Reviews of Gold & Silver Pawn Shop
Jonathan Peyton
Cool place - we went here b/c my son watches this show and this was a must-see for him. Disappointed we didn't see any of the key folks, but not surprised. Lots of interesting things to look at. T-Shirts are $30ea. Parking outside seemed like kind of a gimmick - something about scanning a QR code and giving them your email.
LLL
Stopped by because of the show, definitely nice to experienced once but not again. Everything here is over pricing, way different then what you see on the show. The outside rode are bad, but they have people help you find parking. I saw on Las Vegas website you can book a private tour, I would not suggest that, just go there and take a look if you really wants it
Sean Rancier
My family watches the show and I had to at least stop in to tell them I was there. I ended up getting a few items for my family so they can say they own something that was bargained for from the gold and silver pawn shop from the TV show Pawn Stars. Prices are a bit high but you can bargain with them because they do want to make sales. Roll

The pawn stars Gold and Silver pawn is a worthy attraction plus they also have award winning BBQ at pawn plaza. If you are into fine art it is also worth stopping. Several Picasso paintings here and for sale. It was much smaller then what I expected. Thankfully we had VIP tour tickets so we by passed the line that was wrapped around the corner. We didn’t get to see any of the cast unfortunately. Maybe next time

The place is full of merchandise with a decent store size. I thought it might have been bigger but TV is deceiving and the store is longer than I thought. The associates are plentiful and helpful. The prices of some things are high for my taste but there is a wide variety of products. There is even a clearance clothing rack with 20% off when we went in Oct 2023. The parking is free but watch out for the guy with the table at the front of the parking lot trying to “give you a deal” for a show or something, scan a QR code/email thing. Luckily there were people occupying the guy so we were able to walk right by unscathed! Typical Las Vegas hussle. There was no line up to get inside and you are allowed to take pictures, just not immediately to the left when you walk in for some reason. Maybe because that is the location where you do the pawn transactions $? This is truly a must stop into if you’re going to Las Vegas!

Went here in late January 2022 and before a few years back and could say first thing, I was really disappointed I didn't meet any of the crew both times. Apparently I overheard they only work Mon-Fri and I was there Sunday and potentially not even then so if your hoping to meet them its probably not a guarantee any of the guys will be there. The store itself is relatively small, looked it over 3 times in 20 minutes and found the store to not have as much cool stuff like what's showcased on the show still grabbed a coin collection and T-shirt to say I bought something at the shop.
Overall still a cool pawn shop with friendly and helpful staff a must stop if your a fan of the shop or even pawn shops I will probably go there every time I fly down but If your not a fan of the show its probably only worth visiting once.
Also note: Its in kind of a rough area so I would recommend if your planning on visiting the store go when its light and with a group, take a cab/uber felt sketched walking from old Vegas to the store and when I went there a few years back some sketchy guy was loitering around the store and tried to ask for cigarettes and money to people in line.

If you're coming here due to the show then this place is very fun to visit. No celebrities when we went but neat to see. There are a ton of people but they move along quickly like traffic. If you are coming to pawn be prepared to shove people out of your way.

We went on a mini trip to Vegas, so we decided to come here since we watched the show. This place is like an attraction. There are lots of interesting items to see. Was a little disappointed that we did not get to see some members of the show. But overall, it was a fun place to visit.

We visited Gold & Silver Pawn Shop during our stay in Las Vegas, as we are fans of the TV series. We imagined that the owners starring in the episodes would not have been present, and in fact they were not. The place is full of memorabilia, curiosities, and many other collectible objects. Worth a short stop if you are in the city.
Da-Wang Wu
We came here because of the TV show. It’s very interesting to see Picasso and Dali’s art work, and there are also a lot of Japanese swords, guns, etc. It feels much smaller than what it looks like in the TV show, but it’s definitely full of interesting items. Would recommend fans to visit it when coming to Las Vegas. (Follow me on IG ➡️ miss_dawang)

Was excited to come here...more excited when I seen the signs say 24 hours!!! Las Vegas is so hot during summer time so there's no way I wanna travel here after late morning. So I came here around 8am and seen other people had the same idea as me lolz
When I got to the door I was guttered to read the note "Show room opens at 10am" oh well photos from outside the place.
Oh well got some photos of myself and grandsons outside, visiting from Otara South Auckland Aotearoa New Zealand

Love the shop. I geeked out but getting there I was just way to excited! I've literally watched ALL pawn stars episodes. Part of me was optimistic and had wishful think I'd see Rick, chum, and Cory. Unfortunately and obviously no. Still on the bucket list tho!
Dan Gorlitsky
Not as cool as it seems on TV, but atill a fun visit.
Dont expect to see any of them in the shop.
Their ribs reastaurnt eight across of the parking lot was amazing.
Anna Hitt
Got to visit this today. I walked from Excalibur to the pawn shop very far walk and was surprised what a bad area this place is in. felt like I was going to get mugged. homeless people everywhere. Overall worth seeing one time. No cast member was there.
Yuvaraj Sowma
It was a pleasant day today, I personally visited this place and purchased few products for my collections. Also I have took some photos there.
Olivia Deleon
Neat little place to pop in on, especially if you’re a fan of the show. A lot smaller on the inside than what it looks like on tv. Everything is overpriced though unfortunately, I personally just grabbed a couple knickknacks for the memories!
Kelly Fondren
My kids wanted EVERYTHING And my husband geeked out.... Again 🤣 door greeters and security were super nice. Loved this experience from one of our favorite shows besides Counting Cars. …
Shana Simonson Black
Omg we got there an 2 people was in line at 930ish am and Rick Harrison walked up knocked on the door and they let him in and we was In such shock he walked up no one got a Pic of his smiling face. Way cool place. Thanks Rick for smiling walking up to your store made my whole week worth wild. Love your show ❤

