The entire Whiteflash team was outstanding! Responsive and professional during my engagement ring buying process/ordeal. Their diamond selection, their showroom floor, their attentiveness to their customer (you), their knowledge of diamonds, their willingness to teach and help you understand your purchase, and Becca, easily puts them A CUT ABOVE the competition. Before coming to WhiteFlash, I was shopping for an engagement ring mostly inside the malls. I didn't know the first thing about diamonds so shopping at the mall made sense to me. I thought I could move around more freely and easily and just look. But I learn when I did need help, the sales person wasn't always so attentive to my needs as they were more interested in making a sale so their attention would easily shift to the next guy who they thought they could make a sale with. That grew old and annoying quick. When I first arrived at WhiteFlash with my girlfriend, we didn't know an appointment was needed. Vera assured us it was quite alright and that she would alert the next available person. We were not expecting to meet a diamond expert and enthusiast. Becca explained and educated us more about diamonds in our first visit with her than all the brick-and-mortar store sales person combined. Becca's knowledge and love for diamonds showed and my attention and willingness to learn easily gravitated towards her. No longer did I feel she was just trying to make a sale. I was easily mesmerized by the way she talked about diamonds. All of this allowed me to select and purchase a diamond I was extremely proud to make and present to my girlfriend/future wife. Of course, she said yes! The other staff members I got to work with at WhiteFlash were also great. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address my many questions as best they could. The location felt safe and secured. Every visit felt very personal and private. There are no transients looking for an opportunity to spy on you. My wife has a ring she loves. A few years ago I purchased an “upgraded” engagement ring for my wife (after many years of marriage), and more recently I purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings. In both cases, the jewelry and service I received were outstanding. Our experience with Whiteflash was exceptional! My significant other and I went around to a few well known places in the Houston area, although all great, we decided to go with Whiteflash for a few reasons that stuck out. As we made an appointment to visit the showroom, Becca was able to get an idea of what we were interested in and prepared a variety of options for us to view and fine tune what we were looking for. If you are looking for an online boutique to purchase your engagement diamond, don't think twice - go with Whiteflash. I worked with Liza and it was an excellent experience. She helped me put together a 5-Stone Trellis Diamond Right Hand Ring custom cast in 14k yellow gold and choose 0.4 ct A Cut Above VS2-VS1 H diamonds (2 ctw). The quality of the A Cut Above (ACA) diamonds stand out. They are full of fire and sparkle! I had a wonderful and easy experience buying a diamond online for my fiancé's engagement ring. Overall, Whiteflash's guarantees and benefits make buying from them the obvious choice. If you do a lot of research elsewhere, you will probably find something you like/love. Or you might not. Whiteflash's inventory is obviously not as large and vast as the other large online diamond sites, but that's the point. If you choose any diamond from their inventory you will not be dissapointed. And if you are, there's a safeguard for that. Bottom line, they want you to be happy with your piece, and there's no possibility of you wasting your money on a less-than diamond.

I worked with Becca from Whiteflash to buy an engagement ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful - my fiancee keeps staring at it and a friend told her this weekend it is the shiniest diamond she has ever seen. Cut is king, and there is no doubt about the quality of Whiteflash's cuts, as you can see from their website. In terms of customer experience, I worked with Becca by phone and over e-mail, and she was prompt and pleasant. She provided extra pictures and videos of the diamonds I was considering, and she provided realistic assessments of the diamonds. In one case, she said two of the VS2s had visible inclusions from very close up (much closer than the eye clean distance but my fiancee has very good eyes) and that an SI1 did not. I appreciate that she helped me find a diamond of good value, instead of steering me to the most expensive stones I was considering. I saved 33% by doing that. We had to resize the ring to a quarter size (which was unavoidable because ring size tools usually come in half sizes), but Whiteflash made the process easy and they were fast to return the ring. Pricewise, I found Whiteflash to be a good value. I was working with another jeweler who prides himself on being a good value. Yes, his diamonds were beautiful to look at, but the cut was not as good and the prices were the same. Since I was working with both jewelers remotely, I went Whiteflash because you could tell from their images that the cut is superb.

