Moyer Fine Jewelers is my favorite jewelry store. The shopping experience is truly pleasurable with a modern, glamorous decor and a welcoming staff. They have an extensive selection for every budget. Mandy Souers is so friendly and helpful. With Mandy’s knowledge of the products and style, she is able to pick out the perfect items. Mandy was instrumental in helping my daughter and future son in law design a gorgeous engagement ring. Mandy helped my daughter narrow her selections, shared her knowledge of diamonds and settings, and made her feel like the special princess she is! Mandy then coordinated with my future son in law to pick out the perfect diamond for them. They were thrilled with the experience.

Oftentimes, shopping for a new watch online can be a bit of a crapshoot. Manufacturers/ADs/Gray Market Brokers/eCommerce/eBay.....I've had varying levels of purchase success in this watch hobby so far. While saving a little money on a new watch is tempting, I'd strongly recommend anyone shopping for a timepiece online give Moyer Fine Jewelers a look! Moyer, and specifically Mr. Krepper, were able to turn a frequently impersonal exercise of button clicking and credit card entry into an as-close-as-you-can-get-to-in-person shopping experience as I've yet had online. When I needed advice, emails were answered promptly and professionally. Also, another big plus of working with a conventional AD was elegantly extended to me as an online customer - the staff was easily reachable/available by telephone without fuss. At decision making time, the added value received in personalized service more than tipped the scales! Furthermore, when my new watch arrived with some minor cosmetic issues (product quality), Moyer immediately acted, and remedied the situation promptly. I'm a 100% happy customer, and look forward to doing business with Moyer again in the future. Shop and deal with confidence!

My review is based on three visits w/in a two week time period. I came in to have a battery replaced on a watch. It was done in store, w/o a wait and for no charge. If I wanted I could leave a donation to a charity, which I did, but was not obligated to do so. I also brought in two other watches. They both needed batteries, also. I had the choice of having it done in store, too, or sent away for a fee that also guaranteed resealing for water proofing. I chose the latter. (Maybe even a cleaning…I can’t remember.) Each representative was courteous, greeting me as I walked in the door, and taking care of my needs. Each was also professional while still being personable. While I was told the return time on the watches would be a few weeks, I was pleasantly surprised when they were back in house w/in a weeks time. During one of my visits, I also asked to have my rings cleaned which they gladly did. None of my jewelry was purchased at Moyer’s but they treated each piece as if they had been. The store has some beautiful pieces. While I’m not on the market for anything, if I were, I would definitely come back to shop here.

Fantastic experience working with them. Here is what Derek Krepper at Moyer did for me: Three years ago I had seen a watch at a Breitling boutique that I fell in love with, but decided not to buy. It was a limited edition Navitimer with an all black face. Breitling produced the watch in two different sizes, a 43mm and a 46mm. Both sizes were a limited edition. A few months ago I started searching for this watch in a 46mm. On a watch website, I saw that Moyer Jewelers was selling an unworn a 43mm. On a prayer, I contacted Derek Krepper to see if he might be able to find a used 46mm. He told me he would get right back to me and later in the day I got a call. It just so happened that a friend of his is a Breitling rep and he made a call back to HQ and low and behold, they had a brand new version in the 46mm as requested. When Derek told me the price, I couldn't refuse and purchased it immediately. Since it came from Switzerland it took a total of 10 days to arrive to me in Los Angeles. This morning it came and the regret that I had of not buying it three years ago disappeared. 1. I gave Derek what seemed to me a very difficult task to find one of 1,000 versions produced. Not only did he find the specific 2016 model, but he found a brand new one. 2. I was in a bit of a rush as I was leaving on a trip and I needed to know it would arrive before I left. It did. 3. I had never bought an expensive watch online and had an inherent distrust. Knowing that Moyer is a certified Breitling dealer dispelled all of my concerns. 4. The customer service was not just professional, but top notch all the way. Communication was prompt and it made the buying experience impeccable to say the very least. 5. My next watch purchase will be through Moyer and I will no doubt be contacting Derek.