Best pawn shop I've been to! I sold my Rolex watch to them for a fair price. A little less than what I wanted to but I didn't expect to get what I paid. They went up from the original offer which was awesome.
When I left, I had an issue in the parking lot with this taxi driver that wouldn't move and was blocking the exit, their lot guy was all over it! Nice to see people with common sense these days. They also have a great selection of stuff and I definitely plan on going back as a customer!
j c
Great to finally see in person, and enjoy. If your in town come check it out.
Susan Schroede
Awesome TV show. I’ve probably watched every episode. I visited the shop and to be honest it’s nothing like TV.
Jonathan Ellis
Its ok but not what i expected. Its much smaller than you would imagine it to be. Yes there was a lot of cool memorabilia inside, but nothing you would think for a pawn shop this famous. If you’re lucky you might run into one of the cast members as it is there shop and they come and go as they please. Some cool artwork is in the rear of the store and you can buy some unique souvenirs from the show if you wish
Dj Bonzz
We enjoyed a stop here to see the shop. It was smaller than expected. I checked out some Rolex watches they had for sale. It was fairly crowded. The TV show really made this a popular stop for a lot of people definitely check it out. A pretty cool place to waste some time
Frank Smith
We had a great time at the Gold & Silver. It is smaller than television represents but is still full of merch. Rick has set up a complete visitor experience with, BBQ, Chumlee candy store and a nice patio and balcony. We made the rounds to our favorite reality shows in Vegas and had a blast! Check out Counts Kustoms as well. Not far from the pawn shop.
Sunnybell
It was exciting! We got there in the morning 3rd group in line and waited to get in. When we got in the store we were allowed to roam around and take pictures.
The employees were ready to let us shop what was available. We got to look at jewelry and we asked questions about the art. Everyone was educated about merchandise. All employees were polite and eager to help.
Before we left they suggested we go over to try the BBQ. Which was very good!
Christian Merriman
I am definitely glad I stopped in as it was a fun experience to walk around and see the shop on TV.
That being said, I didn’t see any of the family seen on TV so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise this is a one of a kind pawn shop and you honestly won’t see another one in the world with the amount of rare sports memorabilia or antiques! I highly recommend you get here early and make the effort to stop in and see what they have to offer.
abbby
Many good things to buy, ok prices, came because we watch the show from its start.
Dave Harlan
Smaller than expected. A bit of a let down, but I’m glad I went.
Victor Oliveira
What an experience to meet this iconic place! Totally worth it the visit, even if you're not a fan of the TV show (I think that's quite impossible), afterall, it's a pawn shop. Don't think you're going to meet any of the characters, cause they're never there, also, there are a few souvenirs and the staff is pretty kind. There is a mall in front of it, with some restaurants and stuff, it belongs to them as well. Therefore, a good place to know once in a lifetime.
Glacius ki
i loved the whole experience, they allowed me to record in video my visit. Bought some stuff there and it was a dream come true for me. The store is not big at all but it doesn't matter since is totally awesome.
Catchfraze Tiller
Bigger than I expected it to be. Enough stuff that if you want a souvenir from the shop you can find one. And that amazing high dollar stuff that the show led you to expect. Its an active place with lots of stuff being sold from both sides of the counter. Saw a girl get offered 10 grand in trade or 7500 cash for a guitar I couldnt quite see and a guy haggling over an expensive athletic jersey I couldnt quite see. Yep Im nosy. It feels like a flea market at times and an attraction with a gift shop at times. If you are a fan of the show I can not recommend it enough. Worth the Uber ride and free to just walk through the shop. You cant take any pictures toward the counter but you can see where they all used to sit before the shop became a las Vegas attraction. Glad I went and hope to drag my kids along next time and let then stroll through.
Rupert K
This place is amazing, lots of cool historical items for sell. Always loved the show. Too bad I didn't see Rick only a lookalike.
K Meenan
It's too crowded for my tastes, but that is just because its popular. My siblings love coming here whenever they are in Vegas and always find souvenirs to bring home.
Itz Gypsy
Went there on vacation, got me a chumlee card haha staff was very polite. Thank you ☺️
Michael T. Ross
Look...who isn't a fan of this place? Well, I'm a diehard fan and love everything about Pawn Stars. I think what is going on, is the locals do talk on the street about how boring it is coming to visit here. Mainly saying you can literally tour the entire place in 1/2 an hour. And it would be a miracle to ever see one of the guys there, let alone catch them filming. But I say this...the pawn shop is legitimate and is conducting regular business during the day. The guys wouldn't sit there all day, when they have many other business ventures to attend to. It is what it is at the end of the day, a hole in the wall pawn shop in the middle of the desert. But is the coolest one there is. And soooo worth checking out. Who knows, maybe you'll get luckier than me and get to see one of them when there. Oh yeah, the rib joint next door has amazing food. Lots of fun to come check out, easy and free parking.
Ronald De Leon
Awesome experience coming here for the first time after watching the show regularly. The pawn shop was actually smaller than I expected and they had a good amount of memorabilia for sale. Fun experience for the whole family!😎 …
Orlando Sinnicks
Having watched the show, we had to check this place out. Place was much smaller than it looked on TV but we loved our visit all the same.
Piyush Parajiya
Being a regular viewer of their tv show, i was eager to visit this place during my vegas trip. Shop looks rather smaller and different than what it appears over television, but still there collection is awesome. I purchased souvenirs from here on my first visit.
This place remains a bit crowded as it became tourism spot after coming over television.
Megan Farley
This place had an awesome collection of items. I was happy to see they have some store merchandise for both men and women. This was a great stop on our trip to Vegas!
Dj Mellowboy
Was pretty koo to meet the ppl who work here and get to know somewhat about the store. Everyone seemed to be koo. Long was line to get in but didn't take long to get in..I'll visit again soon
Tim O'Sullivan
They still operate as a Pawn shop, but these days this location is mostly a tourist trap for fans of the show.
They have a huge merchandise section and in the event of one of the 'stars' stopping by you can only meet them if you buy something for $20 or more. They day we visited Chumlee was there.
The TV show itself is not filmed in the shop. They built an exact replica of it behind the shop which is setup for filming.
We were hassled as we parked for some timeshare affair which may or may not be affiliated with the shop.
Beware of the area. Even in daylight this is a very dangerous part of town. If you must visit, take a cab/Uber or rent a car.
Plamen Kolev
I am still watching the show. It was interesting to visit the shop during our stay in Las Vegas. The shop looks much smaller then on TV. For my regret, we did not see the known from the TV people then. Any way, it is interesting to see the place. They have nice collection of different interesting things, i added photos of some.
mc c
We were actually impressed with the shop. Lots of items, clean, small gift shop area with t-shirts. Was exciting just to be there in person.
Tammy Glentz
Fun day! Looks what was closed down at the beginning of COVID 2020. Once in a lifetime thing to see.
Jerry N
Went to Vegas and as a show watcher had to check it out. Cramped parking lot with attendant helping you park. They tell you to go to this booth and fill out visitor info... DON'T. A waste and tourist trap thing.
Went inside and it was larger than I thought it would be. It's much darker than those TV lights make it look. Lots of watches and jewelry. Some showcases in back and a large Rick cutout. Of course the 'stars' are never on site.
At least I can say I saw it but nothing special about it.
There is a whole section where you can buy bobble heads and other useless cast items... but WHY!?!
Mr.Midnight
Awesome place to see , alot of cool items and the staff was all very nice . Very cool to see the famous pawn shop , and the best part we happened to be there when they were filming so we got to be extras while cory was there doing a deal . I love pawn stars so for that to happen to work out the way it did was awesome
Paweł (PW)
Great after watching the series :)
Now i think it ia not really main income of the team ;)
Sam Bartleman
Parking can be tough at peak times. Expect a crowd and be patient inside. It’s not as glamorous as an episode of the show, but fans will be enthralled. And, of course, it’s a really good pawn shop all things considered.
Lindsay Charters
Loved the show but totally different once you are inside the store as you are sort of expecting to see Rick and the crew doing their thing. Worth the visit though if you are like Pawn Stars.
Harold Lesure
Well I have gotten a small collection from a guy who needed some money.i didn't know what was in the package until I opened it way after he was gone.but when I did open it this is what i found.
Iona Carina
I've watched a lot of the episodes so it was a nice surprise to bump into this shop. I wasn't exactly looking for this pawn shop, I was just walking around the area, trying to get to downtown when I suddenly saw a familiar sign. Naturally, I decided to make a stop. The security was really nice and inside the shop, there are many interesting collectible items and artifacts. I didn't really ask anything to the shopkeeper as I only wanted to see how it is inside. It's bigger than I had expected. You're allowed to take pictures, but not videos.
Richard armstrong
I am from new york and always see the show on tv. Was one great experience seeing the shop in person. I bought a coin over 2000 years old and got a good deal on it! Didnt see any of the stars from the show but had great customer service. Parking lot was crazy and the store was cramped but all in all an amazing place to check out! I am sorry that "the old man" passed away my condolences goes out to all the employees and family members!
American Riviera Tours
Looks like any other decent pawnshop. Rick and other tv show members were not there. Tons of stuff for sale. You can take picture with life size cardboard Rick"s cutout board. A lot of tourists inside. Popular tv show enthusiast spot. Free parking.
Tattoo Super Shop
Television can earn you big money :) But It's just a pawn shop, nothing special. The store is small, and its mostly jewelry. The stars of the show are famous now, so they don't actually work in the pawn shop, that day the owner was there, no pictures aloud, so when the guard want to take picture of my Blown Harley, I say "no picture aloud" :) Was up and down the strip on bike, so paid a visit.
Tiffany Giardina
I love the show. Never been to the shop. I'm a graphic design student, the website doesn't have much of a bounce rate. The only thing I would change is the description about the history and the cast would being the first thing people see . This show has been a hit since I was a child. It's very interesting to see how the show became what it is today.
alyssa james
What a cool place to visit. I enjoyed looking at all the treasures and could have spent hours in here. The staff was super friendly and you were warned before entering the establishment that you may only take photos. It was all around a great experience
Jack Lyu
Nothing really interesting. Cool TV show. But a pawn shop is all about the same
Coben Scott
Pretty tight, not too much cool stuff, no chumlee :(
Victor Torres
A bit disappointing when you watch the show on the history Channel for years and when you arrive its not what you expect
Chriss Gaines
I was short payday because I made the mistake of using the Bank of America app to take pictures of my check - instead is going to the bank and getting cash. It was Friday and the money would not post till Monday! Oh no - needed to pay rent or get a fine.
So I went to Gold & Silver Pawn Shop - and just like it's name says, they gave me a loan based upon my 22 karat gold chain.
The annual percentage rate is 168.31% Let me write that down again so you know it is not a type error. The annual percentage rate is 168.31%
Banks do not give survival loans to normal people - unless you access your credit cards, or they also get you for bouncing checks. I am looking at you Bank of America! Anyway, when you have no choice - you take what you can.
The location has a 24 hour window to do your after hours transactions. The place closes doors at around 5 or 8. Not sure.
I went inside, as the business was still staffed and opened. They did not try to rip me off - like others did, they weighed it, tested it and I guess gave me a fair price.
$200.00 loan on a 22 karat, 30.6/yg size 20 whatever that means. The finance charge is $85 dollars and there is a 5 dollar fee for the paper work.
Could have been worse. I felt safe inside. The outside was sleezy, with a porno store / peep show across the street ( ah hem... review on that maybe later ...) Anyway, got my loan and paid my rent.
All in all I would recommend Gold & Silver Pawn Show if you are in a super bind and in need of a pawn shop and no other viable options are available to you.
Col Lan
This place was great. Super polite and helpful staff and even free parking. Occasionally, one of the cast members of Pawn Stars will come by and you’ll get to meet them. I met Chumlee. Definitely stop by here, it’s pretty cool.
Larry West
Busy. Definitely a tourist spot as well as a business. Have pawn items checked BEFORE you go from an accredited authenticator. They have no one there to do it (not like the show) and get it from PSA, JSA, or Beckett. Anyone else might not count/ qualify including local.
Doug Vaughn
I've got to say. I wasn't really impressed. That's not to say that the shop didn't have interesting stuff but overall it's small. I guess my expectations were a bit too high after watching the show for years but I was thinking there would of been more. I tried to justify it a bit by thinking that maybe the volume of people would make it hard for them to maintain a certain order but then I crossed the street to the toy store.
It was way nicer, had a wonderful selection, it was more interesting visually and more open even though it was in a small space. I don't know. This is obviously an initial reaction but I don't see myself going back.
A.S.H.
I totally love this place...! Even I could see Chumlee at his candy store :) If you are a big fan of Pawn Stars, you should go there. Also staffs are super nice
sachin kolekar
its my dream to visit this place because i am a big fan of pawn stars & after visiting pawn shop i will tell you this place is amazingly superb, they have some antique collections , selected currencies, beautiful jewelleries .amazing place to visit with free parking. must visit
Robert McCormick
Just wanted to tell Corey that in the movie Easy Rider they bought drugs and sold them in L.A. so they could take the trip to Mardi Gras they did not as you said buy them and sell them in Mardi gras it's supposed to be your favorite movie I thought you'd get that right
Cindy Gauthier
If you are a fan of Pawn Stars (starting to film next season this September) then you have to drop by for the sheer thrill of it. They have an incredible array of items and this is one pawn store I would actually buy something at.
Rick apparently bartends at his bar located next door on Friday and Saturday nights.
Nice staff.
You won't be dissapointed.
Arthur Mu
Cool place for a quick visit. Have parking lot next to it. Easy to access
Sushi
Wonderful place and staff are all wonderful and helpful. Would highly recommend people to stop by when visiting Vegas. This place is nothing like the show. On the show the store looks bigger and in person it's not that big.
Dennisse Anaya
I was excited walking in to see all the things they had displaying. The back where they had art and fossils was my favorite. Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Norman Rockwell to name a few.
On the way out my eyes where caught by the antique gun a 1730 Flintlock Pistol made for Royalty. I’ve now added this beauty into my wishlist.
It was like walking through a free museum.
And now some History and Real Estate Fun Facts:
In April 1981, Harrison and his wife and three sons moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he and his son Rick opened Gold & Silver Coin Shop in a 300 square foot shop at 1501 Las Vegas Boulevard.
In 1986, he relocated the business to a larger building at 413 Fremont Street.
The business's lease expired in 1988. In 1989, Rick opened what would become the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop at 713 Las Vegas Boulevard South, located less than two miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

