Bob did an exceptional job on replacing the battery in my husband’s watch and also removing links in my new watch. He is a joy to work with and has A+++++ service skills. In and out in 11 minutes. We have found our new jeweler for life!

He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us figure out what gemstone would hold up the best in the ring. My husband and I got both of our rings here, and Bob was so friendly, smart, and helpful. He is funny too! We wanted to see more options, so we went to the jewelry store down the street-- that experience made us completely go with these rings instead. They did not have any rings and not excited even one bit for us! They even looked down on us for what we could afford! Robert didn't. He gets you feeling good about your upcoming wedding and marriage. He has a beautiful story and is a worldly guy. There are so many options there, but we just so happened to find the PERFECT rings for us to wear the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Robert! Don't go anywhere!

My new wife and I went to Robert Goodman Jewelers to get my wedding band resized and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Neither of us know much about jewelry and Bob not only took the time to explain our options available to us but also determined that the ring could be adjusted quickly/safely and did so free of charge. It was a quick interaction but it is a reminder of the level of service you get at a local jeweler. As we move forward in our new marriage Robert Goodman Jewelers will be the first place we go for our future jewelry needs.

My husband and I picked out our wedding rings here. I knew I didn’t want a diamond so Bob talked to us about the different stones and how durable they are. He got to know us and and helped to find the perfect ring! Such a pleasant experience. I thought the ring was a little big, but he said wait until the warmer months and see how it is... he was right! The ring has never come close to falling off and is snug in the warmer temps.

Bob and Rose Marie are such wonderful souls! I was quoted an amount for my engagement ring repair and when I came to pick it up after the repairs the price was less than 50% of the quoted price! Bob told me that his costs ended up being less than quoted so he passed the savings to me. I was so shocked! He could have easily kept that extra amount and I never would have known the difference, but he didn’t. It’s just one small way which shows how he and his wife really do care for other humans. I feel like I’ve definitely met my forever jeweler and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen!

I remember my mother purchasing her jewelry from Robert since I was a child. She passed away and left me her wedding ring. It needed to be completely remade because of resizing issues. Robert informed me of all of my options, keeping in mind, ethically sourced materials/labor were very important to me. Long story short, my ring turned out absolutely beautiful! Not to mention the price tag was beyond reasonable. I hope to bring my children here one day. He gives personal attention with a small town charm. The dogs will welcome you with love and kisses. He’s honest and stands behind his work. I’m so grateful to know an honest, ethical jeweler. Look no further, Robert is a conversationalist with knowledge of all. There is no pressure to buy or do anything, if all you seek is info. WOW, where do you find that nowadays? If he doesn’t have it in store, he can make, or order it. Coming from a retail background and family myself, I was blown away by the above and beyond customer service, product, and work produced. Quality over quantity!

He is a multi-generational local jeweler that not only takes the time to get to know his clients but understand their needs and budget. My wedding rings have never been more stunning. I didn’t buy my rings from them, but moved to the area and needed to find a new jeweler to help maintain them. They were so nice! I have platinum bands with intricate designs embellished on the sides and they have never looked this good. I don’t buy/wear a ton of jewelry or a fancy watch but would go back when I do. Great service and couldn’t be happier.

Bob and Rose-Marie Goodman are always so friendly and genuinely care about how I'm doing when I come into the store. I always enjoy looking at what they have; it is different every time I come. I just bought a Casio G-Shock watch today for just a little more than I found online. You can't beat that for personal service and a local store!

I got 3 rings resized and 1 restored and I could not be happier with the results. The restored ring looks so beautiful and they were able to keep its vintage charm. I highly recommend them! Masks were thankfully required and social distancing encouraged in the shop. Robert wiped my card before handing it back to me after running it. I will be a loyal customer from here on out .

My father bought me a charm bracelet from you in 1971. I still have it and the brown, green velvet lined box it came in. I remember standing at the counter picking out the Indiana charm he bought to put on it, to remember my trip. I lived in Michigan and he lived in Muncie. I didn't get to see him much but I still have this wonderful memento to treasure.