TLDR; If you're in the market for a loose diamond for an engagement ring, do yourself a favor and buy it through Whiteflash. Popping the question during a pandemic (I've learned) can be a real struggle. I knew I couldn't go to a jewelry store in person to view any loose diamonds, so I resorted to online dealers. I looked at James Allen, Blue Nile, Brian Gavin, and I found the transparency of Whiteflash's online sales process to be top notch! I didn't like how some of the online retailers made you call/email their sales team to get GIA/AGS certificates OR to see ideal scope/aset images of a diamond (if they even had them). The resources and education on Whiteflash's website really helped me understand the '4Cs' and how the cut of a diamond can really make or break the appearance of a diamond. With that being said, I reached out to Whiteflash in early April 2020 to buy a loose diamond that was on their website. I got the pleasure of working with Brittany Godin who was excellent! The pictures/videos on Whiteflash's website are generally on a black background and under very bright lights. I asked if she could take pictures/videos of the diamond I was interested in under 'normal' circumstances (white background, normal ambient light). Brittany got right to work with Whiteflash's photography team and got the visuals I needed within 24 hours. She took the time to discuss the diamond with me, how the sales process would work, and was very fair with pricing. The experience I got with buying my girlfriend's diamond from Whiteflash was WELL WORTH it. The face on my girlfriend's face when I proposed made it all worth. In fact, she went to grab the ring before even saying yes because the diamond just draws you in. All of our family and friends comment on how unbelievable the diamond is, pictures don't do it justice. I opted for a cut above diamond from Whiteflash which has an optimal cut & proportions to really make it stand out. I highly recommend the cut above diamonds and Whiteflash!

To sum up Whiteflash in one word: SPECTACULAR. It was quite a process that ultimately led me to go with Whiteflash, but now, a month after proposing, I have am so grateful I went with them!! After visiting a jewelry store with my girlfriend and then spending months poring through countless Etsy pictures, Weddingbee forums, and other online resources, I knew exactly what ring I was looking for. Unfortunately, brick-and-mortar jewelry stores have relatively limited selections (I even went to the largest jewelry store in the state)... GOOD LUCK trying to find a specific setting in a specific metal type! I ultimately went with Whiteflash because they could do completely custom settings AND had high resolution photos and details specs of their diamonds. On top of that, it was really helpful to get to work with Becca, my consultant, to have a professional opinion and go-to resource on the design and diamond. She was really responsive and honest throughout the whole process, even helping me decide on a 0.7 carat diamond rather than a 0.9 carat diamond based on my budget and girlfriend's finger size. I felt really comfortable working with her throughout my whole search process. The whole process was really easy, too. Once I found the diamond I simply sent Becca a bunch of pictures off a Google search to give the team at Whiteflash an idea as to the design, and they produced a CAD rendering of the ring. They checked with me to make sure the design looked alright, and honestly, it was pretty flawless. They give you a year to have the ring resized if needed, which was great as it took me about six months after getting the ring in the mail to find just the right moment to propose. Fortunately, the ring fit perfectly and my girlfriend (now fiancée) absolutely LOVES everything about it, from the petal basket to the handcrafted milgrain bezel to the inscription on the inside of the band. The sparkle on this thing is blinding, and every other ring I see more seems dull by comparison! The entire ring is rather petite and of exceptionally high quality, and since those both ALSO describe my fiancée, it couldn't be any more perfect.

