Love this place. Came from Danville to buy my wife's engagement and wedding band. Mainly dealt with Suzy who was so nice and always kept communicating. Even told us how to save a little money. Wife has also bought other jewelry from them as well. Will keep coming back.

I am really happy with my new go to jewelry shop. The experiences in shopping here have been a real treat. The owner and the jeweler as well as the sales personnel I have dealt with over the past year and a half are very personable as well as very helpful. No pressure! I had a nice Blue Tourmaline that turned out being recut and cabbed and set into 14k gold earrings. Wonderful.

I wanted to get a custom necklace for my wife that included our birthstones and the birthstone of our daughter. I had looked around at a few local jewelers but either received insane prices or they didn't seem interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Jewel Box Jewelers was different in every way. They were very kind and helpful, and took a genuine interest in helping me make the necklace happen. The price quoted was outstanding and the work was completed ahead of my expected schedule. I am always nervous about buying jewelry as quality and price can vary by significant amounts from place to place, but I am very happy I gave this jeweler a shot, and my wife loves the necklace. I cannot even put into words what they did to restore my grandmother’s ring. It is old and had been reworked multiple times, but they made the wedding set look like it was brand new. I’m sure she can see it from heaven now lol!!! Thank you!