It was great to be at the store were the Pawn Stars was filmed. It's like a museum. Got to see some of the artifacts that were in the show.
tammy campise
Loved the place!!!!!Melissa was awesome!found 3pieces of jewelry that were very unique with her help after visiting2 times with her it was
like I had afriend in the jewelry business who knew my style!!!can't wait for next visit with her!!! THANK YOU
Damion T American
Found reasonably priced antique jewelry. Appraisal later was 25% higher then what we paid. No issues!
David Pérez
Nice staff is a most stop if you watch the show. Super cool items and paintings. The paintings make you feel like you’re in a museum.
masood sultany
Visited last weekend during my Vegas trip. It was a dream come true. I grew up watching this show and couldn’t believe I was there. Unfortunately couldn’t meet anyone famous there but there was a pretty realistic Rick’s photo stand that you can take picture with. Great collectible items, saw some that were featured on the tv show. Had an amazing time.
Zaza Love
Shop as on TV. I'm a fan of the show I watch in France on the channel 6 ter. Too bad it was Christmas Eve because an employee told me that I could see Rick or shumlee in his bar across from 8 pm except that when I came back to 8 pm, the total desert. the bar was closed at 7 pm on 24th December and closed on 25th December. in remembrance I bought a cup and a silver coin with one side dark vador and the other Queen Elizabeth II.
I regret not being able to ask pose with you guys! not even an autographed photo. I returned to France empty-handed. so rick if you read this review, please send me a small photo autographed to Miss Love CCPL 615 street fountain 91640 Briis-sous-Forges (FRANCE). vous êtes super les gars. je vous aime. ne changez rien
chris Rogers
as a seller fair on price but wow they need some people skills. I mean it's not that hard to show a little appreciation for customers.
David A. Camarillo
Great Experience especially as a fan of the show! Employees are really nice and answer all your questions. Gifts and souvenirs are available to purchase. Also they do have parking on site.
Chateau Demex
One imagines the place a little bigger, there were original works for sale by Picasso, Dalí and more artists, a mamut leg and many more things. It's hard to find the owners. They allow you to take pictures and they also have a little expensive gift shop. They have a food court in the parking lot.
Johanna Sensique
We came from france and had to see it when you enter the shop it’s like you enter your tv it’s great friendly staff and a must when you are in vegas
Tim Aggas
My wife and I have been here numerous times (we are big fans). In 2018, we were lucky enough to be chosen to be on a segment on one of their episodes, featuring a Blue Max Medal with Rick. AWESOME!!!!!! In 2019, we brought our 9 year old boy and he loved it. Will be in Vegas again late August 2021 and defiantly going here again. A fun tourist destination. Get your souvenir.
aldo bardoino
It was smaller then I thought but behind them there’s a bunch of restaurants and bars that are really good!
Tina Allen
I think it is funny we are waiting outside and the sign says open 24 hours
J O
Pretty cool to see where the show is produced. Didn't recognize anyone but we bought a shirt and a few low priced gimmicks for the kids. Staff nice and willing to share stories
Elle Skinner
The store was packed and Vegas wasn’t busy at all. It was cool to be inside this place, though my husband was sad that one side was closed. It’s just not the same since the show, still cool to walk through though. Definitely worth checking out!
Renee Clark
Easy to get through to what you’re looking for. I would recommend to all my family and friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
Marco Marone
As seen on TV! Yes,... at least some what yes. The shop is wonderful and full of impressive stuff from Super Bowl rings to Picasso painting. Nevertheless, the Pawn Stars themselves are only in when filming the show these days.
Free parking, pawn souvenirs and free admission for tourists.
Melba M
Just stopped in because of show. Was not impressed. Pricy but expected. Oh well, at least I can say "been there, done that, NO t-shirt".
Cody P
Like everyone else, we came here because we love Pawn Stars. It was fun to see the store from the show, but wow it's smaller than we expected! And the prices were outrageous on almost everything we saw inside, but we did leave with a few neat little souvenirs (specifically of the store). This was pre-Covid by the way.
Dubya Family
We came, we saw. It was okay. It’s your standard old school pawn shop. Appreciated the parking lot attendants
Michelle Goldstein Dean
It's the best place to go in Vegas. As far as a pawn shop, you can always talk the price down. Owners and employees are very friendly. I go there all the time when I'm in Vegas and always buy something.
Diana Cannizzo
Super fun place! Check out Rick's Bbq after visiting the pawn shop
angelo angelojoseph
I sold some gold jewelry, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to be a Return customer in the future.
Dennis Molina
They have guys directing traffic so we started with “smooth” parking. Difficult to park when you’re excited to see the place in person!!😁 …
Rich Celena (Celena&Rich)
Did you know they have bbq???

2022.01.20 My son and I stopped in here since we used to watch the show. We were fortunate there was no line and got in right away. Employees were friendly and would answer any question we asked. It was pretty cool to walk around and see all the different items. The security guard was even really cool...he offered to take our picture for us since it wasn't busy! If you're a fan of the show it is worth just stopping by and seeing it in person!
Alex Kastigar
For someone who hasnt heard of the show, it’s actually not a bad place. I buy and sell video games as a side hustle and the prices here were lower than eBay (market value). Not a bad selection of retro games, overall I was impressed even if it was a small portion of the shop.
Wez So_N_So
A great place to find some unique items and see where they filmed the tv show. It is smaller in person though.
Rob Leingang U2
You don't really see much of what is the set of the TV show and it appears to me that most items were over priced but it was worth a few mins drive to see what they will show you. The Harrison's appear to own a decent amount of property on this block there adjacent store fronts like Rick's bbq and chumlee's candy shop.
Sugar Laing
I was disappointed with the offer I received on my necklace but it came with a clear and honest explanation. The customer service was great and well informed. They had some very unique items for sale. Cool place to check out and spend some time.
Ben Irving
I cam here because I am a huge fan of the show. It is a lot smaller than it looks on TV. There are some cool fun items in here and it was worth the visit. I ended up getting one small item here because it was too cool to pass up. Come visit if you like the show and want to see some cool items.
Paul Grundle
Not what I was expecting, but some great stuff to be brought here, staff were very friendly
Rich Schettler
Nice staff, and a lot of cool items. Reasonable prices too.
Elliott Tso
Fun items in the store, Chum Lee was in and interacting with customers. Was fun to see the store after watching the shows. Not bad being open past 5 too. Good hours. I was interested in seeing something at the jewelry section but no one came over. They use microwave for Internet? Would think fiber would be available. Hmmm lol but parking was readily available as well and the stores next door look fun but not too appealing.
Jason Opp
Nice shop, lots of cool star wars things, old Vegas memorabilia, and lots of really cool old coins. Staff was very nice.
Clay Petrone
Was there on May 24th. Fan of pawn stars very awesome vegas attraction. Really cool stuff and nice service. Bought a really cool t shirt and a cool knife. Cool store keeps me watching pawn stars...
Elikapeka
Didn't care about the TV Show, but wanted to saw my son the store.
It's nothing special. You won't see any of the stars from the show.
IG DWA
Of course while you're in Vegas you have to visit this place. Last year we met Chumlee, that was pretty lucky and exciting. Always a fun experience and surprisingly their prices are pretty affordable. Highly recommended 👌 👍 …
Shannon Gustafson
Fun little stop if you're a fan of the show. Layout is much different than you'd think compared to how it seems on the show.
Lucas Ricardo Silva
Best place in Las Vegas!
Von Hara
If U are fan of the show then U should visit here. But do not wait that there is anything to buy for. Most of the jewels were outpriced and rest ones were typical tourist staff.
Absolutely for fans. Buy if you really want to buy something and have enough dollars then goto somewhere else. There can be few thing for collectors but nothing for customers who are looking something special.
Vicki L
I went around lunch hour on a weekday. The lineup wasn’t long. I waited for about 10 minutes which is ok. I also parked my car there. There were lots of parking spots and it’s free. The inside is just like what you see on the show. Items are displayed very orderly and the quality of the products is extremely good. Practically no junk items. We are allowed to take pictures inside but not videos. I regretted that I didn’t bring an item there to pawn. I should have.
I didn’t see anybody that was on the show.
Sydney Bielawski
Fun place to come after watching the show! They had good stuff and the prices weren’t that bad either.
Matthew Owens-Sturgill
It was much smaller than it appears on 'Pawn Stars' but it was fun to look at all the different things that were on display.
Aiko Bugansky
Love the show! Had to visit while in Las Vegas and buy some souvenirs.
Dav Andr
The staff is very nice it was late ,they were closing for the night still let me in at 8:45 , Grab some T-shirts very good prices.
Alexandros Karatzas
The physical shop of the famous show "Pawn Stars". You might be lucky and see one of the owners. Huge selection inside from a dinosaur egg to NBA rings. Definitely worth checking out.
Billy Pyne
Pretty cool spot to hit while in Las Vegas. It seems bigger on tv, but doesn’t everything?? Lots of great art and memorabilia. Kind of out of the way, but take an Uber and you’ll be fine. Worth a stop for sure!
Raymond Steele
Some cool things inside and a chance to win a free vacation when you go but smaller than expected. Still a place worth checking out!
Lucio Rafael
Friendly staff. Great environment. Just like TV! Nice to be there.
Expect some extended line depending the our of the day, but worth it.
Akia Shenise
It is smaller than I thought. It looked bigger on tv. It was very touristy. Visited because my husband watches the show all the time. It was in and out for me. Lost interest quick.
silver scientists
When the old man past away I also lost a family member...I'll never forget the wise words he spoke to chumlee..." a cold beer and a hard day's work go hand in hand" ...I'll never forget these words...rip you are missed by many
Eric S
Cool place if you have a watched the show, they have a tourist area at the back of the store. They will let you take pictures of the store except forthe cash register area.
Tanya Staszeski
Mostly jewelry. We were expecting more exciting varieties of antiquities as per the show
Michael Forr
I went because of the show. Sadly nobody was there. The line moves fast but it was much smaller than expected.
LostButMakingGoodTime
My family has been a big fan of the show and Rick in particular. We stopped into the store about two weeks ago. We were lucky in our timing and were only in line for a couple of minutes. We knew better than to expect to see anyone from the show, and knew the shop was much smaller than it appears on TV. It was nice to see and say we've been there, but I was particularly disappointed by the inventory. That is the reason for the three stars. I had hoped I might actually find an interesting purchase. But only three categories of items comprise 98% of the inventory: gold and silver coins and jewelry (imagine that), artwork (paintings, drawings and sculpture), and curated movie and entertainment memorabilia. These last are matted and framed movie props. While nicely done and some very interesting, they make up a sizable portion of the inventory. Apart from this there are is one small counter space with some misc items, mostly quite ordinary knives. There are almost NONE of all of the wide variety of interesting items of every description that you see brought into the shop on the show. And not a single guitar. Personally disappointing
shawn laBadie
So I can say been there 16 times and never seen any of them..too rich to work.ha ha .

when i visited downtown Las Vegas, i decided to stop by the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop, i didn't see any of the show stars there,, it was a fascinating shop. if you're a Fan of the Cable Show, you should stop by.
Brandon Boyer
This is a place to check out. I can’t remember the gentleman who helped me but he was super nice and took time to talk to me about my purchase. I personally don’t think times were marked up to much. I bought a 1899 silver note and the price was marked for the current value. Also I purchase a silver bullion and they price was only marked up $3. These guys have to make a profit or they wouldn’t have jobs. Very happy and would recommend.
Marvin Martinez
I visited the gold and silver pawn shop for many years before it was a big tv show and it’s still a great respectable place to do business
Pranjal Raj
It's is too good and i liked it too much and i watch it show pawn stars at historytv18

Love the show so it was an awesome experience to see this place in person!

