Andrea was incredibly helpful and a delight to work with! She took lots of time to help educate us on the world of diamonds, answering all of our detailed questions with patience and kindness. She helped us sort through their extensive diamond inventory to select the ones that checked our boxes, and she went above and beyond to order what we wanted from another location. She wasn't pushy in the least, understanding that this kind of investment takes time. We were very happy with our purchase and experience. Thank you!

Omg .. I truly want to thank the staff/Store manager at Jared's for finally getting my ring in for repair and understanding how much my ring meant to me. The store manager made sure all my needs was taking care of ... He personally called me and told me to drop my ring off on Thursday putting it in the best hands of his best diamond repair guy.. and Lord behold I picked it up today (Monday) 4 days later looking brand, brand new... Thank you all for always taking care of my needs..

We went into Jared to just look around at what I liked and didn’t like in rings as I hadn’t tried much on before. Before we knew it, Jenny, a manager, was walking through what it meant to get a custom designed ring! It wasn’t a sales tactic in our minds because she asked questions to gauge every little thing I liked, disliked, and wanted or didn’t find important in a ring. We sat down, she listened, and we drew out what we wanted, looked at specific diamonds to choose from, and waited for an official sketch to come back. Once it did, we went back and forth for small tweaks. Then a plastic model came in and going in to try it on and see it on my finger was so special. After we gave the go ahead with that part, the ring was made!! After a few months of waiting, my man finally popped the question while on vacation on the beach! I couldn’t be happier with my ring, my fiancé, and my experience with Jenny at Jared! Highly recommend!

My fiance and I were helped by Jenny and she was awesome! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was very honest with us. We never felt pressured to buy anything and she always tried to get us the best deal. We purchased my engagement ring, my band and my fiance's ring as well as some Pandora rings. I returned back to the store to get a smaller size in the Pandora rings and it was an easy process. All of the staff was friendly and we were very taken of. We would definitely recommend this Jared location to all of our friends and family....make sure to ask for Jenny!

My fiance Brandon and I had a wonderful experience at this location with Jenny. From the get go she was very in tune with what we wanted and what we could afford and even created a custom design for my engagement ring. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and perfect and brings a smile to my face every time I look at it! Jenny always had a smile on her face and was always happy to see us. She stayed in contact with my fiance during the entire duration of having the ring created and he was very pleased with the service and the outcome of the ring. I am happy with everything about this store. I had lost the diamond in my wedding ring and had gone to 4 other jewelry stores before walking into Jared. As soon as I walked in I was happy. Their sales people are 100% customer facing. I worked with Debbie and she was an absolute Joy! The first thing she did was double check with their onsite jeweler to make sure she and I weren't wasting time looking at diamonds that wouldn't work with my setting.She helped me find the size/ shape of diamond that I wanted and absolutely respected my budget. I left my ring with them with all confidence. Which is saying something as it is a 40 year old ring with an unusual setting. I did have to go back 2 more times because I had a different vision of how I wanted my diamond set into the prongs. Each time I brought it back they reassured me they were happy to work on it until they got it exactly how I wanted it and there was never a question of me paying them any more than I already had for that level of service. They were friendly each time I came in and I even received a hand written card from Debbie today thanking me for letting them help me! All I can say is that this will forever be my and my husbands home for jewelry.

I'd been back and forth between Jared and another place shopping for an engagement ring. Ultimately, I bought from another place because some of their policies matched my needs better, and I already knew the salesperson I bought from. Jared's prices were very competitive, they replace the center stone no matter what and they have stores everywhere. But they charge for protecting the band and you have to come in every 6 months for a cleaning to stay under warranty on everything (the other place didn't and these were the thing that mattered more to me -- I'll probably cover the diamond on my homeowner's). So...my post is specifically to point how great of an experience I had working with Rachel. She was an excellent salesperson. Not just because she had a lot of knowledge and had a great eye for what intangibles to look for in a good diamond, but because she came off as genuine, above all else. I felt like she tried to work completely within my budget and all of my preferences and listened closely to what I liked/wanted. I'm in sales, and I genuinely try to listen to my customer, not just figure out the best way to talk them into something more expensive. That's how I was treated here. Jared just wasn't the right match for me, but I'd definitely recommend anyone out there to give them a shot and ask for Rachel!

I started coming to this Jared about a year and a half ago when I moved to Indy- they are fabulous! Kristie has taken care of us every time we have been here along with her wonderful staff. They always treat us well and offer to clean our jewelry - it’s the little things! We have purchased my husband a bracelet and matching chain, as well as a new wedding ring we saw in the store for him that he loved. Kristie always finds us deals and the right time to buy each thing we are wanting. Last time we came in to have something sized and it was their diamond event and we weren’t planning to buy anything but we left with custom earrings for me. The diamonds they had were a great price and they did an awesome job of making a custom piece for me! We will always be back to see these guys and would recommend to anyone and everyone! We love you guys!

The staff, specifically Ashley & Lisa were amazing to work with. I needed a ring done quickly for a trip with my wife to Mexico and they turned it around quickly at a great price. Ai purchased the ring from Ashley and her professionalism and kindness was incredible. Lisa assisted us with resizing while Ashley was not in. An incredible experience all around. We went to go sign for our new house and had some time to spare before our appt. We stopped inside the Jared's @ Keystone Crossing location.. we were just casually looking and she had mentioned this specific ring.. fast forward 2 months and I called the store to see if that setting was still available. Thomas answered and assured me that the setting was still there and available, but the diamond we had looked at was previously sold. He immediately set my mind at ease by texting me multiple diamond options that were similar to the one we had seen months ago.. upon picking a few options I asked if the ring could be held until I could come up and see it in person. He said absolutely.. I made and appt and was promptly greeted at the door.. I was walked over to the counter where the ring sat with multiple diamonds laid out to compare color and clarity.. upon making my decision, Thomas mentioned he lived on the south side and could drop the ring off at the greenwood store so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back up to the north side of town. Thomas was perfect from start to finish.. amazing experience.. no way I'd go anywhere else.. So thank you Thomas, and thank you Jared's!!!

