I went to a different jeweler to get a battery change on my watch. I was told it would have to be sent out and I would be without it for a couple weeks. Also it was $100. I walked into McGees today and got a battery change in less than 15 min and paid $12 bucks I think. While in the store I was greeted by almost every employee working and the gentleman who changed my watch battery (the owner) was super nice. Definitely recommend them!

My fiance and I designed my ring here. Not only did the manager remember me (and my fiance) on separate visits, but he was able to take my specific tastes and immediately show me a book of ideas; the second ring setting he showed me was perfect! Everyone here has always been friendly. I just went in a month after the engagement to get the prongs checked and a cleaning and they seemed genuinely happy to see it cleaned and invited me to come back anytime. He even remembered my ring and my fiancé's name! I recommend this highly after looking at several places.

I had to have my batteries replaced in my G Shock GG-1000 and was referred by Batteries Plus since they said the G Shock was complex. I walked in to McGee’s and was treated like a VIP. This was my first time visiting them and had wondered about the store for years since I have been going next door to Uncle Bills for a long time. They did a phenomenal job and I will be back for sure. With my birthday coming up I may ask my wife for a Seiko or Citizen, which they have a great selection of.

I’ve taken my items for repair for years to this location. Family owned and operated since 1988. They are the ABSOLUTE KINDEST PEOPLE in here! They do amazing work at affordable prices! I have to share today’s experience...my son got a bracelet with a click type clasp for Christmas from his grandma, that she has purchased elsewhere. It would come undone randomly, he always caught it but we were afraid that one time he wouldn’t and did not want to lose it. We walked in today and were greeted kindly (as always) and I explained the issue. I wasn’t even sure it was something that could be fixed. The woman worked with it for a few minutes and then she asked the older gentleman to come take a look. It happened to be Primary voting day and I asked where he got his “I voted” sticker because our polling place was not giving them out “due to Covid”....he said he had gotten two and literally took the sticker off his shirt and gave it to my son (I had shared with them that it was his first time able to vote)....I know I’m going off on a tangent, but I just wanted to tell them THANK YOU. When I asked how much we owed for the speedy repair, he said...nothing....happy first voting day! You don’t see this kind of kindness everywhere🙏🏼 We will be lifelong customers and now our son will be as well😉

I’ve never written a Google review before, but I just had to share my great experience with McGee & Co. My (now) fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, and we went back to look at a wedding band. The employees were knowledgeable and easy to work with, especially Adam McGee. They took time to show us multiple rings in a no-pressure atmosphere. The styles were beautiful, and the prices fair. We will definitely be going back in the future and recommending them to others.

Caring and knowledgeable staff, wonderful experience! For Christmas 2016, my husband of 18 years decided to do something special. The last ring he bought was my wedding band, and he knows how much I love emeralds and platinum. He worked many months online to order and review emeralds until he found one he liked. He had bought a couple of watches at McGee and Co. and really liked the staff. He went to them to have the stone set. McGee and Co. talked with him about the stone he had purchased and found him a higher quality stone that he liked better for much less $. The staff and Mr. McGee himself assisted my husband with care and patience and demonstrated a depth of knowledge on emeralds and platinum. They educated my husband not only on the gem and setting material but also on how to properly care for the ring so that it will last a lifetime. In the end, I received a beautiful, one-of-a-kind gift with the best possible service. Mr. McGee and his staff were exceptional and will definitely receive our business again in the future!

I have not even gotten my ring back yet, but I am so happy to be working with them! They are incredibly kind and understanding. I lost my Grandmother and I have a ring she bought me when I was 11. The stone fell out and I had to have it cut off years ago. I came in to have it resized, and repaired, and the stone replaced, and I wanted it done quickly so I can have it for the funeral. They have been so nice and they are working hard for me to have it in time. I am so pleased with my experience, and I will definitely be using them again. I have full confidence that the ring will be beautiful and restored to it's previous glory, and the sentimental value cannot be replaced!

I went in to have a watch that was given to me re-sized which only costs $5! Now I'm not someone who knows anything about watches, but I met with Adam who gave me a lot of information regarding the watch that I wasn't aware of at all. He spent 15-20 minutes with me walking me through the different gadgets on my watch and making sure I knew how to operate it. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and will be back!

I recently had a diamond anniversary eternity band replaced with a new one. My old one broke and wasn't repairable. The jeweler took the diamonds from my original ring and placed them in the new ring. It is beautiful! I'm extremely pleased with my new ring. He was able to get it done by our wedding anniversary date which was greatly appreciated! The whole process of selecting the new ring and ending up with what I had hoped for was a very pleasant experience--the staff was great! Many thanks for a job well done beyond my expectations!

THE Best customer service I've been provided in decades! We had a watch they'd only replaced a battery and a band on months prior stop working, and instead of making an excuse or blaming me, or someone else, and refusing responsibility (too often SOP these days), Adam stepped up without hesitation, and offered to replace my aged watch at its current value! This service speaks volumes! ESPECIALLY given most of the other companies I've dealt with over the years. My wedding ring had it prongs wore down and the diamond had fallen out and was lost. Even though my Husband offered to get me a new ring I wanted what I had. The first store was going to be $400 (after taxes) and even though my Husband was willing to pay, I said let's shop around. We saw McGee & Co and drove across the street. I was very nervous as of course it's my wedding ring but rhe staff and the lady who helped us was very nice! Made me feel very comfortable and as to where the place before would not give us a time to how long it would take unless we paid first (so it seemed) the lady at McGee gave us an exact date and time ( only took a week and 3 days!). My ring looks lovely and as long as I bring it in every 6 months, I'm good!! The ONLY thing is, you only have a 2hr pickup window after 5. Otherwise I would gladly use them again