I loved the look of Tiffany’s Etoile band but wasn’t looking to pay twice the price for a similar look. Enter Whiteflash’s Scattered Band. I requested mine be made in Platinum to match the metal in my engagement ring. I wanted a ring that could stand alone with some sparkle but could also accent my engagement ring. Customer service was excellent and Becca was timely and responsive to all questions and communication. The only complaint I would give it is that the diamonds aren’t as scattered/offset from each other as I anticipated and perhaps that’s because of the 3mm width. Fortunately I’m okay with this as diamonds set straight across was my close second preference. Stats: .14 ctw, G/SI1, 3mm wide, 2mm thick, diamonds are gypsy set but no azures (countersunk cut outs) behind the diamonds. This type of ring cannot be re-sized but can be exchanged for a new size within the first 30 days.

We ordered a semi-custom engagement ring and wedding band set from Whiteflash. We shopped around with a few jewelers before coming to Whiteflash, so had several comparison points for both the diamond and custom setting. We were beyond impressed with Whiteflash’s A Cut Above diamond. The cut is amazing and not only does it bring out so much brilliance to the diamond, but it also does a fantastic job of hiding the flaws in the diamond. Even under a loop, it was a little hard to see the flaws for a SI1 because the cuts were made right above the flaws to hide them. We were able to use one of Whiteflash’s in-house settings and customized it for thousands cheaper than going with a fully custom ring from another jeweler. The final products are gorgeous. Our sales associate was Michelle Adams and she is beyond knowledgeable, helpful and always prompt in responding to our many follow-up emails. During my search for a ring, I was deciding between James Allen, Blue Nile or White Flash. I noticed there aren't a lot of choice at JA, or BN, so I gave White Flash a try. (Never heard of them before) One of my major concern about buying a diamond is how to choose one? I must have exchanged about 40 emails with a representative of Whiteflash and she remained patient, helpful and genuine in her interest to help me find the right stone. I realize it's a leap of faith for some people to consider making such an expensive purchase online, but this is now my second time doing it and I cannot understand why anyone would ever chose a high street retailer over Whiteflash. What's tremendous is you get to request very precise cut specifications and you get live images and all the supporting material you need to make a comfortable decision. We recently upgraded our ring from Whiteflash with help from Michelle and the rest of the Whiteflash team. They were absolutely incredible to work with. They worked patiently with us until we figured out exactly what we wanted and subsequently found us the perfect stone - which took SEVERAL weeks. We were never pushed to make a decision. When researching jewelers and ring designers online in late May and early June, I came across Whiteflash in a few different places as a reputable and reliable option, AND ALSO one that has a office/HQ in the general area. Upon visiting the Sugarland location, I learned from Vera (the super-nice and helpful receptionist) that the showroom is closed due to Covid, but that they would be happy to put someone in touch with me soon. Later that day, I received a phone call from one of their consultants - Liza Weazey, who very patiently and kindly spoke with me about how we might proceed to design an engagement ring. She was of tremendous help, particularly for me because this was my first time doing something like this. Over the next two weeks, she emailed back and forth with me, at first sending examples of rings and later gemstone candidates for me to weigh and consider. I had lots of questions, and I also wanted to make sure my fiancé's preferences and taste was well-realized with the design choices being made and the ring when designed and completed. Through all this, Liza was patient and detailed and responsive, and I really felt like I was in good hands. Thinking on it now, it amazes me that we ended up with a ring that my fiancé loves showing off to her family and friends, even though the local Covid situation of June 2020 precluded us from meeting Liza or anyone for that matter in person. But that we did end up with something we're this happy with, despite the complications introduced by the pandemic, is a real credit to Liza and Whiteflash. And because there are various approval checkpoints along the way, the various steps from A to Z felt like a logical and intuitive progression (about two months), which was important and made me feel good about the whole thing. I would happily recommend them to anyone!

