a brand name store they still took time to fit and clean all of them for our groomsman. We can’t say enough about the team at Jared’s of Manchester NH, it is our go to place!

One of the associates simulated what my rings would feel like with a band that was basically that width to make sure I sized up the perfect size! We have been doing business exclusively with the Manchester location of Jareds for a couple of years, even though it is a farther drive to get to this location. We initially worked with the location closer to us but after a couple issues with incorrect orders and abysmal customer service, we reached out to the Manchester location. The reason we keep coming back to this location is because it doesn't matter whom you deal with, you can believe you will receive top customer service. Regardless if you're buying a new piece, or simply there for a routine warranty inspection, you will be treated the same each time you visit. This past visit, I had dealt with Sereh whom was awesome to work with. I came in and she was able to help me match up a bracelet to a pair of earrings we had purchased a couple years back. Although they were not from the same collection, Serah's attention to deal and ensuring they were of similar design was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for everything! -Jim-

I’ve been buying diamonds from Jared’s since 2007. I’ve run into stores that have lost my business due to poor customer service and then I found this location. I’ve found their customer service to exceed all Jared locations. The GM at this site is top notch. If you have been looking to buy anything for that special person I highly recommend this location. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

I encountered an issue with the wrap that I bought at Jared’s this past October. I cannot tell you how amazing Kira, the store manager, was at helping to rectify the situation. She was timely, communicated openly through the whole process and acknowledged how important my piece of jewelry was to me. She never made me feel like I was a bother and she worked tirelessly to get my ring back to it’s original condition, even during this pandemic. Everyone in the store was friendly, warm, and engaging! Unlike mall retailers, you can purchase separate stones and settings, and the jewelry is GIA certified. We found something exquisite! We had a generous budget, and were not disappointed. I also want to add that this store is very relaxed, but 100 percent professional. We brought our little 5 month old baby with us, and everyone in the store was so sweet and kid friendly. They have amazing customer service, and are not stuck up like some of the competitors. I had a very bad experience getting stuck with an interest that was a huge misunderstanding. Managers told me many times there was nothing they could do for me.. I wrote a letter to the headquarters and they took care of it. I am now satisfied with the way they handled it and Im happy to continue my business with them. I wished the people i spoke to were more willing to help me as they told me flat out they couldnt do anything but when I wrote a letter to corporate they handled it properly. My fiancé had my ring custom made at this Jared's location, and all I can say is AMAZING!!! As it was told to me, he went in with a concept: to design an engagement ring based on our mutual love of a particular book (I am not a traditional woman and he's not a traditional guy). They were very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. They made it their mission (his own words) to make sure he was satisfied and apparently just as excited to create the ring for me! After several months of hard work, my beautiful engagement ring was perfected down to the most minute detail! After he popped the question (and I accepted, of course), we had to stop by to have it resized as it was just a little too big. After we were greeted and explained why we were there, they treated us like rock stars (no pun intended)!! Everyone not only congratulated us on our engagement, they were genuinely excited for us as they were just as nervous as my fiancé about the ring, as they had never had to design such an elaborate setting before (dragon design with rubies, white diamonds, black diamonds, and emeralds). Needless to say, they made us feel that we were the most important people in the store (without sacrificing time and attention to the 3 other customers who happen to also be there at the time)! The resizing was done after 3 days (I thought it would take longer) and they were all extremely helpful, professional, and personable. Fiancé and I will be returning to have our wedding bands custom designed, and we will be referring Jared's to everyone! If you're looking for a custom designed piece where the staff are wonderful and attentive, this is the place to go!!

I've had nothing but great experiences with this store.I 've bought 2 watches, and sterling silver, "cuffs" (men's bracelet bands) from these guy's, and while they really had to work at sizing the watch bands, they got the job done perfectly. They're a bit more expensive, but the service is excellent. I also had them hand-make a piece of jewelry, and it was flawless. I did have to take it back as they neglected to put the engraving on the back, but they fixed that on the spot. They DO have to send watches out for battery replacement. But most Radio Shack stores will do that for just the cost of the battery. Don't bring them an Omega - that they won't do.