I went to Moyer for an anniversary gift. From the moment I walked in, people offered to help but didn't crowd me. I just wanted to look around. Eventually I had a question and Jenny offered to help. She asked all the right questions to understand what I was looking for, was conscious of my budget, and didn't mind spending the time required to find the perfect gift. The bracelet I picked with her help checked all my boxes. She gift wrapped it for me and I left feeling good about the purchase. My girlfriend hasn't taken it off since I put it on her wrist. I took a chance and looked into who had the Omega from 2020. And man did I get lucky that their closest AD still had bracelet version listed as in stock on their website. I contacted them immediately and spoke with the receptionist who told me Scott was the only Watch Salesman they had in the store with everyone else at a conference. She offered to transfer me to his voicemail so I could leave a message and he'd get back to me. He texted me back the next morning and told me they were actually out of the Bracelet version, but had the leather strap one. While this did bum me out since I really wanted the bracelet, I also wanted all the extras that came with the reference 311.33.42.30.01.002. I told him I lived a couple hours away, but if he would set the watch I side I would be there later that day. After confirming the exact reference I wanted he confirmed he had set it aside. I checked in with the receptionist when I got there and she said she'd grab Scott for me. I window shopped while I waited and enjoyed seeing several other pieces on my wish list in person for the first time. When Scott finished with his current customer he tracked me down and took me to the Omega case and went to the back to grab the watch for me. He gave me a moment to admire and inspect the piece before diving into some of the details about its discontinuation and their attempt to order as many as they could. He even commented on the Seiko I wore to the store and we talked about the pros and cons of their sub $1000 models and how they brand is repositioning themselves to capture the higher markets. Even though I knew he was very busy handling all the watch business for the store I never felt that I was rushed. When I committed to the purchase he brought out the display case and took his time walking me through its contents. He made sure I understood when it was time to stop winding the watch, and showed me his trick to sizing deployment clasps. He also registered the watch for me and told me as long as I live in the US he could handle any warranty claims. I'll I'd need to do is contact him or the store and they'd handle all the shipping arrangements for me. He even explained the difference between COSC and META certifications when I mentioned I wasn't sure what changed in the movement between the 2020 references and the 2021. This was my second, in-person watch buying experience, but my first at the true Luxury level. Moyer has come highly recommended by prominent YouTubers and after working with Scott I can see why. I would strongly recommend them.

I love Moyers. I have had three occasions to go into Moyers. I have purchased two silver chains, they’ve added a tricky pendant to one of them for me, and they’ve shortened a chain for me. All told, I’ve spent about $150 there. Maybe $160. In the jewelry world, I am not a high dollar customer. No jeweler is sending me frozen surf and turf at Christmas to thank me for my business. And yet, at Moyer’s, they have always treated me like a valued customer. Actually made me feel good about my having my business. My silver chain was packaged so nicely, when I left, I might as well have been carrying a diamond tiara in that box. I leave smiling. I know there is a business strategy here - treat every customer well, and someday the low-dollar ones might get married, or might get rich, or might marry rich, and suddenly - that silver chain is in fact a diamond tiara and the friendliness and respect Moyers gave back in the day has a big payoff. And if not, well, they don’t lose anything by being nice and helping you love the items you leave with, no matter if they’re silver or diamond or just some extra cash you need more than some scrap gold. I highly recommend Moyers, for any jewelry need.

We worked with Fernanda, and she showed us some beautiful jewelry. Trying on the rings, we realized what we thought we wanted was very different than what we picked, which made us realize buying online has it's risks. We have since kept going back to Moyer for jewelry. We worked with Elizabeth for anniversary presents, watches, and we trust her with updating/fixing jewelry that holds great sentimental value. I would not recommend someone I didn't trust and respect, and when asked, I suggest Elizabeth to several friends looking at engagement rings. I know I always get the real talk with her, and walk away feeling good about my purchases and the business. Unbelievable!!!! Wanted a Seiko Marine Master 300 for a very long time. Finally decided to pull the trigger. If you're a watch enthusiast/collector like me, then you've probably seen or heard of Moyer Jewelers online or through YouTube. I'm always hesitant to order anything online because of the risk of being sold a counterfeit or replica. Moyer is an authorized dealer of many different brands and go out of their way to help the customer and make you feel confident that you're in good hands. I contacted them on a Friday, ordered the watch and it was on my doorstep the next morning in NY. Their shipping was super fast, their employees are super helpful and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the incredible amount of help I received from their staff. When I walked in, I was blown away by the extensive and impressive scope of their collection. They carry most of the finest Swiss brands in the market (and Grand Seiko), they cover all price ranges, and they have a nice selection of pre-owned watches, too. A beautiful shop. More important, however, was the remarkable customer service from Scott and Jim. They were professional, excited to share their knowledge, and very respectful of my budget limitations. They were happy to let me try on a range of pieces, patient with my many questions, and provided honest assessments on sizing. l never felt pressured or unappreciated as a customer. All that said, i am happy to report it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a jewelry store (or anywhere for that matter). Looking forward to my next visit.