So to start this story, I decided to take the plunge and buy an engagement ring. After seeing the incredibly expensive prices in my local shops, doing a bit of research and then looking online, I came across Whiteflash. I saw pretty quickly that I could purchase a very high quality (and fully certified most importantly) diamond for less than I could buy something of low quality locally. I had spoken to my fiancee about the ring and she had chosen the style and diamond size in a local jewelers. She has tiny hands and didn't want a massive stone on her finger as she's be wearing it everyday and was afraid of it getting caught in things, etc. So I had the size, looked on the website, then picked the colour and clarity I wanted along with the ring and engraving and boom I was done. Easy. As I live outside the US I emailed Whiteflash where Becca got back to me almost instantly. She explained about the wire transfer, which we don't use in Ireland so I filled that out in my local bank and it was done. I should mention that I was a tad nervous as it was quite a lot of money but there was absolutely no problems. As I was also proposing in 2 weeks Becca and her team starting making the ring for me before the funds had been received to make sure I had it on time. It was an incredibly nice gesture as they took a risk, granted they hadn't sent any merchandise so it's not like they were gonna lose out but they could have just as easily told me they would need to wait however many days till the funds cleared as is their right. This meant my ring arrived in plenty of time. So about 2 weeks ago I decided to purchase my Fiancee's wedding ring. My first thought was naturally Whiteflash, we had looked locally but I couldn't see myself not pairing the ring from them. First let me say that working with Brittany throughout the Whiteflash experience was absolutely fantastic. I started my diamond search back in August 2020 looking at numerous well-known online diamond retailers. Once I made it known that I needed a really tight turnaround, all of the retailers except Whiteflash were not interested in continuing the conversation. My plan was to give this to my lady while on vacation so Brittany even arranged for the ring to be shipped to my vacation destination and I picked it up there. Now that's customer service! It is also worth mentioning that Vera at Whilteflash was also excellent to work with and always responded to my emails and answered my questions. I had spent a good amount of time researching what makes a diamond dazzle. I bought an super ideal cut "Hearts and Arrows" 5 carat stone and setting. First I want to say that you can not find this kind of quality stones at a local jeweler. They just do not traffic in very high quality stones. People have been surprised that I would buy this kind of stone over the internet but Whiteflash provides everything you need to know in the diamond report and more importantly in the "Aset Image" and the Ideal scope image you see what you can not see in a retail jewelry store - how the diamond is going to reflect the light. If those images are clear you can rest assured that you are getting a good stone with a ideal cut. You buy diamonds to sparkle and that is all about the cut. Of course you can find high quality diamonds elsewhere but the staff at Whiteflash were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Although it took 38 years to afford the stone I wanted for my wife I truly believe they will work as hard for a client spending a tenth of what I did. I can not recommend them. highly enough. Finally to top it all off I had a third party appraisal done after I bought the ring and it appraised for significantly more than I paid. Buy the best cut you can afford regardless of the weight and find a professional who understands what that means. You can't go wrong with Whiteflash.

An absolutely stunning engagement ring! I had expected the 1.8 ct A Cut Above round diamond to be a really nice stone, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. Then I found a Tacori engagement ring setting that I really liked on Whiteflash as well. Perfect, I made the order and received the engagement ring in less than 2 weeks (1 week less than the usual time for Tacori, because the setting was available in stock). An excellent experience: I come from Germany and after weeks of research and recommendations from forums (goldsmiths, gemstone experts) I focused on "A Cut Above" diamonds from Whiteflash. The diamond and ring I purchased from Whiteflash could not have turned out any better. Whiteflash has made purchasing my diamond incredibly easy. The Staff are very easy to work with, and helpful for any questions you have. You also get a very good price on the diamond (for me it was over two thousand less than local, plus no tax). I didn't have to barter for the price either which makes the process even more stress free. That being said, I purchased a cushion cut from their 'virtual selection' and they still imaged it and sent me pictures before mailing the diamond so I could inspect it myself before committing. Shipping was very fast, and the shipping department was also very helpful. The Ritani setting was also well priced and and looked amazing in person. We could not be happier with how our Whiteflash experience went. Just be cognizant of her ring size - my fiancee is having trouble parting with it for a resize because it is so beautiful :) Thanks again to all the staff at Whiteflash. I cannot say how happy I was the the selection, price, and ESPECIALLY the service at Whiteflash. I dealt primarily with Becca Eastman, but everyone I dealt with at the company was patient, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first engagment ring purchase and I looked at rings at local stores, and all the other "big" internet diamond sellers (Blue N, James A, Brian G, etc.). After literally months of learning and searching I came upon a beautiful diamond at a great price at Whiteflash. Believe me, I looked at hundreds of diamonds and compared ASET Scope (AS) images and used the HCA calculator (HCA). These two tools eliminated 99% of the diamonds at Blue N and James G, according to the criteria I had set. When I finally narrowed it down to 2 diamonds at Whiteflash and one at James A, Becca personally viewed the diamond while on the phone with me and her description was 100% accurate. Once the main diamond was selected a custom setting (platinum ring with round diamond and tapered baguettes) was required (due to size) and they did a wonderful job at a very, very fair price. I cannot say how pleased my fiance is with the ring. And, I cannot say how happy I am having made the purchase at Whiteflash. If you are debating about whether to shop at Whiteflash, my opinion is do not hesitate. They have a great selection, are very professional and reputable, offer fantastic service, and what is likely the best value of all the diamond retailers.

