Just received my diamond Tennis bracelet and I must admit it looks incredible, nice weight on bracelet it's not hollow at all just solid 14k, the high clarity diamonds sparkle like crazy I love it. Big up to Max at Sam's Jewelers, because of his amazing assistance with my purchase and the top notch quality of their jewelry I'll definitely be a returning customer no doubt. I visited this store with a traveling companion who was looking for a particular service that was not offered. However, my traveling companion ask for a jewelry box and at first the owner or manager informed us that they did Notch provide their accessories without purchasing, but then he did give the jewelry box at no charge. He was very friendly as well and I will definitely visit his establishment again when in the area. They did have some very nice jewelry and I would say they were on the higher-end of quality.

I got a memory pendant for close to 8000$ I was happy with it. It got caught broke kinda easily jus from being caught in my hoodie while taking the hoodie off.. Diamonds on my pendant are real I got them tested randomly by someone so that’s always good

The service here is spectacular. I had poorly planned for a good friend of mines birthday and had forgotten to get them a gift. With less than a few days before the birthday and just a fews before Christmas I had contacted Sam for a specific piece that I had seen on their Instagram page. They answered my request almost immediately, which was pretty surprising due to it being as close as it was to the holidays. I explained to them my situation and the urgency of pendant. We worked out the details via text and phone calls and almost as soon as the payment was processed I received the diamond pendant at my front door. And I live in Sacramento, Ca. I thought the pendant was marvelous when I saw it on the Instagram but gosh when I saw it in person my friend almost receive just a birthday card and gift card for their birthday. The piece is really amazing you can tell it was made with care and it came with a free 20” Franco chain which I truly appreciate. And on top of the amazing customer service, response and shipping time, marvelous work and beautiful packaging with the free chain, they had the best price for the piece that I wanted in the game. And my friend is in love with me for gifting them the pendant and the pendant itself. I most certainly intend on doing future business with them and I highly recommend that others should too.

Sam was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions an took great care of me.