A very unique pawn shop Neat place to visit and you can find the unusual
Jason Simmons
Neat shop with lots to look at. Wanted to make some purchases, but no public restroom and had to run.
J Cas
Passing by. This is a very cool shop and they have alot of pricey items but very unique
Billy Arntz
Me and family watch this show everyday we set our dvr
Suresh Bhuvana
I love your show
Pawn stars Rick and kore and chumli
How are you guys
K Keppley
Lots of nice pieces here. Must stop if you're a fan of the show!
Edward Cotton
Looks bigger on TV. Cool stop with greasy food next door.
Nathanael Curtis
SORRY, It was not what I have expected. It is cool to see it in real life, but it is also smaller than you would think, and things here are expensive.
Dan Tandecki
It was cool. Wall to wall people. Lots to look at. It was a fun place. Got some cool s___t.
Peter USA
Nice place for the curious ones. I would not buy anything here. Kind of overpriced.
rajesh sharma
Visit the shop is like dreem comes true. Really fantastic.
Scott Langloss
Real packed and hard to navigate. Not alot of parking.
Scott Ruthenbeck
I'm from N.J. it's Well worth the trip. Bought a framed signed photo of The RAT Pac.I met Rick Harrison, very nice down to earth guy. I would go again. Sales staff, excellent.
Christophe Desaubliaux
So cool to finally get to see this place! Rick was not there though...
Benjamin Tiller
Nice pawn show. Had some really rare coins... was told they were probably fake and to bring something back that showed they weren't. Nothing like the show. Seen no one from the show. Nice items for sale, $$$$ (b/c of rarity).
Audiobooks Fun for Kids Playing Learning English
best of the best of the best... amazing TV show... always watching
silly girl
Just like on TV! A lot of cool items! Short line to get in! Would go back again!
Mike B
Pretty neat shop with decent art and collectibles. I’ve never seen the TV show, but as a pawn shop shop, it’s not really my thing. No electronics, Blu-ray’s, guns, etc.
jordan allison
I am very happy with my experience with The Gold and Silver Pawn Shop. The item was as described and was packaged well. The item came when estimated and free of damage. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a unique gift with affordable pricing and great service. I would like to say thank you for such a pleasurable shopping experience.
Guadalupe Ramirez
We always want it to go and see if we can meet everyone from the TV show. We couldn’t see anyone but we check the pawn and it’s nice.
Andrea Franco
Excellent service, the staff was very friendly. However I was slightly disappointed because I was expecting more of a variety of things to purchase, they mostly have paintings and jewelry
Stephen Pocklington
I used Gold & Silver’s online platform where I was able to work a deal on a few items. I spent a large some of money & was giving a tracking number with a required signatures which was comforting. I got them within days of wiring my cash, in better then expected condition, not to often you can say that. Not to mention “Krystal” was a pleasure to work with and always got me an answer all the way til I received my item.
I highly recommend the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop!
Qwerty
I walked in here and thought this was a good pawn shop. I walked in through the front door and was surprised to see that the shop was smaller than it looked on TV. I walked through the shop but didn’t buy anything because I wasn’t interested in any of the items. After looking at the items for sale for a bit, I left the store. While I was at the store I saw that one guy who’s sometimes in Pawn Stars. Not one of the family members, but the other middle aged guy.
Andy Anjo
Pawn Stars is definitely a great show and visiting place made me appreciate it more. It was nice to see all the cool items they have gotten over the years. It feels less like a typical pawn shop and almost like a museum. The things in here are very cool and I was most definitely tempted to buy something. Very cool shop!!!
Snoway Man!
I love the show so I'm going to be pretty biased in my review. We missed Rick etc by only a couple of hours I had no idea they were even filming so meeting them would of made this even better. I bought some souvenirs as well as some actual items from the shop. The prices aren't to bad at all and the staff were really friendly. Just don't go expecting to meet Rick and the rest of the gang just turn up like we did and if they're there then great if not still have fun.
Cindy Black
We went there today and were helped by Shaun, such a great interaction. Super nice. Thank you from Texas.
Amanda Mich3lle
My husband and parents are huge fans of Pawn Stars and we came here and we ended up buying something for our daughter and a shirt. My dad bought some silver. We really enjoyed our visit! They had nice employees as well. I do wish we could've seen the Pawn Star's gang!
Jack Malisz
This is another place that you must visit while in Las Vegas. If you are out fan of pawn stars History Channel You will feel like a kid in a candy store. Do not expect to see Rick and the gang here However you can take a lot of pictures of the pawn shop. A lot of great stuff that you were seeing on the show. You can also take a photo with Rick Harris unfortunately it's just a cut out :-) Whatever I'm in Las Vegas I stop by here for at least couple hours. Highly recommended
Jon German
I was in town for a work conference and I’m a big fan of the show. So I had to detour to check it out. Cool place for sure. Lots of art and jewelry. As you can imagine, it gets very busy quickly. Odds are you won’t see the cast of the show. Prices seemed reasonable on most items. Cool stop for sure.
Omer De La Cruz 3rd
I brought a nice looking Bowie knife here for about $100 and I just found out the knife is way cheaper from the original website called tumbler rattler as what the knife is branded as that sells these knives and found out it is worth about around $30 and right now it's on sale for $15 I have been completely ripped off I better get most of my money back when I get back to Los Vegas for all shoppers make sure to look up the brand of stuff first before buying
Rich M.
It is an tourist attraction and not an entirely reasonable place to shop.
Todd Tankersley
Outstanding customer service - and fantastic deals. Rick’s staff is point. Jacob assisted me and my wife with a purchase of a gorgeous 2kt Diamond ring for an excellent value. No way no how could I get this kind of deal in Atlanta! Thank you!!!
Noah Nims
Super cool to see after watching the show all those those years. None of the cast was there by still a rad place
Comiendo y Viajando
I would had imagined the store was bigger but its small and adorable! It's like a little museum!
Daniel Hadden
Great place. They have toys, jewelry and beautiful picture galleries. I thought I was going to meet Ric and the guys from the show but they wasn't there. There was a lot of nice staffs there.
Blue Panda3
Free parking, free tours. This place is great, so much cool stuff inside. The cast works Monday-Friday even when not filming the show. They still take time off to themselves for the holidays so you may not see them. Worth the visit, and better than other sights that you would actually have to pay for in Vegas.
jay cline
Visited 6/25 awesome employees and merch.
As we was leaving shop my car battery died super weird it was a new battery...but my now wife ran in and asked for a jump box and employee Eric came out with a pair of cables and helped flag down a second patron to jump my car. Oddly we stopped in to kill a little time before our ceremony...so big shout out to Eric for us making our wedding on time. These are the type of employees that really make a business and maybe he deserves a raise @rickharrison
Aleeex
Awesome place!!
P
Yo yo, Gold and Silver Pawn Shop was pretty cool. They had a variety of art, jewelry, memorabilia and unique historical merchandise. It was weird to be in the actual store having scene it on tv so many times. The parking lot is safe. The atmosphere is busy. Store is clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and professional.😎👍 …
Carlos Lehder
We visited here and loved it. Got to spend time looking at all the items. We bought several. Also we did think it would be bigger as it appears in show. Didn’t get to meet Rick or Corey but heck maybe one day. One of the new sales guys helped us- Adam. Seemed like a great guy. Gave him my business card and said to visit if ever in town. If u like art definitely check out their art section. A lot of big names. Had a good time.
Roy Martens
It is great if you're a fan! We were even lucky enough to be part of an episode back in 2019!! Made the trip coming from the Netherlands even more special than it already was.
Amber Cottle
Not only is it cool to be able to visit the famous pawn shop for free but they actually have good prices. We bought our wedding rings there because my husband is a huge fan of the show. The staff was very friendly and helpful even while they’re packed full of visitors. Was a good experience during our trip.
Itadakiless
For anyone wondering, no the cast does not actually work at the pawn shop, there are a few reviews claiming they do. This is false. However it is a great place to visit and get an idea of the show, and maybe purchase an antique.
Jennifer Quillin
Better than I could have imagined! Customer service was outstanding, despite the crowds and long lines. I was looking for a pair of aquamarine Halo earrings, and a very friendly staff person showed me several pairs. Treated me like I was the only person in the room, despite the chaos going on around me. Made me a square deal, win-win for both of us. AND - I bought I❤️Chumley socks! Loved their little gift shop inside the shop! That was completely unexpected! Can't wait to go back and shop for a matching aquamarine pendant necklace!
Tarang S
Its a much smaller shop than what it appears on the TV show however there is a lot of cool stuff inside and the staff are always keen to address your queries. It is a short drive from Vegas Strip and it’s a must visit place especially if you have watched the show. There is parking available next to the pawn shop. Hope this is helpful!
Tillema Contracting and Design
Was very interesting. It's WAAAY smaller than it looks in T.V. I really appreciate how they do not charge for you to come in . Very nice of them.I also like the little building next door where they have cool stores and Rick has a BBQ restaurant. It was actually pretty good. The closest thing I found in Vegas that tasted like real food!!! And they had Dr. pepper! Back to the Pawn shop ,as an artist I was impressed with how much art is displayed there! It was almost as good as the art museum. It's worth the side trip to see.
Tyler Carrithers
Was a must see, and it was great to see for ourselves after watching the show. The shop is very clean with lots of wonderful items. Staff was very polite and engaging when approached.
Dwayne Shearer Jr
It's like what you see on TV. Landmark place in Las Vegas. It was a packed house. Very Nice Establishment. Good prices. Wide selections. Bought a few items. They had the classic Atari and Sega Genesis game system. A real live DJ on site. A Tupac and Nipsey Hussle plaque. Old War Guns and knives. I had just missed Chumlee.... dang it! Lol
Alma Rubio
I was in line waiting to buy a sweatshirt from the shop. I was practicing social distancing but still in the queue. As I flagged down my husband by turning around (not walking away) the cashier by the name of Liz, as she claimed, helped the person behind me just because they said "we're here to make another purchase" I was in awe because there was no way she could of missed that I was next in line. When I told her I was next she said, "it will be quick ". That really upset me. No apology no sign of trying to rectify the situation. The group after those ladies saw what happened and helped me calm down because clearly cutting and not respecting a queue order is very frustrating. After my purchase I just told her to make sure next time to be mindful on who is next. Because someone else's time should be respected. When checking my receipt in the car, it turns out her name is Samantha. So she lied to me. Why I don't know. She was timid and yet very dismissive. I've been a fan of this show since 2009 and she almost ruined my experience completely. Time of purchase 12:12:27 PM Station 16 Cashier Samantha
Graham Walker
The floor manager was very friendly, he took time out of his busy day to help find a ring for my fat finger and then helped me find one for my wife and even cut me a deal on it. I would reccomed this place friendly staff and great customer service. I'll definitely go back. Enjoyed the experience. Most people go there because of pawn stars I went there cause I was in the neighborhood looking for good BBQ and a new ring for my wife. Give cashier 450 a raise.
Antney J
Cool place. Smaller than expected from TV. Lots of neat stuff.
Eric
Good place to go if you like the show. Gives you a great idea of what the place looks like... The doorman gave a great feel of the place. Just wish someone from TV could have been there... even a lessor character would have made the stop perfect.
anil gupta
I love your show rick
Sally T
We loved our visit here. We watch the show in Sydney so it was a great experience to be able to visit the actual store. There was a small line up and wait to enter the store and we purchased gifts and souvenirs during our visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful, answering all our questions.
Stewart Smith