Did a custom design for an engagement ring. The CAD and diamond selection process was very efficient and spot on. Lines of communication are very open and they are quick to handle issues. I'd of given 5 stars but there was an internal miscommunication and they sized the ring incorrectly. Our design consultant put us in touch with Whiteflash's VP and he apologized and quickly rectified the issue. They paid for shipping both ways. Fixed the ring and sent it back. The ring is gorgeous. The design came out perfect. The stones shine like stars. We will be reaching out again soon for our wedding bands.

Though highly recommended, attempting to buy high value jewelry online is bound to be a fraught experience. Though I had done ample research and found the website interface intuitive, I was still nervous about my selections and the process involved. Via chat, I worked with Brittany Gibson, who walked me through the process of ordering my studs for my wife (a push present). She helped me weight the pros and cons of settings, and struck the right tone of being helpful without being pushy. Her help in constructing an order was correct on the first go, and funding instructions were clear. The Good: After reading good reviews of Whiteflash I connected with them several times online with many questions about buying a diamond engagement ring. Magen Roccaforte helped me through all my questions at different times across several days, both through online chat and prompt follow-up emails from her. She said customer service reps don't work on commission, and she was tremendously patient with more-than-average questions from this worry wort. Especially important, she also worked with me on my tight timeframe, and assured me that she checked and double-checked estimated production and ship dates and that I should get my ring on time, which I did! The ring itself is beautiful, exactly as I ordered it. Very happy with it. The Bad: Virtually nothing. Even the little things were great, like tone of voice in an email and volunteering more info than I requested because they knew it would help me. Amazing! The one thing I can think of: they could consider extending/enhancing their one year service warranty to cover a longer period of time. But their other policies (returns, buy back, trade-up, etc. are great) Tips for customers: 1. Keep researching to compare companies, especially their policies. Whiteflash rates on par or better than most, as far as 30-day no-questions return policy, lifetime trade-up, one year buy-back, etc. (Note these don't apply to their Virtual Selection of wholesale diamonds.) Also, their response to issues of exploitation in the diamond trade overseas did not just seem like compulsory lip service. 2. You should see the exact individual diamond up close before you buy it--not a sample picture. Whiteflash is one of the few companies that offer photos, a video, and light performance images (very important!) for every individual diamond they sell, right there online. With some companies you can make a request for these but it takes time to get. Other companies only offer sample images. If you want your diamond to actually sparkle (she will notice!) you should see actual images before you buy it--don't rely only on the grading report. 3. Small kindnesses go a long way with me. I got many first impressions from many online and also brick-and-mortar jewelers, and you can tell when people genuinely want to help you vs. just make a sale. In spite of great policies and available imaging for individual diamonds, I would not have gone with Whiteflash if the customer service didn't feel genuine. I want to give a major thumbs-up to Magen Roccaforte (and several other Whiteflash reps) for making the whole process feel like something I can be proud of, relaxed, and confident. Thank you! Overall I highly recommend Whiteflash for buying your diamond engagement ring! I am a very happy customer.