Moyer gained a loyal customer this weekend. Their customer service is fantastic but Scott in particular knocked it out of the park. I was coming from out of town and called to ask if they had a specific watch in stock. He found it and pulled it out and had it waiting for us when we got there a few hours later. He gave us a quick tour of the whole place and then took us to one of the largest watch selections I've seen in one store. He let me look at all the watches I wanted to and showed me some really cool and unique pieces. He really took his time with us and actually knows his stuff. My wife and I looked around the store after I purchased my watch. They've also got some doozies as far as diamonds and other jewelry too if that's what you are into. Overall good experience. After I had a horrible experience with another jeweler (Petite G Jewelers at 56th and Illinois - stay away!) who wanted to charge me $20 to adjust a link out of a new watchband. I looked up jewelry stores and called Moyer's and spoke with Bill who said he would be happy to help, and that they do not charge for this type of service - but would be happy to accept a small donation to the Humane Society! It took Bill less than 7 minutes to adjust the band. He was very nice and professional as were the rest of the staff I talked to. The store is beautiful! This is how you gain customers! Last year my husband and I got engaged, and chose to shop at Moyer after some disappointing experiences at other local retailers and the recommendation of a friend. We were greeted and continued to work with Fernanda Moore until both of us had found the rings we loved! I had a special challenge that Fernanda handled beautifully and with enthusiasm. I wished for a trillion cut diamond engagement ring. These are quite hard to find, on top of which settings are not readily available. Fernanda assured us immediately that there was nothing that could not be ordered and/or created by the designers there. After many designs I still just could not put my finger on what I wanted well enough for it to come out in a CAD design. But one day Fernanda called us over to look at a new setting design that fit perfectly with the trillion cut diamond she had specially shipped in! Although this process made me feel quite high maintenance, everyone at Moyer did not! They were accommodating, friendly, fun to work with and no pressure. Every time I walk in the door someone offers to clean my ring. I recommend Moyer 100%!

So, I emailed 3 local jewelers and 3 out-of-town jewelers - Moyer being one of them in Indiana. Derek Krepper at Moyer called me within 1 business hour. He found the exact watch I was looking for, and he had it on my wrist in just a few days. None of the other jewelers even responded to my email - in any form or fashion. Why do they have websites and email addresses if they will not return any sales inquiries? I came in today to see if someone there could switch out the old clasp on my Rolex Submariner for a new one. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and courteous. I assumed that I would have to drop my watch off, leave it there for servicing. However, he started working on it right away, even though it was over the lunch hour. He must have spent over an hour trying to get everything correct and perfect. The final result was perfect, with the new clasp and watchband fitting perfectly on my wrist. When I inquired about the cost, the gentleman told me "no charge". I was quite surprised at this. I protested, as he had put in a lot of time and effort on my behalf, but he would not hear of it. The store was hosting a benefit for the Hamilton County Humane Society while I was there and I was happy to contribute to that cause, both for a charity that I already support, as well as a "thank you" to Moyer's for their excellent service and care. That was my first time in the store and I certainly will return for any jewelry needs in the future and would recommend it to others.

My knowledge of watches is limited to say the least. What I did know when I walked in, is that I was done replacing cheap watches every year. I needed something that could keep up with me, and not break under the weight of its own complexity. Something tough, but still sleek and properly sized for my small wrist. Most of the watches I had been looking at online only went one way. Tough, but oversized & tacky. Sleek, but fragile & dainty. Scott was the guy I was directed towards. First he offered me a drink, then I gave him the parameters I was working with. We looked at all the familiar brands as far as field watches and the like are concerned. Victorinox, Hamilton etc. He showed me some that I liked, some that didn't quite do it for me. We talked for a bit, then he asked me to sit tight. He came back with a piece I had zero familiarity with, a Norqain. Something clicked when I saw this thing sitting on the display, next to the abundance of other soon to be potential perpetrators to the crime on my wallet. It was everything my sub conscience was looking for. Scott figured me out before even I knew what I really wanted. With this being my first automatic, I was quite unfamiliar with the setting of, and etiquette involved in owning one. Scott walked me through everything in a concise, easy to process manner. I've been saving for my first luxury watch and had shopped around to several different companies. I emailed MFJ asking for more information on an Omega as they are an authorized dealer which made them stand out to me. The next day (Saturday) I received a reply from Scott Poisel. I immediately called him and he was VERY helpful. Scott is very knowledgeable and helpful by understanding what I liked and helping me decide. He didn't push me or try to upsell me, was patient, answered all my questions. I even asked him about price matching another dealer. To my mistake, I misunderstood the price Scott offered originally. When I brought up the price he corrected me and requoted me his correct price which was lower than I thought. He could have made a few extra bucks on me and I wouldn't even had known but Scott is an honest man. Responded quickly to emails, phones calls and texts messages, sent photos and resized the watch before shipping. Throughout the whole process he was there every step of the way. His professionalism and customer service is ultimately why I kept in contact with him. I ended up getting the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. I'll be back for a Seamaster one day and Scott is my guy.
