Erik has a ton of rings and jewelry available and it’s definitely worth stopping in to check out the inventory and say hello. I used a saw to remove this focal piece out from a cuff bracelet and made the chain for it to turn it into a necklace. Unfortunately I had no way to solder the jump rings to attach the chain as a torch would damage the focal piece. Erik was able to laser solder the jump rings to attach the chain. He did it well, fast and for a reasonable price. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I had been looking around the Manchester area for a place to pick out my Christmas present (a ring or type of jewelry) We went to a couple places, but we weren’t impressed at all. Found DeRosa’s on Google and saw it was right in Hookset! We called him ahead of time to see if he for 1) Had anything in my boyfriend’s price range, and 2) Anything in my size for a ring. He was more than accommodating and a pleasure to purchase from! We got there and he introduced himself and explained his profession, and how he came to it. He’s a personable, caring, funny and great customer oriented business owner eager to please his customers! We ended up with a beautiful ring, he sized it for us in the time it took for us to go out to eat on a date and stop at a store. (Less than 1.5 hours!) We were so happy with our purchase, we came back today to ask him to look over a pair of diamond and gold earrings I had and give us some information on them and possibly a ballpark of what they would be worth. He was more than helpful to meet our needs in every way! He’s a great guy to talk to, and learn about the trade from, as well as a great person to support when you buy locally. The visit, rapport, and customer service is alone worth making this our only place we’ll ever want to go to for anything jewelry related! Only place to go if you want the best of everything! 10 stars if I could! Thanks so much Carl! 🙂

Carl is the amazing at what he does. I had my engagement ring, wedding band for her and a wedding band for myself designed and made here. Using the gemstones I wanted, Carl worked with my budget. He explained everything, educated me in the subject matters of gemstones and metals. Showed us the final CAD-design on how it’ll look on his big TV. He just made it so much more personal and came out on top with the final products. Best thing I ever did going there unlike all of these big chain jewelry stores where the sales person just wants to make a sale, Carl will take his time and make sure understands you and you will leave happy with your purchase and no buyers remorse later either. He is the best!!

Went to 2 mall jewelers at the mall in Manchester to replace a missing diamond from my wife's engagement ring; they wanted about $ 400 dollars and it would take 4 to 5 weeks...Went to Derosa's in Hooksett instead; had it done in about 2 hours for less than half the price.

Carl is amazing!! I brought my engagement ring that my fiance had made by Carl in for repair and sizing.(I should have brought it in to be sized months ago hence the need for repair) he quoted me a fair price and said he could have it ready in a few days. Got a call same day with fantastic news 🙌 ring was almost ready and I would be able to pick it up that night before closing! This is THE place to have your jewelry repaired. It was the quickest and easiest experience. My engagement ring is thin, and I bent it during a move. It was missing a side diamond and had a crack in it. I did not want to have a repair done somewhere they shipped my ring off. Eric was polite and professional, he fixed my ring right in front of me within 10 mins. I would highly recommend this repair location. They do repairs on site and they were able to do mine the same day. This business sets the standard when it comes to customer service. Go here, you won’t be disappointed! I went in to have my wedding ring repaired, because it had broken at work. The repair was made same day, and far exceeded my expectations. The damaged portion was completely removed, and replaced with a much more durable piece. The ring is much sturdier now, and I can't say enough how great the this place is. I had this very sentimental ring from my sister who passed a few years back, I went to Princess Jewelery In Derry NH and spoke with Andrew. One of the prongs was bent. They fixed it, one week later Luckily I noticed the prong was yet bent again. I returned to Princess Jewelery showed them the issue and they not only charged me again but told me my stones were loose and I should perhaps change the setting of the stone. I did this due to this being so special to me (Probably spent more then the ring was worth in monetary value but given the fact it was so sentimental I paid). Long story short less then a year later I notice a crack in the gold ring itself. By the grace of god I found DeRosa Jewelery in Hooksett NH. The moment I walked in and met Carl I knew he was the guy to fix my ring. He is the most personable, creative and honest guy you will ever find. I think it's time to let others know, there is no better place to go to other than DeRosa Jewelers, to have all aspects of your jewelry repair, purchases, cleaning, to list just a few of his services. Just recently, I've purchased a pearl necklace, pearl earrings, had one of my cherished gold an diamond rings sized. When I say sized, they literally cut a section out and added about 1/8 inch of gold back, and returned it to me, a flawless, perfect fitting ring I can proudly wear again. I also had my battery replaced, in one of my expensive watches. So I guess what I'm trying to say here is, Trust, Trust Trust. Jewelry is as personal as getting your hair cut. Just one more thing, I could go on for hours, DeRosa's is a small, much more personal type business, Carl always makes you feel special when you walk in his door. Carl is amazing! I lost an opal on my vintage ring and cracked another, I thought it would be hopeless to find matching opals. Not only did he find opals that matched perfectly, but he cleaned it and tightened the stones, and made it look better than when I first received it all in less than a week! DeRosa Jewlers are fairly priced and beautiful work! My husband and I went to Carl to discuss the possibility of our existing wedding bands being redesigned into two new bands as a gift to one another for our tenth anniversary. Carl was up for the challenge and assured us he would be able to design exactly what we had in mind. He took two of my bands; one was an 18k white gold band with 13 diamonds in a channel setting, the other was a simple 2 mm palladium band. He removed the diamonds from the channel setting and had my bands melted down along with my husband’s 5 mm 18k white gold bands combining the metals. He then redesigned my band into a 2 mm shared prong setting and replaced 3 of my diamonds with emeralds. He placed the three diamonds from my original band and set them on the inside of my husbands new band. He also redesigned my husband’s band to have two channels that he filled with colored enamel. Both rings turned out to exceed our expectations! He was able to give us exactly what we had in mind and blew us away! His craftsmanship and attention to detail is exemplary! Carl was an absolute pleasure to work with. He stayed in constant communication with us to let us know exactly where he was in the process and was even able to master challenges he came across in the design phase of the new bands. The diamonds in my band were not the same size, but that didn’t stop Carl! He was able to flawlessly set them to the point that you cannot even tell they are different sizes. He also painstakingly set the enamel in my husband’s band. You can, without a doubt tell that he loves what he does and takes such pride in his work, which is uncommon these days and made the process that much more enjoyable! He honestly seemed as excited if not more excited for this project than we were. We cannot thank Carl enough and we would highly recommend him for any of your jewelry needs.