I ended up purchasing a ring/diamond here. They were pretty good overall. They did custom work for me and I can say it turned out pretty good. If I had some post-ring advice to anyone, I'd say to get the ring at least a millimeter bigger/thicker than what you think is good. They definitely make the mold small to conserve the costly metals. The costs were reasonable compared to all the jewelers I had been to previously. I hated the idea of getting an engagement ring online (I much would have preferred to keep the business local - there is just something that doesn't fee right about it)...but at the end of the day, I couldn't beat these prices, and I did negotiate with them to bring it down. The quality of the diamonds was good, and you are given all the data to make a decision with past the 4 C's (like an HCA test, for example). So, I couldn't beat that. Whiteflash is online, and that just feels wrong, but I guess I couldn't find anyone else who could beat it, for the same quality. The customization process was handled well too. I marked up drawings and sent it back via email. We had to go through 6 iterations, but at the end, we did get it.

We chose Whiteflash for a diamond upgrade based on reviews online and pricescope. We were not specifically looking for a super ideal (A Cut Above, ACA) diamond, however when 3 diamonds were available that met our budget and ideal C’s we inquired. Becca was fabulous to work with, she answered all questions promptly and throughly, provide honest and detailed feedback regarding each diamond (the three we were comparing), provided amazing pictures, and gave great suggestions on the simple solitaire setting desired (and she prefers 4 over 6 prongs also;) ). The customer service team that supported Becca via the online chat feature is amazing, I inquired over the weekend about sizing and notes were left for Becca so that she could take over where they left off seamlessly (no need to explain multiple times your question). Sizing guides were sent promptly and are easy to use, my ring fits perfect. My setting needed to be modified a bit to fit a larger diamond. I was given an expected ship date of 9 days after payment and my finished ring was shipped as anticipated. Marcela took stunning photos of the ring prior to shipping, which was further reassurance that my ring was going to be stunning. There were others involved in this transaction from accounting and shipping that made sure communications were clear such as when my wired funds were pending/cleared and providing tracking info when my ring shipped. Upon receipt of the ring, my husband and I were speechless when we opened the ring box. The diamond is magnificent, a rare beauty that I feel so blessed to own. I have many other diamonds, however nothing compares to the sparkle of my ACA diamond. This diamond is always on fire and speaking to me with bursts of color. Simply put there is nothing that compares to an ACA diamond. You will not regret the purchase of one. I chose the broadway solitaire setting in platinum. The band is extremely comfortable, and the prong work is fabulous. The prongs just disappear, so you only see diamond. Buying diamonds is tricky there is all kinds of advice about the 4c’s and what the “measurements” should be, light performance etc. It’s overwhelming! Whiteflash helps a lay person make sense of all this so you don’t need to become a diamond expert in order to get the diamond you desire. Their online diamond resources are very helpful and provide all the info you should need to make a decision. We purchased a substantially priced diamond and I had complete trust in the service and diamond that Whiteflash would and did provide. Unsurpassed sums up our experience nicely. A heartfelt Thank You to Becca and everyone at Whiteflash for making my diamond dream come true!!

Great stones and full transparency on the quality that you are getting. Also great customer service and responsiveness! It can be very confusing to buy a diamond for the first time. Two tips: 1. The usual metrics are not enough to differentiate the quality of the diamond: In doing my research, I read that 40% of the diamonds are rated as “excellent” by GIA. At Whiteflash they are very transparent with the light performance (not just the usual metrics, but actual light performance analysis — ideal scope images, aset images, hearts and arrows) you can really get the top 5-10% quality if you want the diamond to be cut to perfection! 2: Ultimately, it is more about the cut, than about the color or clarity (and even about the carat). A slightly smaller diamond with an ideal cut will look much better that a bigger diamond with an ok cut. Whiteflash allows you to tell the difference!