This pawn shop is pretty cool. It is a lot smaller then it appears on television. Thanks to the popularity of the show they move a lot of merchandise. We were in line approximately two hours to get in the store, and allowed only 20 minutes inside, this was approximately 8 years ago unless you were conducting business. I took advantage of that time limit by buying this guitar signed by the "stars" . I didn't have anything to pawn...came up with this idea while I was there. I pawned a $100.00 bill. After some negotiating we agreed it was worth $95.00 dollars if the old man signed the pawn ticket...which he did. Really a neat experience and to be able to see these folks in person. They were very friendly and just regular folks. Not a better then you attitude that a lot of people have.
Frank Fazio
If you're visiting Las Vegas, Gold and Silver Pawnshop is a great little side tour. Sure the area looks a little "seedy," but it fits into the theme if you're a fan, and the building has cameras and security.
Once inside, you are greeted by security at the door. Upon walking through the entrance, I was surprised by the expansive interior of the building. Big long glimmering glass display cases aligned each side of the aisle. Their products shimmered inn the light.
For fans, there is merchandise at the back of the store. From apparel to shot glasses, there are many trinkets available for purchase.
Be sure to take your picture with the life-sized cut out of Rick before leaving! Have fun and create an online postcard!
Samar Tej Reddy
Use to watch in TV, now I went to this place and had a real-time experience.
Nancy Valencia-Lopez
Went to the shop and it was a lot more then we expected! My husband and I are big fans of the show and just expected to walk into any regular pawn shop but it was definitely a tourism spot in Vegas. We went in the middle of summer 100+ degree weather and as we waited to go in they has the necessary supplies to keep us cool... they had pretty cool stuff to look at and great souvenirs to bring back home. As we exited, we were informed Chumlee was next door at his candy shop and we got to meet him and signed a few of our souvenirs! Would definitely go again! Plus, free parking!
Christopher Prokop
I watched some of the tv shows. Frankly I expected more from the store itself. It is rather small as compared to other pawn and antique shops. No criticism about the staff or the merchandise but it is less of a destination than I previously thought because there is not much to see even though there are several high end jewelry items there.
gamecraft gamer
I farted there and the music was to loud for them to hear
Alba Marquez
I'm a super fan of this show. The day that I visited this place I applied for a getaway tour pass free...are you guys giving a getaway tour pass for meet and greet? I just received a call of a person saying that i was the winner but I was wondering why they asked for $249 to claim my tour if it should be free. Can someone explain? Or it was just a someone trying to steal my information?
Tony Mora
Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop is a must place to visit while you are at OLD TOWN LAS VEGAS. Who doesn't remember the TV show that run for several years where this family used to make deals by offering a fair purchase price on collectable merchandise and brand new ones too. I used to watch their TV 📺 show and I learned that anything has a price. I was hoping to see the original members of the TV 📺 Show but I was told that they come occasionally to the shop. It is currently run by family members. I had a great time here and I am very happy to have come to a high iconic place. Thank you to the people in the Pawn Shop that took the time to answer a few questions for me. Thank you, sincerely, TONY MORA.
Tristan McCormick
We went to the pawn shop at around midday on a Monday just last week and got a spot in their parking lot right up front and didn't even have to pay. There was a long line as I had heard but it went rather quick (like 10 minutes). Once we got inside it was crowded but I completely expected that as the show has become so popular. It was smaller than I thought but everything that was there was legit. Of course the guys from the show weren't there as they have achieved celebrity status, so it's not like we were expecting them to be there anyways. But they had a lot of cool items out and even recognized a few from the show. There was a whole souvenir section in the back which they must get rid of for filming, that probably gives it a bigger impression on camera. While we were there my grandmother and I went up to the area where the guys are always sitting around yelling at each other to get a value on her gold ring. The guy at the counter was pretty nice and professional when appraising it, and even joked with us on other things. Overall the whole experience was great and people were nice there - I had heard that they were rude and didn't even conduct a working pawn shop - for us that was not true and was really cool to see that this place was real and booming. The fact that the parking lot and admission was free and open to the public was really cool too, it goes to show these guys haven't gotten greedy with their status and following.
One cool thing was once we got outside to leave another group told us that we had just missed the Old Man driving away in his Bentley from their gated area in the back, so he actually was there!
Spondoolie
The TV show does a good job of making this place look bigger than it really is. It’s shaped like a long, skinny rectangle and usually pretty crowded for the size.
Lots of goodies in here, and most of it in the genre of collectibles and numismatic items. Free to enter and worth it to check this place out if you’re a fan of the show. There’s a small parking lot adjacent with parking attendants, but it fills up fast. You’ll know you’re getting close because the surrounding buildings have no foot traffic and then there’s this place with a line out the door.
Additionally, there is a two-story building about 1 block South that is owned by Rick that has some places to grub out.... if you even have any money left after negotiating with Rick.
Jack Levy
To all the show lovers. I am sorry to be the party crusher. But this is not what I expected. Got very exited to see the store after watching the show for many years. Found out the store is small. And not as cool as expected. You would think they make some improvements and make it bigger with all the exposure. But they didn’t.
If you have high expectations, just like I had, you might want to lower them a little. I will stick to watching the show...
Joe Ragman
Great place to visit! Even saw a the Old Man (RIP) and Rick in the back! Made me feel like I was in the show except I didn't get to haggle with anyone.
JDauen KE0MJE
Great place to visit, clean friendly environment, a lot of great items! We went right next store and ran into ChumLee.
GRADD CO
Beautiful store. It should definitely be a stop on your next visit to Vegas!
STUART GREEN 730
Very friendly staff. Awesome shop. Such a large and varied amount of items many of which are quite curious and fascinating. Very busy but the staff are very accommodating and appear very knowledgeable. The shop is smaller than it appears on television but it's still a great shop. I definitely recommend a visit if you are in Vegas.
Victor Brunetti
Very nice and friendly.
I was there in 2014 selling Madonna's Bra and Panties. Chumlee and I made a deal for $1500.00 instead of $3200.00
He he is funny and awesome! I even got his autograph. Planning to go back when Pandemic is over.
Robert Strom
Not as friendly, helpful and honest as they appear on TV. Caution should be your word of the day.
Carlos Vergara
A bit too overrated. Honestly just a regular pawn store with overpriced pawn star merchandise and antiques.
Thadeus Staples
It's cool to see this place if you have seen the show. Rick and the guys normally aren't at the location. The place is small but it's a pawn shop so that's expected.
When you get there, a person will direct you where to park and ask you to fill out information about you (name and phone number).
The stuff in the store was cool to look at. I can't remember the prices though. I'd have to believe most things are on the expensive side though.
Overall, a cool place to see if you are a fan of the show.
Clark Griswold
It's definitely worth a visit there if your a fan of the show. I am, so it was pretty cool for me. You won't get to see the stars of the show (at least they were not there when I was there), but you do get a good look around the shop. I think it would have been a big kick to have seen them there, but I wasn't expecting it. It is a lot smaller than it seems on tv. It's not fancy, it's really just a pawn shop, but it's still really neat and worth stopping by.
dercio ferreira
Loved the experience, the pictures below is just something i acquired.
Rick Ridings
We love this place & visit every time we come to Vegas
Julie
Had super nice staff. A staff member named Eric was super helpful. Me and another girl went at night and he stayed with us to make sure we got to our ride safe. The store had really interesting items. Prices seemed fair. Glad we went.
andrew treece
Super cool place to visit, and even saw several things bought during the TV show (or supposedly) the parking is free and yes the "Pawn Stars" are still around (we saw Chumlee) and he was very down to earth and even took a picture with us. The store is small but with the right camera angle you can reproduce the television camera angle. We bought some shirts and things and will definitely go back. I'm very happy for these Guy's!!
Greg Dennler
Pretty neat to go into the store that you've seen so much on television. They have free parking, which for Vegas is pretty cool. The only things... and yes there is a thing... they want you to fill out a entry card per person and take it over to the table where people are, so they can try to sell you timeshares... no thanks.
Inside the store is smaller than it looks like on television, but that's okay. There is a lot of good things inside. Didn't see any of the stars, of course I wasn't expecting to, and good quality items. I've read a few reviews that said there is junk, or too expensive of things in here, but I think there was a good mix of both. Plus you can buy Pawn Stars merchandise.
Craig Benner
A long line to get in bit fun to see where it all happens. Puts a new perspective on the show. I didn't get to see anyone I recognized but I recommend going. And a big shout out to Rick for all his charity support. Good guy.
Kevin Haack
Just got done with another new episode of one of the most family friendly, entertaining, and informative shows in history. Thank y'all for sharing your lives with those that love the show.
Anna Hepler
This place is obviously a tourist trap, but still cool to be in and see. Obviously you don't see the main 4 guys there, but the employees were okay. Didn't add anything special to the shop, but Bear the doorman seemed cool. He seemed to interact with customers the most whereas others seemed to just smile and pace behind their assigned counters. As someone who enjoys trinkets, art, and fossils, this place was fun to window-shop at. However, if I was really into something I saw here, most things weren't outlandishly priced. Like, for instance, this would be a cool place to get a nice rare knife for under $50. Also, if you're thrifty and into reselling, this is the place to come to see what to be on the lookout for at Goodwill, etc. Who knew old 20th century Budweiser Christmas-edition steins were profitable? Haha
WilsonW
Finally get to see the real thing. Awesome! Bumped into Chum-Lee too! Was there last week!
Carrie P
Store was nice, lots of people but no line to get in. Just happened to be there when Corey was making an appearance which was cool... but it cost $40 CASH per person to “meet & greet”. They do take photos for you with your own phone for free if you pay the money to meet the stars. Store has lots of very cool items to see and has a lot of new jewelry and items for sale. Rick’s BBQ and Chumlee’s candy shop across the parking lot were both good. Free to park and free to browse the store, lots of Pawn Stars merchandise for sale.
Ray Cook
Very cool place. There is a TON to look at and now there is a small cluster of shops with a restaurant in the same parking lot. Plan to spend at LEAST an hour there. The employees were all very friendly. Lived up to the hype. Can't wait to go back!
Justin Bayoneto
It truly has simply become a cheap tourist attraction over the years, which in a sense is understandable. Just a cool quick stop to take a picture and then browse around inside. However be aware that there is absolutely no photography inside whatsoever, and staff will be quick to call you out if they even think you have your camera out.
Timothy Adams
Very chill and laid back atmosphere. Went at 6pm with no waiting or hassle. Just a few dozen people were around. Items were extremely expensive...as I assumed they would be, but very cool to look at. Grabbed a few pictures and a key chain...I'm a happy guy. Worth the trip!
Carlos Flores
As a fan of the show, I had to stop by and take a picture while in Vegas. It was cool being there, except the crew only shows up during filming. Free parking and entrance to the place is free. Ignore the people handing out raffle papers when you entered the parking lot.
Klinsman Nunes
im a big fan of the show my school was from 7am to 1pm and the show started at 130 and had 2 episodes till 230 i never missed a day i love you're show im in college now and i remember watching this on HTV18
Rob McCarty
Fun to check out if you like the show. The store is very small and waits are long. If you legit want to pawn something and are just going to complain about the crowds and prices, go to one of the 400 other pawn shops in the area.
The Lone Star Man
I came here back in June 2019. I’m a huge fan of the show. I got to meet the stars and it was Fantastic! Things are going to be overpriced here, but it’s worth it. I purchased a couple of T-shirts, one of the few trains that they had, and a statue of Chumlee.
Marie Martin
Definitely an interesting place to go if you watch Pawn Stars my son is a huge fan of these guys.
Stephanie Rose