My partner and I spent many hours in Jared, and ultimately purchased 4 rings. Two of the rings were custom made by Tim and came out exactly as described/drawn. The customer service in that store is amazing. They treat you like family. As my partner and myself are both women, we were not sure how we would be treated, and they did not skip a beat at all. We will be purchasing all of our future jewelery from them. We were not easy customers and they were absolutely top notch. HIGHLY recommended!!! Kieth the store manager is a real gem. Not pushy at all!

Few things. Best customer service, Thomas greets me with a smile and welcome home every time! Shelby is simply amazing always swopping stories when I come to get my chain fixed. If I'm going to buy some jewelry, this is generally where I would go. It can be surprisingly busy depending on when you go. The lifetime warranty is kind of expensive, but they take care of whatever happens if something breaks.

I needed a small diamond replaced on my wedding band. I was really skeptical based on reviews but I decided to go in since my ring is insured through Jared. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to have it done by the next day. It looked great when I picked it up, you couldn't tell which diamond was replaced. Customer service from the two people I worked with was great as well.

I cannot overstate how incredible my experience was at Jared. I went in with an idea— I knew my fiancée wanted a specific setting, and I had a diamond that had been in my family for years. I arrived wary that I was going to be “sold” or attempted to be sold something out of my price range. I came into Jared’s not expecting the customer service that I received and I owe it all to the employees in there but especially Rachel!!!! What I loved most about my experience is that Rachel was just so down to earth and that’s not easy to come by. She represented herself so well. I went into Jared’s today with a concern with my wedding ring. I was concerned there was clouding in the diamond that I hadn’t noticed previously. Turns out it was just dirty and all was well. While I was in I decided to look at new bands to match my upgraded ring. I worked with Brandon while looking at rings and deciding whether or not I wanted to spend the money. I decided to purchase the band but quickly realized that I didn’t have my card with me. Brandon didn’t even blink and said it was no problem he could put it in my wishlist. After an hour in the store, I felt that Brandon was my new best friend and understood the customer service experience I was looking to have. I highly recommend Brandon!

My partner swore he wouldn’t buy from Jared. Well we walk in and are greeted with smiles and great customer service. I love going to Jared. I have never encountered a negative person at this location! I usually only go for my ring inspection but I decided to treat myself to a Pandora bracelet so my kids would always know what to buy me for special occasions. Ashanti (sp?) helped me and she was very delightful!!! She was personable and knowledgable. Everytime I asked about something, and I asked a lot of questions that day, she had an answer or knew exactly where to find the answer. OMG!! I had the best experience ever at Jared's yesterday evening. Background: I have had a horrible time matching up a band to my engagement ring. I have been to several jewelers and they all stated that I would have to send my ring off for weeks to get a custom band. Which that ideas wasn't bad but I'm more of a visual person, I want to see the ring on my finger. Anywho, I walked into Jared's yesterday and I immediately felt welcomed! Brandon introduced himself to me and I gave him the background of my ring and he immediately took me to what I wanted!! He was soo nice and helpful. He even took it a step further and made sure that my ring was taken off of the floor and able to be purchased during the time my fiancé could get the best bang for his buck! I was also able to find a band for my fiancé as well. All in all, Brandon was beyond helpful. This has been the best jeweler customer service I've ever had. Definitely gained a life time customer! Rachel, one of the sales consultants pulled off a miracle when the two items my wife had put on a wishlist were already sold a few days before Christmas. I could have custom ordered but they would arrive after Christmas. She was able to locate the items at other stores in other states and had both stores overnight them to the Keystone store. She didn't have to but went above and beyond. Aside from the incredible selection, amazing custom design shop, and fair pricing, customer service like this is the reason why I keep coming back to Jared.

Listening to what I was saying and really allowing me to come to a perfect decision on my wedding band. My fiance and I had been several places shopping for bands. We are young, so many jewelry stores did not take us seriously (even though I had a 1CT solitaire on my finger you'd think they would)... Anyway we went on Valentine's Day before dinner just to look at bands. What we expected was an overpriced jewelry store who would treat us like a joke like others had. What actually happened is far beyond what our expectations could have ever been. We were greeted at the door and immediately asked our names and what we were shopping for, then she lead us to the counter and insured us that a consultant would be with us as quickly as possible. We waited less than 5 minutes and she was there to assist us. She was more than willing to show us nearly every band in the case that we requested to see before we decided that a custom band may be the best option. She lead us over to a catalog to look at rings that they carry but did not have in stock. We then told her that we had been considering what is called a halo head and asked what that would take and what the cost would be. She went back and got the diamond specialist to answer any questions we had. She surprisingly had the exact halo head that we needed in stock and told us it would take two to three days for her to have it complete. For the price it included the halo head, the labor, re-rhodium plating my ring, and steam cleaning my diamonds. I was impressed! We went to dinner and went home excited to see it, thinking that it wouldn't be until Wednesday, when it was Sunday at the time. They were closed Monday for President's Day, but yet when I called on Tuesday to see what time it would be done the next day, they informed me that she had finished it (in ONE day) and it was awaiting our arrival. We are so impressed with the work that the diamond specialist did. I have a carbon mark near the top edge of my diamond and she put the prong directly over it so that it is invisible now. That is true craftsmanship to have the care and sense to even think of that. We are still oogling over the ring and the customer service. I personally have found my jeweler and suggest going to Jared before anyone else.
