Great Customer service, Karo is great, very helpful, good attitude and has good attention to detail. They also have great pieces available from bands, rings, chains but amazing repair work as well! Fairly priced and good return time on repairs as well. Definite recommend, especially for locals looking for good quality work and jewelry!

They are the best jewelry shop in town for all your jewelry needs. I needed a ring fitment ASAP because I am moving and they got my rings back to me fitted in only a couple of hours and I was able to get it the same day. They work fast and efficient. Not to mention the high level of respect here. I felt like I was apart of the family going to Anka jewelry. And I think Vegas is the rudest place on earth. Thank you guys again. Great Customer service from Karo and Jack. I had a wedding band sized before our wedding and they were able to do it quickly and help us. We ended up going back and purchasing jewelry also. Great prices for the quality. I recommend Anka to anyone.

Found this company based on Yelp reviews. Called in advanced to price out a watch battery replacement. Gentlemen said it would cost $5 and could get to it immediately if he was not busy. After arriving and getting buzzed into the main door and security gate, he was assisting another customer and asked if I would like to wait. 10 minutes or less and my watch was functional again. Amazing experience with the professionalism, efficiency and turnaround time!

Introduction: Found this Jewel (literally a Jewel) Jewelry business by accident. So I had a watch that was in dire need for an battery replacement. Since I am new to Vegas, I don't know where to go. Called around and after speaking to a few places, I just don't get a good vibe. I almost gave up, however, saw this five stars rated, thought I gave it a shot and was glad I didn't give up. Here's why..... Customer Service: 5/5 First and foremost, this place is not opened till 10:00 am. I decided to call at 9:15 am and was planning to leave a message and was surprised a George answered. George sounded legit over the phone, so I decided to stop by and gave it a shot. Well, traffic was good, so I got there at 9:30 am and guess what? Yip! George let me in and serviced me and I was out by 9:45 am. Holy cow! I couldn't believe my experience. Most places won't even open the door a minute early. So yes, this is what you call a great customer experience. Pricing: 5/5 It was crazy reasonable. Look, I am a humungous supporter to small businesses. However, some are truly out of control when they nickel and dime you. Anka literally charged me $5 to replace my battery, the other shady places I called, all quoted me $15-$25. What a significant difference, it's not just the pricing, but more a principal. Tips: Although the door was opened prior to 10:00 am, if you want to look at their jewelries, I recommend after 10:00 am so you allow them time to set it up. I truly hope there's more supporters for Anka.