I have been looking for the perfect brilliant cut diamond ring for a LONG time. (That is because I need to save up money to get the perfect ring which gives me plenty of time to look at diamonds). After comparing many different online diamond websites, and brick and mortar stores, the A CUT ABOVE collection from Whiteflash carries the BEST quality and cut diamonds hands down. Their diamond quality is better than BlueNiles, and JamesAllen. Brian Gavin has very limited (2 to be exact) diamonds listed under their BLACK collection which is also great quality, but the selection is extremely limited. Cartier and Tiffany’s diamond quality and light performance is actually the worst among all the other places. None of them fits my calculated perfect cut proportion for a round diamond. The only place that carries diamond that is similar to the A CUT ABOVE diamonds from Whiteflash is Harry Winston. HW quoted me 110K USD for a lesser carat, lesser color and lesser clarity diamond while Whiteflash list only 43K USD for a 2.128 carat, E, VVS2, A CUT ABOVE DIAMOND. (and that is the diamond I got for my wife). The HCA score of the diamond is exactly 1. Not only Whiteflash is NOT ripping me off, they provided the best service ever. I live in a remote town in Canada; they have no problem shipping the ring to a friend that lives in Calgary so I can pick up from him. Whiteflash uses Fedex Express and they took care all of the import custom paperwork. Fedex with Whiteflash forms the real DREAM TEAM, IMPECCABLE, SEAMLESS SERVICE!!! Each step in the ordering process, Whiteflash make it as simple and as easy as possible. The team keeps me updated on the production of the ring, and there were plenty of pictures taken by their professional photographer, Evan. My wife’s first reaction when she saw the ring was not “Wow”, nor “Thank you honey,” It was....”You need to start saving up again, because I NEED another one....” It is THAT STUNNING. Good thing Whiteflash has an industry leading upgrade policy....Most places (Bluenile in particular) requires you to spend at least twice as much as the current worth of the ring ...(For me, I will have to get an 80K USD ring or else I can’t upgrade?!?! Honestly, I really doubt they have the quality of diamond that I think is worth 80K USD). Whiteflash has none of this non-sense when it comes to upgrade and IF they do, I can easily drop over 80K USD and knowing the diamond I will be getting is WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!! I really need to give thanks to Michelle and Vera for helping me getting this perfect ring.....My wife wore the ring to work the next day, within 5 minutes of walking into the hospital, one of the nurse already noticed the new “bling” and said it was “gorgeous”. She told me within the next hour or so, there were no less than 10 ladies took notice and complimented her ring. THAT is the ONE AND ONLY purpose of a diamond ring, and Michelle, Vera and Whiteflash deliver the results with PERFECTION!!

I could not be happier with my experience with Whiteflash. I lost my previous engagement ring, and was working with my insurance company to find a replacement diamond. Michelle worked closely with me (and fielded all of my phone calls.) She listened to my concerns and was very empathetic to my situation. She even pulled two diamonds I was considering and gave me her honest opinion of which she would purchase for herself - and it wasn't the more expensive one. Once I received my diamond, I took it to a couple of local jewelers to do some comparisons in person and to look at custom settings. I'll be honest. I almost wanted A Cut Above to just be hype. The AGS grading reports and the ASET images are great, and I was confident I was getting a quality product. But what makes Whiteflash stand out is the amazing customer service. Copied this from my yelp review: Whiteflash actually was not the first place I shopped at. I had gone to DCI also located in Houston but the pricing was so bad that I had to look elsewhere. Some online searching led me to Whiteflash. I really liked that they offered actual prices online because I could compare to places like Blue Nile and Brilliance. The prices were relatively comparable but here I could see the stone in person. Happy with the transparency, I decided to make an appointment and visit in person. I worked with Brittany on both stone selection and custom settings. Brittany was extremely helpful in helping both me and my girlfriend design the exact settings we wanted as well as giving us solid options for stones (you can select a specific one online and they’ll find additional ones to compare to for reference). She even referred me options on how to get value out of an ex’s engagement ring. I worked with Evan on the actual design of the rings and he was on point on the result. He was able to handle any questions I had about the process from end to end and was able to understand all my design requests. I think where Whiteflash has stood out is how they were able to deliver during COVID-19. The whole team, Brittany, Evan, Vera, (unnamed jeweler masters), was able to work with me remotely and I ultimately got the rings much sooner than expected at an amazing price. The rings themselves look gorgeous. They look exactly how I imagined in every form. The ACA diamond is legit. I’ve seen Hearts on Fire in person and this is honestly pretty much the same thing in my opinion. The only difference being HoF is way more expensive, and they only sell diamonds in the way high end. If you know your Cs, you can figure out where to cut back with an ACA stone and still get something amazing. I’ll definitely look to come back in the future for other needs.

