Walked in on my lunch break and was greeted right away. They promised me to have the work done for the next day because the jeweler was gone which was fine. I needed two chains fixed and 1 ring resized. They did an amazing job and even cleaned my jewelry. The price was fair and for the amount of work they did I feel like I owe them. Quality work. I got two of my rings repaired on the same day I dropped them off and was charged half as much as another jeweler quoted me. Marcos was super helpful and the service I received was unbeatable. Sunny D. made my rings look better than when I first got them. He took the time to explain how he had to remove my opal before soldering it because the heat would damage the stone. Very knowledgeable, I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my jewelry needs.

I came to Zaragoza a few weeks back with an odd request to have 2 mini wrestling belts engraved for my nephews. They informed me that there is a risk involved in doing so as the could not guarantee that the material would take the lazer engraving, which they didn't have to do. I still agreed to try it and man was I impressed with the outcome! Very quick and professional job done in a few minutes ! I will continue to come here from now on for my jewelry and engraving needs thanks to their wonderful customer service! Thank you very much

This place is absolutely amazing!!! My husband wanted to custom make my engagement ring but didn't really know where to start. The staff here was incredible with helping my husband every step of the way. Let me tell you, I’m impressed!!! Brought my broker gold rope chain thinking that it was going to take a few days to fix but that was not the case. The Jeweler, Sunny D, was able to fix the chain in about 20 minutes. I went to the food court to grab some quick bite since I was in my lunch break and before my breakfast over, my chain was looking brand new and it was no longer broker. I’m so thankful that they were able to fix my chain so fast! Sunny D is definitely the best in town!

I buy storage units and sell the contents. I recently found a engagement ring and matching weading band. I took it to a few places before coming here and to be fair I still have the ring and decided to keep it. But the gentleman (sadly I didn't catch his name) that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the metals, the stones, and what his personal use for the ring would be. Both the men were very friendly and fair. No run around, no bs, I even ended up looking at the jewelry that was for sale which also were priced very fairly. All around great place to shop! I'd give more than 5 star if I could! Thanks guys!!

I brought my chain to Zaragoza Jewelers because it broke while I was taking off my sweater. I was so devasted because it was my favorite chain in the world. I google jewelry repair and they pop out. I saw all the 5 star reviews and decided to come over. I thought they were going to keep my chain for a week like other places but it got fixed the same. I had my Fiancées ring resized by Zaragoza. Their turnaround time from size 6 to 3 was only 2 days and they could have done it sooner. Their price to resize was incredible. I called multiple Jewerly stores and they wanted significantly more. Fast forward 6 months later a smudge appeared on the ring inside the band. We were scared it was cracking or something. They did a little polish, checked the stones and the smudge came off no problem. Great customer service and prices. Will definitely come to them for more services.
