Quite possibly the single best customer service experiences I have ever had. I met Jim and RJ and was treated as if I was the most important customer in the store. I was not spending thousands of dollars and I am certainly no "high-roller." However, I cannot overstate how well they treated me. I will never be the guy who says, "money is no object" but it is good to know that I will unquestionably be given the same respect and consideration as any other client or customer who walks through the door. Then to add to the experience I stopped by (I happened by accidentally while going to a nearby store) their newest location in the Promenade shopping center and was just as impressed by Julianne and her supreme professionalism and friendliness. I am truly looking forward to doing business with this legendary Arkansas business again soon.

We went to visit, I love viewing jewelry and ofcourse buying, Ive been to almost every Tiffany and Co in the U.S.A. London and Paris have visited Harry Winston seen beautiful jewelry in Thailand. Jewelry is a work of art, I went to Sissy's to see if they had any old and art pieces. When we arrove we were greeted by Dawn, offering us beverages of anykind and answering our questions about the history of the store. Their service was beyond anything Ive encountered a combination of Thialand with one on one over the top service and Harry Winston in Las Vegas with friendlies and a feeling of home. I did buy a small bobble that was sized within the hour(unheard of) with an assurity that I will be back in the near future. Dawn and Sissy's was the highlight of my visit in Arkansas! It wasn’t an expensive ring but it had a lot of sentimental value. I brought in a rough picture of it and we discussed how it appeared in real life. We worked together to fine-tune the details and…magic! The new replacement. ring is not only spot-on but we managed to upgrade the quality of the gold and the diamonds dramatically! A Tudor watch my wife gave me wasn’t running properly, and Sissy’s sent it back to Tudor for repairs. Due to shipping and the availability of parts, it wasn’t supposed to be ready for an estimated 21 weeks, but today I got it back 3 months earlier than expected! No charge because it’s under warranty. I visited Sissy’s to have a stone replaced that was missing in my wedding band and repair a flaw on my wedding ring. I explained that I really wanted to incorporate rubies, my husband’s birthstone, into my set. They have a tremendous amount of jewelry inventory to choose from, much of which comes from prominent designers, and they are always so accommodating when it comes to sizing rings or making repairs. Besides jewelry, they also have a section in their store that has decorator items, housewares, and purses. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them and have been very satisfied with every purchase. One diamond ring we purchased lost a stone and Sissy's replaced the diamond free of charge. The jewelers they have on staff are extremely competent. They can sometimes size a ring while you wait. I took them a watch of mine that hadn't been working in probably twenty-five years and now it's running. Their staff is friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for, and once they get to know your tastes, they will text or e-mail you info on things they think you'll like. Terri started the process off via phone call and text messages and got some solitaire emeralds on order to choose from. She became sick and passed me off to Cassie. I didn't mind but having all of sudden 2 new ladies contacts in my phone could set off a problem at the house. So I told the wife to stay off my phone and don't answer texts or phone calls because I was working on her Anniversary gift. Wife agreed and Cassie and I got things going with this necklace. Cassie sent pics of the emeralds they received to choose from and we both agreed on the larger of the 2 solitaire stones. Then I sent a pic of the piece I was looking at from the other internet site and Cassie showed the on staff jeweler and told him to make it. The piece was done in time and got a text that it was done on our way up to Branson for the weekend. I drove north towards Branson and took a quick detour through Little Rock going all kinds of ways confusing the mess out of my wife. Then I pull into Sissys parking lot and she said, "oh my goodness what did you buy." We walked in and moseyed towards the back and I was seen by Cassie. She had the necklace already on a display neck thingy and the surprise was a success. This was a great experience and fun on my part surprising the wife. Now instead of me owing the wife stuff, I am now owed at least 5 new guns with accompanying ammo. Thanks Terri and Cassie for making this a smooth and very easy transaction.
