Mr. Mordechai at The Jewelers saved me (literally)! I was wearing my grandmother's real gold ring on a trip to Vegas, but it turned out to be too tight, and my finger started swelling up / turning purple and prevented me from being able to remove the ring. I visited two different emergency rooms and an urgent care to have the ring removed, but none of them had the right tool to cut it off safely. Finally, after calling around various jewelers in Vegas, they all referred a "Mr. Mordechai" of The Jewelers store. I walked into his store in a panic, but he immediately set me at ease with his welcoming and easygoing spirit, and he had the special tool to cut the ring off safely and cleanly! He cut the ring off within the first few minutes of me walking in, and didn't even charge me anything for it! I was so relieved (and my finger immediately started deflating back to normal). I was sad to have cut my grandmother's heirloom ring, but Mr. Mordechai saved me again, and was able to repair the ring (and even resize it larger) within 20 minutes for a very reasonable charge! See pics of the clean cut, then the clean fix. My grandmother's ring looked as good as new, and they even polished it! My family couldn't believe their eyes, as the ring looks better than before. As I was waiting in the store, I started noticing a celebrity wall of photos. It turns out that Mr. Mordechai has been providing jewelry for some of the greatest celebrities for over 50 years - he has photos signed from Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Tom Cruise, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, and many more all thanking him personally! He even provided jewelry for Elvis back in the day! I felt like I had stumbled upon an incredible bit of Las Vegas insider history :) Thank you The Jewelers and Mr. Mordechai for your incredible expertise and service!

The Jewelers on Western was recommended by a friend years ago. I have a large diamond ring and was afraid to leave it with anyone. I left it in good hands with this business. The first time they secured my prongs and now they have done an appraisal for me. I feel comfortable and confident in their services. That is important when you have expensive jewelry. Good Afternoon and Merry Christmas Eve! As usual, walking into The Jewelers feels so intimate no matter how many customers are there. Ylad(?), whom I’ve never had the opportunity to meet until yesterday, was thoughtful and patient. I had an “idea” of what my wife told me she was interested in and with Ylad’s help we found a lovely piece. His gracious daughter wrapped it with expertise and care. I enjoy shopping at The Jewelers no matter what the reason is. What a wonderful store!

Gina and the whole staff were very friendly, and helped us size a ring that other local jewelers said couldn't be done. The ring was sized in 45 minutes at a fair price. I don't think I'd go to another jeweler in town after visiting them!

A few days ago I decided I was going to propose. Early this morning I decided to check out reviews of ring shops and was impressed with the highly rated Jewelers of Las Vegas. As a guy, picking out the right ring can be pressure filled! Monica really was my sales consultant. She helped steer me on the right direction without that salesy vibe a lot of jewelry stores have. This visit was for battery replacement and watch repair for high end watches, one purchased at this facility and one from Geneva, Switzerland. Both needed parts and service and, as in all past instances, they were up to the tasks. Pricing was fair and work excellent. The staff is courteous and responsive. Great store, awesome employees, excellent service! We bought our wedding rings here 4 years ago. My wedding band is slim and has a row of tiny diamonds. One of the small diamonds came out and was lost. We brought it to The Jewelers recently and they fixed and replaced the diamond and polished it, at no charge, and did it right there in a few minutes. They also polished my husband's ring for free and polished my engagement ring, which hadn't been purchased there, for free. They also have a wide selection of gorgeous jewelry there. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with The Jewelers of Las Vegas. We brought my vintage wedding ring belonging to my husband’s grandmother in for repair. We wouldn’t trust This 90+ year old treasured heirloom to anyone else. They repaired the old prongs and resized and replaced the platinum band in under 3 hours which was great because we didn’t want to leave the ring or send it out for repair. In addition they cleaned it so beautifully it gleams brilliantly and looks better than ever before. We are more than pleased. All of the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic store. I called around to a bunch of jewelry stores, and this is the only one who could refinish my wife's rings while I waited. It took literally 30 minutes while they cleaned and rhodium dipped the rings and they did it for less than I expected to pay. The manager (owner?) came out and swapped kid stories with me while I waited. This is my new jewelry store -- I'll definitely be visiting them again come anniversary time.

My husband bought me a very exclusive watch for Christmas but it needed a couple extra links. The Jewelers were the only place that had access to getting new links. They had to order directly from US manufacturer in NY. IT took a couple weeks due to the holiday rush. But when I finally got it.....BEAUTIFUL. I also gave them my wedding band to be repaired and add some gold (it was pretty thin) one week later, I have a brand new ring! Nice and thick and sautered back together, all the diamonds line up for the first time ever! I don’t know how he did it. Love love love The Jewelers!

The most honest jeweler I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are new to town and were very impressed with the loyalty the manager displayed to her customers. We have purchased jewelry and had old jewelry repaired and have been happy with both. Would totally recommend this store to anyone that wants good solid work done and friendly staff :) And to the person who made a statement about security (because of this part of town).. This store is actually in Summerlin - one of the safest parts of town in Las Vegas. I've been in the store at least six times and have never seen a security guard except at Christmas time (which by all rights is important with all the extra business going in and out the doors).

Great company. I swung by to get a quote to fix my wedding ring. They took it to the back to speak with the diamond setter. Moments later... My ring is back and fixed... Wow! My ring looks beautiful! Different place quoted close to $400. This place not even 6th of the that price! Prices vary, every ring and situation is different. I'm now going back with all my jewelry needs! In 2017, I purchased a large rare diamond and had it customized to my taste. WOW, what an awesome job!. Every time someone sees it, they are in awe! Last year, my buddy lost his safire which was purchased in South Africa and customized at The Jewelers. Lisa (Mordechchi’s Jewelry Production Manager), guided him through the insurance process, as well as managed the purchase, design and delivery of his new safire ring at an unbelievable price. What do I like most about Mordechchi, It’s simple, he cares more about the quality of his client relationships than padding his pockets. It has been said that jewelry is like a biography. A story that tells the many chapters of our lives. Decluttering my jewelry box has been something that I have put off so many times. Broken pieces, inherited items, etc.. all of them loved and difficult to let go. Recently, we took a few of my favorite pieces and had them *restyled*. It was not easy for me to let them go..but the process was made easier by a jeweler who showed compassion and truly listened to my thoughts. I had a Rolex my dad had passed down to me.. while in New York like a idiot I decided to have diamonds added.. bottom line they did a horrible job on the cleaning part and damaged a vintage dial.. I went to a few places said dial could not be repaired.. I went in and saw stephanie ... she had me meet the watch maker.. assured me he could clean and service watch and have dial sent to a refurbish expert.. long story short I was nervous what have I done I ruined not only a good watch but a keepsake..