Line went fast and was in the shade. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great merchandise but rather high priced. Did not see any TV stars, however you could take a picture with the cardboard life size dad.
Jacqueline Cheatwood
Husband and I visited last week. I was not expecting much, but it was better than I expected. Very large selection of jewelry. Seemed a little pricey to me, but the clerk that helped me was friendly. They do allow pictures, except over at the bargaining area. Lots of memorabilia and art. There is a small souvenir section in the back for fans of the show.
P M
I visited the shop about two months ago. I knew the "guys' would not be there but the staff I spoke to were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The shop is bigger then I thought it was going to be. It was clean and well laid out. My wife "negotiated" the purchase of a very nice pin. The man helping her was willing to be fair and compromised on the price and I purchased a Silver Dollar from "The Old Man's Hoard". The real shop is not the one seen on TV. The TV shop is a "Hollywood" set made to look like the real shop and I understand that the guys really don't work at the shop anymore due to Nevada law preventing them from working there. I could be wrong but I've read this fact several times from various sources. Over all a pleasant visit to the "Famous Gold and Silver Pawn Shop"
Roger Nyhus
Wonderful experience! I came in with a sword l found in a storage locker l won. Barry tried to bid me up and then just when l thought it was won l heard "yuppppppppp". It was Dave Hester, I still won it. Anyways l came in with my sword and Cory was at the counter and l knew he was gonna give me a low price. He offered me $20,000 but l wanted more so l called in my expert and he said it was worth $50,000 so l sold it for $49,000. Good day
CJ Meiko
Decent parking, the shoppe is smaller than you'd think but well organized with the odds and ends you saw on the show, plus more stuff. The AC was good even though lots of people were in there. Sovieners were decent-ly priced, life-sized cut outs of the owners available for free pics...Pawn Plaza (food stores, etc) is about 50 feet away, so something for everyone.
Nirav Gandhi
I stay in india mumbai & have watched almost all the episodes of your show & I am a huge huge fan of this show and mr Rick & chumblee & grand father was the heart of this show & shop & family i really miss grand father, its my dream to once visit your shop & all of you personally. I wish you all the very best in life & stay happy and blessed always.
Doodle “Doodle.Sack” Snack
What can I say, it's just like the show! Parking is free, which is awesome, and the items are as rare as they come! Very nice staff. Great for a quick visit and if you enjoy the show on TV 😁. …
Miguel Zorro
Great place if you watch the show.
Jeff Bluejacket
Big fan of the show, read a lot reviews before I visited so I didn’t have high hopes for the place when I came, I enjoyed it a lot the staff was nice and had some cool stuff to browse around at, bought a few souvenirs to take home
Tom Merrill
If you're a fan of the show, it's certainly worth stopping by here to get a photo or two, however expect it to be busy. They have lots of souvenirs to buy (all rather pricey, but this is Vegas). The staff were all very friendly and happy to chat.
Ben Gordon
I stopped in when at a convention a couple of years ago.
This is a typical pawn shop. The employees are run of the mill pawn shop employees. They are not there to entertain you, they are there to make deals that benefit them. If you expect anything else, you need to go to a high end restaurant where everyone will suck up to you.
I saw the old man there, he was really cool. The other cast members were not present.
Denny D.
Smaller than it appears on tv but still a great experience! Friendly staff. You may or may not have to wait in line depending on when you arrive. Cool items and show memorabilia available. If you’re anywhere near old Vegas it’s worth a look!
James Ransom
6 bucks for a cookie, 25 for a t-shirt the souvenir markup is pretty high. None of the guys were here but they had some neat items to look at. No pressure to buy anything, all in all it was ok. Would definitely recommend going during off times. Not sure if it would be worth it if we had to wait in line, but we have small kids. Employees are friendly and knowledgable.
Lindsay Bocko
Love love love the show and the shop was pretty awesome BUT as someone who lives/works in a major tourist destination(Florida) this place is very very very rude, no matter who you are. Granted it was just the general employees and none of the TV stars so they may have no clue how visitors are treated but I felt like I was being treated like a lowlife criminal and I'm an upper class white female who was visiting with my fiance and his family. I will still go back but I feel like others should have a general idea of what to expect plus it's off the strip and not in a very nice area. Still love Rick, Big Hoss, Chum and the Old man but really wish they had better employees representing them. Family comes first and money comes second, depending on who you ask :-)
Richard Torres
Was there this past week around 10am. Parking lot attendants were really nice and so we're employees inside. I took many Photos and even picked up a few T-shirts including a Mug signed by the old man. Make sure to take a photo if the Old Man's Impala in the parking lot. Nice experience.
Bridgette Rios
Awesome place to check out. Not quite the customer service I'd like but the store is still one of a kind. Forgot to ask while in there, I have some raw gold, a solid hunk at that, would you happen to know of anyone interested in that kind of thing?
Marc Vigod
If you are a fan of the show it is worth going. Earlier is better and less crowded. We didn't see any cast there so not sure what days they work or come to the front. Somebody said they were in the back office.
Place is not huge inside. Plan on spending 10-15 minutes there to see most everything. Round trip it cost about 45 bucks for a cab ride. Getting in is free though. Glad we went to see it in person and we can now say we were there
Mike
When in Vegas right? This was a fun stop. The staff was all really great and although there was a line to get in, it moved pretty fast. Once inside you know what to expect if you've seen the show. They have all kinds of fun things to look at and even some memorabilia from the show scattered around.
Carlos Botello
Shop is pretty small, if your just there to visit because you've seen the show, you'll be in and out in 15 mintues. Employees don't seem very happy to work there, did not greet us once. Tip from our Lyft driver the bbq across the parking lot if pretty good!
Landon Nelson
Was really excited to see the Pawn Shop after watching it for years on the History Channel. From all the reviews, I didn't expect to see the pawn stars, and they were not there. They do indeed do make it look nicer than on TV, but none the less it was cool seeing it in person. What they don't show on TV is that there is a whole gift section dedicated to Pawn Stars themed T-shirts and other gifts. They sell every sort of thing, but way more watches and jewelry than I thought. Overall worth a visit if you've seen the show.
Tony Stivers
Totally cool place. Was there and visited while I was on vacation last week. Staff was totally cool and helpful. Bought a few things while I was there as well. They were shooting that day and everyone was on point. A truly great experience. I will visit again when I go next year! Thanks.
Lorraine Altamirano
I was so excited to visit 💖 the Pawn Shop! The show is a Family Favorite 💖 We asked the Cashier if she sees anyone from the show and her attitude sucked, she wasn't excited at all she bummed me out. She basically said "they are no big deal". She seen them everyday and that was that. My Excitement was killed ☹️, other than that I loved the Pawn Shop.
Brian Stout
Very cool to see guys who made it. Ok THEY were not actually there, but some awesome cardboard cutouts were there to photograph by. Small shop really cool. In today's world you would be lucky to find the actual characters on site. But congrats and I recommend everyone visit if given the chance, it will be worth it.
Robert Davies
Although filmed on location, the actual store is significantly smaller than it appears on TV. When I have had friends visiting, I have shown them around, and most of them are not that impressed with the place. They are glad they have seen it, but it's not spectacular.
I also wouldn't say they have a lot of cool stuff in there. You might see the things they have bought on TV, but chances are it probably has been sold. It really looks like any other decent pawn shop.
Patrick McGhee
Its just a pawn shop, nothing special. I watched the show with my dad which is the reason we stopped by. The store is small, and its mostly jewelry. The stars of the show are famous now, so they dont actually work in the pawn shop. Don't expect to see them.
M lee
Friendly and attentive staff. Worth the visit, esp if you’re a fan of the show. Quite a small space actually. Bought the employee polo tee. Love it! Free Parking on site is available.
Elaine Meredith
We went to Gold & Silver Pawn Shop today. All the staff were very nice & one of the young ladies went in the back & found my size in a shirt! Bought several shirts & one for a B'day gift. Shop was very nice & like walking through a museum. Also went to BBQ restaurant & food was delicious.
Mike Boehm
Went to the shop last Tuesday morning around 10AM and walked right in. If you're going expecting to see the stars of the show, you will be disappointed. I was told by a very friendly and informative staff person behind the counter that they generally do not come to the store much if they are not filming, and they have been on hiatus since December. Although the staff person did say that the Old Man does come in to the store most mornings, and had been there that morning to check on the financials, but had already left.
Another staff person had some great information about some of the historical currency that they had for sale. Since it wasn't very busy, the staff apparently had more time to talk to us tourists, and they seemed happy to do so.
As a fan of the show, it was still cool to see the shop, even though the stars were not there.
If you are staying on the Las Vegas Strip, I would recommend combining a trip to the Shop with a trip to Downtown Vegas, which is about a mile walk from the Pawn Shop. The cab ride to only see the shop might not seem worth it to many people.
Lola Sims
Great place to go nowhere else better came in today got a great deal. They are so welcoming great customer service. Definitely will be back
Utkarsh Bajpai
Yeah! Its a amazing show. I love to watch their show specially 'Chum' & 'Corey'. Mr. Rick is also very interesting as by his knowledge i could make it out that he would be so cool!
The shoe man Man
Love the show love the shop love it but I had to wait a few hours to get in and if you are five don’t wait not much that a five year old would want but I thing it’s the best pawn shop and I will go back I thing you should go to you would like it to
Aye Sweet
It was really nice to see the actual shop where they do the show. But when u try to sell gold with small diamond stones they give u so little... I mean low baller really... I just asked how i will get for a 14k ring and earrings set which I bought for $430 they want $125 for it...
tim b
Its free to enter the pawn shop, but I would never recommend buying anything inside. The prices on actual items are very overpriced. It is more of a tourist attraction, and if you go on a filming day you may be on the show. Overall it's a fun place to visit if you aren't planning to buy or sell.
Renaissance Bastiells
Take this place for what it's worth. If you've watched them on TV for a long time, and want to check it out, it's a tourist trap with all of the trimmings. Typical Las Vegas, and loaded with tourists to boot.
Go early, or in the afternoon, and usually no line. Don't expect to see anyone from the show, they are busy, and with everyone wanting a pic, or a piece of their time,,,... well you know. Can make ones life very trying I'm sure.
We happened to see Chumlee when there. They had a brief line set up, a few people got some pics with him, then he was gone :) Was surprised to see anyone from the show. Don't count on it, if you go.
Just a fun spot to visit if you watch the show :)
adistride
The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It seems to me that it is more of a retail experience than a pawn shop, although if you are looking for something a little off the wall then this might be for you..In my opinion it is time they expanded. The store is very busy and small.
Yolanda Lippens
It's great to see the store for real after seeing it on TV. It's small building but very deep. It can be very crowded, so plan your visit well. I found the staff a bit grumpy and guarded the store like sharks. They do have lots of stuff and it's fun to browse.
Nicholas Simmons
The place looks fairly similar to the show but seems a little smaller compared to the show. Kinda disappointed when the guys on the show only show up a couple times a week and that they aren’t there most of the time. Plenty of cool souvenirs and items featured on the show that was priced fairly.
Kat Vancko
I've only seen an episode or two of the show, so I wasn't that interested in going, but the shop was fairly interesting. They seemed to have almost everything there. More eclectic than I expected.
Robert Timmons
Pawn Stars! After watching so much of the show I just had to visit while we were in Vegas! Unfortunately none of the cast were there but to see the place and the items on display was a treat! Highly recommend for any fans of the show!
Justin LaClair
