What a fabulous experience! I have always love Jared and today was no different. Always friendly. Always professional. Always patient (which is necessary for me since I flip flop lol) Lisa was amazing from the moment she created me. Very helpful with my exchange even though it was past the applicable time. AND even helped me when I presented an old gift card I found tucked away in a drawer. Walked out a happy girl 💜

What an experience picking out my birthday present today. Andy Shock was amazing. He understood what I liked and found me the perfect engagement ring! My future fiancé and I were more than happy and I would highly recommend anybody shopping for jewelry to go and see Andy I have to say that in all my years of shopping at Jared’s jewelry I have never had such an attentive and knowledgeable salesman.

Today, Liza changed my world. I’ve never experienced such great service. I was literally in tears because I was so happy with the outcome. Now my husband and I finally have our real wedding rings and we could never be happier. I would recommend her to my own family and I’d rather them fly to come to her then to go somewhere where they’d get different service other than what I had today. Of the two locations this one is the best. Geralyn has been nothing but an amazing associate to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help me look for perfect gifts for others, and has remembered me even though there may be 6 months to a year between my coming in. My FIANCÉ and I came in to Jared to get my new engagement ring sized. Walking into jewelry stores has always been an intimidating experience for me. We were met at the door by Frank with nothing but smiles. He made us very comfortable. We had many questions about the ring and the turn around time. Both Frank and Liza, the general manager assured us of a prompt pick up time. They both took their time with us and made an intimidating situation very easy. Can’t wait to come back for my ring and to thank Liza and Frank again for the incredible customer service.

After moving here in 2014, I found I needed to have some jewelry repaired and found the Jared Best Of the West location. The moment I entered I have been impressed with this location. The staff greet you the moment you walk in the door every time. Geralyn has been my salesperson since my first visit. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful with choices and does not push you into purchasing. Geralyn and all the staff want you, the customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Over the years I have bought multiple items, had repairs done and had custom jewelry designed and each piece is amazing. I highly recommend this Jared to everyone in search of quality products and an enjoyable purchasing experience. Look for Geralyn when you get there!!!

I always have a great experience at Jared’s. My husband & I, and now my daughter & her husband, have been going to this location at rainbow and lake mead for many many years. Geralyn is the best! She always goes above and beyond to help no matter the reason I or my husband come in. Geralyn definitely knows her stuff. She is very professional, friendly, we trust her with all our jewelry needs & wants. I brought in some of my mothers & grandmothers jewelry & she was more than helpful to tell me what might be worth pursuing appraisals or not. I wouldn’t go to any other jewelry store just because of Geralyn. The other associates are great too when I’ve had the occasion to use them.

Frank was absolutely GREAT! He really helped us out at the Rainbow location in Las Vegas. He was not pushy to sell and was very understanding of our time line and when we were ready to purchase. Customer service means everything to me. Especially when it comes to high price items. I haven't had very much luck at this location before. Except for today I had the pleasure of working with a relatively new employee Jeff Demoore. His high level of care and excellent customer service is the only reason I will come back to this location for future purchases.

I needed some custom work done on my wedding ring. This location ended up closing down at the beginning of covid but as soon as they opened, they called me. Got me in and were able to do the work at a very reasonable price. They kept me updated every step of the way. They even included pictures of what they were doing, before and after! I was thrilled with the work. Miss Lisa went above and beyond and I will be doing a lot more business here. I highly recommend.
