Even though I now live in Little Rock, I went to North Little Rock to Wirt’s Jewelers because I had purchased items in the past from them. The only change was their location. Service was still personal and excellent. The repair that I needed to have done would be available without question. I am confident that I will be pleased with their work because of the experience I have had with them in the past. While there, I also enjoyed viewing the wide variety of pieces that were available displayed so that each reflected its unique qualities and beauty.

Friendly, accommodating and efficient. Louise greeted me at the door and gave me the personal attention you don't see in most modern day stores. I had lost a stone out of my ring. I went in to see if they could repair it as I had a replacement stone or two already. They were all very nice. The jeweler actually came out while I was trying to decide on the stone to use. She took the ring and stones in the back. When she returned a few minutes later, she said only one of the stones I had would fit. It was the same color as the stone I lost. She had set it and fixed the prongs. Nothing else needed to be done. I have my ring back. I went in not sure anything could be done and left wearing my ring. I will definitely be going back. They had beautiful jewelry in there that I want to look at. Very nice staff and bright store. Very impressed. Beats the big box jewelry stores.

I was hesitant about taking in a ring for repair that was twenty years old and was missing the birth stone and diamonds! I was a first time customer; but the service I received was exceptional the astrosphere pleasantly laid back but friendly.The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything to my satisfaction. I went in to this store on Saturday to see if the jeweler could shorten a silver necklace and put a cross on it as a Christmas gift for our 8 year old granddaughter; Lance was the staff member who helped me. Keep in mind, I brought both the chain necklace and the cross in and did not buy them there, thinking I would pay for the service. It was quickly shortened with cross on chain and Lance didn't charge me anything! I hadn't been in this store location before so was glad to know it was so close, had professional staff, and lots of beautiful jewelry for our future! Ask for Lance; very knowledgeable and friendly!

We purchased a new wedding ring set for our ten year anniversary. I was informed after I purchased these rings at another jewelry chain, the rings would have to be sent off for sizing and it would take four weeks. I refused to wait that length of time after paying almost $3,000.00. My husband visited Wirt’s and asked about the sizing. He was greeted by an associate and treated with 100% professionalism and It was as if the rings were purchased at Wirt’s. I was notified within two days that my rings have been sized and they were ready to be picked up. I quickly inspected the rings thoroughly and I can’t begin to explain how impressed I was with the service and especially the detail and care that was put into my rings during the sizing process. Both rings appear to be flawless and perfect. We will be doing more business with Witr’s in the future. Thank you Kelly and staff for your amazing customer service.

When I told her my budget, she shared items with equal enthusiasm. I left with a beautiful item that did not put me in debt. I was so impressed with the staff, especially with Louise. She listened, and she was not put off or insulted when I said I didn't really like one option. She just kept on seeking the perfect piece for me. She found it. I purchased it. My story starts 54 years when I lost my wedding band that matched my engagement ring. I always dreamed of finding a replacement! I finally contacted Emil Chavarria at Wirts( I do not live in the area) after our discussion,I mailed her my engagement ring and recently picked up the set. I cried tears of joy when seeing it. My wife has an heirloom ring from my mother, and she lost the center stone due to an old broken prong. Come to find out, all the prongs needed replacing and the center stone is surrounded by baguettes, so there were a ton. I wanted to get it fixed by Christmas, it was a tall order, and they said they were almost positive they couldn’t... They did for me. It was PERFECT. So thankful for them!

I'm recently engaged and I've been in Wirt's a handful of times both alone and with my fiancé. Each time I go in they recognize me and ask about my fiancé. The entire staff is SO friendly, and you can tell they're passionate about the business and each of their customers. I needed to get my ring resized, and not only did it not even take an entire business day you can't tell at ALL that it'd been resized. The jeweler does beautiful, seamless work. My ring now fits perfectly and is absolutely brilliant. I cannot speak high enough praise of the product selection, professionalism, and kindness Wirt's has to offer!

This is the best jewelry store in central Arkansas Three generations of family ownership. Super integrity. You will pay less for quality stones than anywhere else. Oh sure, you can buy cheaper stones elsewhere but you pay for what you get. And if you want something custom-made they will haggle with you on the price. When it comes to repairs there is no better quality and no better price