Carl Branco, the owner of De Rosa Jewelers, is the best jewelry repair professional that I have ever used. I'm a perfectionist, and lucky for me, so is Carl. His skills in all areas of jewelry repair are simply amazing. I know this because I have personally watched him work on my items. I never realized how tedious this work can be, because just one slip of the hand can destroy a precious item in seconds. Carl makes this very difficult work seem easy. I'm new to the area, and I googled pawn shops near me because I had some jewelry to part with that I hadn't worn since middle school. Carl was fair and examined each piece and explained each step of his process. 5 stars is not enough. I’ve passed DeRosa daily on my way home from work and decided to stop in on a whim after having unpleasant experiences at two other larger jewelers in New Hampshire while searching for the perfect wedding band. I was instantly sold when Carl told me his background of being a 5th generation jeweler, learning everything from his father and grandfather. Talk about an expert! I explained to Carl what I wanted and his quote skates circles around his competitors! I ordered my ring and a few weeks later, it was ready. I picked it up yesterday and don’t want to take it off!!! I want to move the wedding up just so I can wear it. Carl exceeded every expectation. He handmade my setting so it would be durable and came in .2 in TW over what I’d asked for. I asked for 1.0 even and it’s a 1.2 TW. I couldn’t be happier. I practically stole this gorgeous band. (I brought it to another store today for kicks and giggles and they quoted me 3x what I paid to replicate it) All the diamonds are colorless and he made it to perfectly match my engagement ring. Due to a medical condition, I was unable to wear my wedding ring set for a few years. The rings were attached to reduce spinning and had already been resized twice. This guy is brilliant. The wedding band that I wear was my father's, so you can imagine how old it is. It's a pinkish -gold, and has a nice old-looking patina. Well, it was getting too tight for me and Carl had to cut it off and make it wider. I was really nervous that the new gold used to make the ring bigger wouldn't match the pinkish-gold of the original. Well, no need to worry.....you have to see the job Carl did. NO ONE can see where the new gold was put, and the ring still has that old patina. I have no idea how he did it, but I'm sold. This guy is great. I've already sent him some of my friends and they can't thank me enough.

Derosa J. is the only jeweler I would trust to buy jewelry at fair prices and to repair my personal items. They are professionals, do great work, and do repairs extremely fast; usually the same day. Don't bother going to 'the mall jewelers'; they are only going to ship out your items to be repaired somewhere else; I've even heard they ship out their repairs to India; nevertheless, your items will be gone for weeks if you take them elsewhere.