Been going here since the early 1990's as a young kid. Was treated with respect as a little kid and treated with the same respect as a man now. They literally have everything here and some more. If you don't see what you want just ask. If they don't have it then you don't need it. They only deal with quality products.
John Peeples
My wife and I love the show very much. We haven't got the chance to actually go there yet but plan to. I like the show because it's educational and funny. Keep up the great work.
Andrew Finnestad
It was neat to visit the actual pawn shop. I'd recommend taking a cab there as the neighborhood is not the nicest even in the day. Not much for deals, but they have some really rare, expensive things to look at. It is very small and only takes 10 minutes to see. Continue down the sidewalk to the antique stores beside it, you'll be glad you did.
Juan Sebastian Gonzalez
Well if you are thinking that you will see Chum, Rick or Corey, let me destroy that dream, you won't see them. The store is a bit small and really crowded. In the back of the store you will find a real size image of Rick Harris, then you can have your picture with "him". You dont have to pay an entrance fee. The store has a car park if you are going by car. You can buy an small key ring or t-shirts, but apart of that must of the things are a bit expensive. It's like a museum of items used by famous people.
Jonathon Mirabal
Great to see the set of the show. Variety of gift shop products. Next door to the shop chumlee owns the candy store and signs autographs and takes pictures with you. Excellent experience for something inexpensive.
Gamer P_m_r
Hi,sir
I am from India I see daily your show in history TV 18 such a bueatyfull show how to old items buy and sell it's a nice concept
Chumli is a joker in that shop I think and also he is a good person.
Thank you,pawn stars
John Miller
I have watched "Pawn Stars - Les rois des enchères" for years in France on C-star. I've never seen it in English. I was just leaving Las Vegas, and I thought it would be fun to see the shop. Parking is free, although someone was trying to get us to sign up for a tour of Las Vegas. We arrived early on a Thursday morning, and there was already a short line. It probably took 10 minutes to get in. The shop is pretty much like on the TV show, but if you want to pawn something, you go to a separate counter near the entrance. Given the early time, none of the main cast was there. The doorman looked familiar. Some of the employees seemed really bright, others not so bright. They have a few exceptional items, but they really have a lot of souvenirs (watches, T-shirts, etc.). I'm glad I went, but I'm also a bit let down that the shop is not filled with exceptional items. Rick has a bar/restaurant next door, and he bartends on Friday and Saturday nights. Chumlee has a candy store in the same mall. We went to Chumlee's, but it wasn't open yet. If you enjoy the show, you should definitely check out the pawn shop, but don't set your expectations too high. If you want to meet Rick or Chumlee, you might want to try next door. Note: You can take photos in the shop, but no videos.
Caden
Very cool and great staff, items are cheaper to buy than you'd think!
Kris Gibson
Your pawn shop is absolutely great. Compared to the American Jewelry and loan. You pay fair prices, they just try and rip you off. They continually argue and bicker. You guys get on like a jig saw puzzle, you fit together and are excellent buyers and sellers. You are by far the best.
R Aguila
If you are a fan of the show then you obviously must see this place when you come to Vegas. That being said I will warn you that this isn't in the most wonderful part of town so be a little careful when you come here. There are some bad sections where people can easily wander off the main path and end up in some questionable areas. With that being said, it is very exciting to see the place. I am not a huge fan of the show but there is something a little exciting to be somewhere that is now popular. If it wasn't for the show this would easily be an area and place that you simply walk past without a second thought.
Matt B
While the show is great, the pawn shop has become more of a tourist attraction than a true pawn shop. Neat to see, but don't be surprised if you leave empty-handed.
James Bowe
Haven't been there yet, someday soon I hope! I live the show and everyone that works there, and not just the stars. I do think Chumlee is the bomb! Rick is also my mentor, love when he talks history!
Hope the show rocks on for many more years!!!
Izzy Maher
We visited here on a holiday in Las Vegas obviously seeing the show on TV in the UK. The shop was busy however there was no line outside. They did close the shop for filming so we only got 10 minutes in there. I was a little disappointed not to see any of the guys from the show but after reading Rick's book i now understand why they can no longer work the counter. It was a great experience and i will definitely go back when i am next in Vegas.
Antonio Kuzman
Amazing experience in the heart of Las Vegas !!! Thanks ChumLee 👍 …
Mike D
Arrive early is you do not want to wait in line. It's smaller than it appears on TV. They have some pretty neat item's, but push more towards souvenirs from the show. The staff relies on primarily on ebay to put a value on thing's, then offers $10 less. Don't expect to see anyone from the TV show there.
Ahadi
After visiting and purchasing some silver, I would say that this is a very nice place to visit. I am a big fan of Pawn Stars and that is how I came to know this place. Nice environment. Nice employees. I dealt with Ken, real nice guy. :) give him a promotion! Haha. But yeah. Loved it and I recommend Gold and Silver Pawnshop to collectors, or someone who is just a fan! Enjoy!
Katano Waki
Had to stop in and see what they had for sale. Rocco was a super star salesperson. He was stoked to be showing me so many items that I'm sure he's shown a billion times to every other tourist. Their prices are actually very reasonable, and they sell some really cool stuff. I wish my local pawn shops were such crooks, you're better off buying it new. Rick, give Rocco a raise. It's guys like that who will keep tourists and buyers flowing through your shop!
RODOLFO MONTERROSO
At the moment you go in all episodes come to your mind really really nice place but cashier (Elijah) show a really bad attitude it sucks because. Hope everyone enjoy this store.
John Truman
It was fun to finally go to this place. I love the tv show.
Jonathan Persaud
If you're a fan of the show PAWN STARS this is a must do while in Vegas!
Jeffrey Boothe
Great visit. Both the pawn shop and Ricks bbq. Only disappointment was not seeing any of the show regulars. The week we went back home the old man passed so cant be to upset.
Kenqual Rollings
Me and my wife visiting here Gold & Silver Pawn Shop the tour was really nice.
Olivia Williams (Livie)
Cool place to visit while in Vegas. Used to watch the show all the time do it was on the bucket list. Loved the addition of the bar/bbq/Chum Lee candy in the parking lot last year. Super cool. No crazy lines when we went in middle of June. Glad that we went
BL Garrett
This is the best known pawn shop on the planet -- and in history. The TV show that features this store is the highest rated show on cable. It is actually spinning off other shows. The personalities featured on the show are what make it popular and enjoyable to watch. But with that kind of recognition, you should expect crowds. However, if you look around, you will find that there are other attractions on Las Vegas Blvd, too! Just look for the bright lights (grin).
Tina Gibson
Small and quaint but filled with artifacts! Very organized. Dedication to the father in the back of the store when I went. I didn't know he passed until seeing it. That was a little sad. Easy to find and they allow pictures! No videos!
Joshua Lenz
The shop is much smaller in person Wow! Although it is very well put together. Several neat things to look at. A quick one stop if you want to get away from the strip for a little while.
Tyler Tubbs
kinda small inside which was disappointing, cool experience though! staff was very helpful
Veronica Valentine
It was so amazing to see this place after seeing it on tv! Didn’t get the chance to meet the Pawn Stars but it’s still amazing to see their place! Definitely a place to check out! You may get lucky and meet them while they’re working!
Alex Woo
Quick line to go inside. Unlimited picture taking. Lots of stuff. Store exactly like the show. Saw several faces from the show but not the pawn stars. Nice souvenir stuff. Bought a t-shirt and a $2 bill signed by pawn stars. MAN CAVE display. Great History Channel landmark...
SUSAN HOWARD
I hope the guys read this.It is Nov/6/14 . I live in Cali and watch every time you are on. one of the one on tonight Rick had a so called admirer. and he got teased by everyone well let me tell you Rick Harrison is the hottest good looking man on your show. I say it all the time and man do I get looks from my husband of 44 years..you are the only reason I watch your show bless you always!!!
Michael Thierry
Being an Aussie, I'm always watching your show on Foxtel (A&E) here in Australia! I just love watching shows like this because you always have good stuff coming in! Plus I watch too to get pricing on what is rare or could be rare, mainly because I collect Hotwheels cars that I think may be rare later in the long run! What I enjoy about this show, is the hilarity between Rick, Chum-Lee and the Old Man (sadly deceased. My condolences to you all)! I love how the Old Man always loved his Fried Chicken! 😂😂
X Perk
The cast wasn’t ducking there! Chumlee I will get my money!
Chad Harrison (ChadderBox Angel)
I watch this show all the time. I may even be related to them. Who knows? I just called them today Asking if they may be able to help me find a buyer or give me a price on my antique drinking King and queen glasses. It’s a fun place to check out, especially if you like the show.
WARNING: when you park your car they will ask you to sign up for a contest to win a vacation back to Vegas. They’ll contact you months later to redeem it, it’s a scam. It’s a vacation club.
Salomon Tanus
Very organized place, people that works there are very polite but their offers was very insulting, I brought a ring valued at more than $30,000 and all I got is $5,000. The wholesale on this ring is $16,500. Very disappointed, I saw the show and I understand that the owner is very honest and my expectation was way higher. Other than that that it's an exiting place to come to since I'm a fan of the show and I come from north Carolina.
MOE JARADAT
A must visit while in Vegas, famous destination. Depending on the time of the day or weekend, you can expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes to able to enter the shop.... i was shocked to how small it is comparing to what we all have seen on TV. Prices are not exciting. Also none of the stars were there when I visited lol
Michael Fitz
20190630 at 6 pm was my 5th or 6th visit in 15 years, all previous were before the show. I've always received professional & prompt customer service, this time included. I was curious if that had changed; for me it has not. Still looks the same as before with much better lighting, I would have looked around more but it was sort of crowded & my business was done (no agreement reached) the line to get in wasn't 3 blocks long, the aisles inside were almost completely lined 1 person deep. I visit a pawn store about once every 18 to 24 months, usually to sell something, but I'd say this place has very good customer service.
1st visit i bought a ring when gold was $7 a gram & they discounted that! 2nd visit I had a professional camera with lenses & options by same manufacturer in same brand leather case. the clerks initial offer was very low no where near fair - I had done research, I asked for reconsideration based on the condition, the accessories of the camera in one leather case, the number of maintenance & cleaning products indicating the level of care this camera received and what I had found on resale value & actual prices paid locally for the same camera alone which averaged much higher than his offer for my entire lot. He stated same to another employee (he must have been a new hire) who frowned halfway into their conversation and interjected, "that's all hes asking for - hurry up and give it too him" I should have asked for more, the point is I knew this place was fair.
Kurupt Live
Was a very unique experience. Highly recommend you stop bye when you're in town. Very cool to be at the shop I see on TV! Interesting items inside almost like a museum.
Nathan Drummond
Huge fan of Pawn Stars and enjoyed my visit here. The staff was friendly and re-opened the register to buy stuff when they closed. In thy very back you have to open of taking a selfie with cardboard cutouts from the show.
Travis Robinson
Ok, there's two ways to look at a place like this--as a pawn shop and a TV studio. If you come in here looking to make a fortune off of some treasured knick knack, think again, it's a pawn shop. When has anybody ever scored big at a pawn shop! Rare at best. Their whole job is to buy low and sell high. That truly is the definition of a pawn shop. If that offends you, you need to take a good look at where you're standing, again, it's a pawn shop! However, if you're looking for a scene from a TV show, you're in the right place. I give it three stars because it doesn't really qualify as a five-star TV studio but it's not so bad that it qualifies as a 1 star pawn shop. It's small, has a lot of knick knacks, lots of overpriced junk and souvenirs but neat to see. And hey, you can't blame a guy for trying to cash in on his fame. You'd do it!
John Lozano
Went on a Sunday afternoon during non filming so there wasn't much of a line to get in. It was cool to see some of the items from the show on there shelves. Of course no one from the show was there because they only work while filming. Overall it was ok, if you need a chumlee shirt or mug they have PLENTY of souvenirs.

Bought some locally made jewelry for a fair price. Free parking. The salespeople were super. Would go back again.
Location is convenient. Not far from the luxury casinos by car. Combines nicely with trip to Fremont St.

Went there twice. No lines but fairly crowded with tourists. We never saw any of the famous ppl but the staff were very nice. A staff member told us they film every day. One time we went they were closed for filming --at exactly 4:20pm!

I love the show pawn stars, so I obviously had to drop by on my way through Vegas. Have to be honest, its pretty underwhelming. The store isn't that big and it feels very much like a tourist trap. A chunk of the store has a shirt shop and the rest is a "normal" pawn shop. I wouldn't even try to buy sometbing here as I'm sure the prices on everything are astronomical. Not a bad spot, but better off left to the tv screen.

I'm reviewing the actual store, not the damn TV show. And just to clear some things up before I do: The guys from the show are never there because of the show itself. Read Rick's book, he talks all about it. Think about how hard it's got to be for them. Also, don't get all butthurt when you bring in something to be appraised and they lowball you or tell you they aren't interested. Just because YOU think it's valuable and you saw your item listed on ebay for such and such amount does NOT mean by any means that it is actually selling for that much, nor does it mean there is a huge market for it. Keep in mind that they have a business to run and they have to MAKE MONEY. Get over yourself. Also, don't get all up in arms if you go to the shop and you see Chumlee, and he blows you off or ignores you. Imagine having hundreds of people coming up to you every day asking for pictures, autographs, and trying to sit and have a long conversation with you. You would get annoyed too. These people have actual real lives you know. The ignorance of some people just knows no bounds. ANYWAY, on to my review. So I've been into this store a few times, two of which were before the show was even created. The first two visits were with my dad back when we were visiting Vegas for a karate tournament, and my dad and I went exploring, and the shop was recommended to us by a friend. We stopped in looking for nautical antiques. My dad worked with Rick and he was really nice and really helpful. We didn't really find what were looking for, but my dad did buy this old 18th century barometer thing (I think that's what it's called) that went on a ship. I remember them haggling on price for a while, but I know my dad left happy and felt like he won. I was more interested in the old guns and swords they had. They had an Officers Cavalry Saber from the Civil War that was in pristine condition, and I thought that was pretty cool. They had an Edo Period Katana made by a lesser to medium known smith that was in great shape as well. It was pricey, but still cool. The second time we went back (the next year under the same circumstances) my dad bought a gimbled compass from a 19th century schooner. Again, worked with Rick. He actually remembered us from the year before, and again was very polite and kind. Haggled pretty hard, but didn't try to screw us or anything. I personally don't remember seeing anything too super cool, but then again I was more excited about going to this huge arcade with this girl from our competition team afterward. The third time I went into the store was a totally different experience. I went about a year ago with some friends while in Vegas. The layout of the store had changed quite a bit, and they had definitely expanded. It was also jam packed with people (and this wasn't during bad tourist times). The prices on most items are greatly inflated, which I can understand to some extent but some things were just a little too much. They also have a section of the store where they sell all of the "Pawn Stars" memorabilia. You can get a Chumlee coffee mug or an Old Man bobble head. Yippee. Alot of the employees they have working there now are not the most polite, but I can understand why they get irritated quickly. Most people who go into the store aren't there to actually buy or sell anything, they're there to get pictures and see if Chumlee is there, or to just post a Pawn Stars selfie. If you go in there looking to do some legitimate business and are polite, you'll be treated well. It's too bad that it's turned into more of a tourist trap than anything, because it used to be a pretty cool store with some neat items. I'm personally not a huge fan of the show, but I still recommend stopping in there if you're in town. You might just find a little treasure. Make sure you go on a day when they aren't shooting for the show, because they close on those days. I'd also recommend not going too much farther "off the beaten path", because the shop is located in/pretty close to a rather unsavory part of town.

Love the show. Went here and Rick was there. He said hello to me. That was the only good thing about the visit. The shop is very small and everything is way too pricey. Employees weren't very nice either...

A Good Quick Visit, Loved the antique ring and watch collection
Initially, we intentionally skipped this spot when preparing for our Vegas itinerary due to negative reviews, but when we were in Freemont, the Gold & Silver Pawn shop was on our way back as we took SDX/Deuce Bus. So we decided to make a visit.
The shop is near a quiet residential neighbourhood and as you walk towards it, you think if you are the only one visiting them due to the lack of hustle bustle and people around compared to other tourists spots of Vegas!
The security guard welcomed us and there was no queue at all. He told us no videography is allowed, only still pictures.
Inside the shop, I was more interested to see back-office as I thought maybe I will get a chance to meet Rick or Chumley. Rather we found cardboard life-size photo stands.
We spent maybe 10-15 minutes inside and looked at the Rolex watch collection. Bought one Bobblehead and then went outside to the backyard parking where several exotic vehicles were parked. Took a few selfies, and then we were back on our way to the bus stop.

I went 2 years ago it was fun, they were filming at the time so we had to wait in a long line. All your staff was friendly. I want to get down again I have an old wrench used on the boat in wwll, has some I believe korean writing. A dear friend gave it to me along time ago. Hope to get down soon. 😊 …

I lived in Vegas 20+ years ago and used to drive by this place all the time. Amazing that it's not a tourist spot. Honestly, unless you actually need to pawn something or you KNOW the guys will be there, don't bother. We happened to go early when there was no line, but there is often a long line and once you go inside, it's tiny and cramped and basically an outlet to sell paraphernalia. Love the show, leave the shop.

Watched it on tv forever. Had to go. Looked the same except a lot smaller than i thought. Did not get to see the family. Parking was easy in the lot next door. They have a souvenir shop as well as the pawn shop.

Was in Vegas a while ago and went up and down The Strip looking to sell some gold necklaces I had. Out of all the pawn brokers, these guys gave me the highest offer, which was almost double the next offer! Fair and obviously you get the Cool factor. Don't miss it, especially if you want to do real business.

what a pawn shop looks like - shows are shows. We arrived they were closed for filming. Waited around for about 1 hr (was quoted 45min to 2hrs wait). Staff directs you too the pawn plaza across the parking lot where you'll find food, drinks, bbq. Bar staff was friendly.

Visited there last week (December 2012). Went around 10am. There was a little line but only ~10 minute wait to get inside. It's the shop from the show. The shop is smaller than appear on the show. I was truly looking for sports memorabilia for a Christmas gift which they had very little of. If you’re looking for jewelry, you might have some luck, but bring your wallet. It’s an experience to try if you’re looking to get away from the casinos. We got kicked out for 45 minutes to an hour for filming after inside for about 25 minutes (which is all you really need). From the Pawn Shop we walked the mile north to Fremont Street where we visited the Toy Shack and Ultimate Sports Cards and Memorabilia (also seen doing appraisals for Pawn Stars). These shops were much better and had a ton of merchandise. Shop owners were great and we were able to pick up plenty of gifts. Definitely recommend hitting these up after Pawn Stars shop. It’s a quick walk and once you’re done shopping you can enjoy all that Fremont Street has to offer. Also check out the Lost Vegas Antiques shop across the street (Garces Ave) from Pawn Stars shop, it’s packed with nick-nacks at a more reasonable cost.

Nice staff and line went quick. Not much to the shop. They brought in Rebecca (book expert) for pictures / autographs. Prices seemed steep but like a real pawn shop, they'll work with you. Anticlimactic but you can't not go when you come to Vegas!
Chris Danner
Great small place but none of the people you wanna see are ever their.
Josh Brainerd
Store is smaller than you think. Not as many big ticket items as I expected. Every member of the staff I encountered was helpful, nice and friendly. Overall experience was something you should check out. I would go back in the future.

My favorite show to watch cool walking in didn’t see anyone from the show but all good plus was small too never imagined but all in all very happy with my visit would definitely go back

Went on Saturday 7 may 2016 I know that the gang might not be there but what we saw was very disappointing it felt very commercialised and had a really annoying man on the door herding people in and out. Amazing how TV can make things seem really good!!!!