I did extensive research before deciding to buy from Whiteflash. I was skeptical about buying online at first, but the more I thought about it, the more it made sense. You can't get information like magnified images and ASET images in regular stores. You also have a much larger selection, and the prices are better! Also the fact that they have a physical store assured me. I looked at many stones at stores like Harry Winston and De Beers, and was able to find a better stone at Whiteflash for about half the price! The customer service was excellent and Mike and Jennifer helped me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The only thing that threw me was that they will NOT give you a tracking number if you purchase with a credit card. They explained that this is for your protection because thieves can redirect packages with a tracking number. The actual ring I purchased was an "A Cut Above" princess cut and it is absolutely stunning. It is significantly brighter and more brilliant than the vast majority of of diamonds I see other women wearing, and that's at about arm's length distance. I plan on taking advantage of their trade up program which allows you to trade in your stone for full value as long as you are buying something more expensive. Just remember, CUT is king!

When it comes to comparing different diamonds, she's very thorough and you get the full scope without having to actually see the diamond in person. Great customer service from beginning to end. The package was highly secured; it felt like a friend pranked you during Christmas, having a box within a box within a box, with the security tape! Whiteflash's A Cut Above (super ideal cut) is definitely worth it. The sparkle/performance of the diamond is out of this world. I can't stop staring at it. 🌈 Note: I researched other online retailers, but none of their super ideal cuts come close to Whiteflash. Their ASET images showed light leakages and the Hearts & Arrows were not defined/symmetrical. Plus, they were more expensive too! All in all, for the best price and diamond go to Whiteflash!

I had done countless hours of research on engagement rings and diamonds before my proposal and believe me when I say that Whiteflash was the obvious choice. The customer experience, whether it's on the website or in person, is second to none. I was able to receive insights and real pictures and videos of everything I was purchasing beyond what was offered on the site even though the site is already extremely comprehensive. You can tell from their site layout and the information presented that they are selling these diamonds and engagement bands to people who know their stuff. You won't find that on any other site, no matter how pretty they look. To be honest, I wanted to buy a Tiffany's ring at first but I realized that Whiteflash's A Cut Above diamonds are held to the same high standards of approval if not higher. Bottom line is this: If you're looking to spend 20k on a Tiffany ring because you like the setting then go for it. If this does not apply to you, then you're default should be Whiteflash 100% of the time.

After six months of quarantine with nothing to do but to learn about what is the ideal cut diamonds, I came across the name of white flash. I bought a diamond from them within 4 days. Here is what I have to say. My diamond is exactly the same (if not better) from a Tiffany diamond. (I did bring my diamond to a Tiffany store to compare). Tiffany's vs1 has more and bigger inclusions than the one I have which is also vs1. I am not going to mention the price difference :) because I want to by more diamonds from WF. But what made me to write this review was the customer service I got from Michelle Adams. Here, I was buying a diamond online and yet, her voice, her seriousness with a tint of friendliness made her so very trust worthy. She respected all my paranoias and skepticism. She went out of her way to deliver all the questions and requests I had before I fully commit. She was patient (not pushy at all) and truly happy to help me because she understood it was a big and a special purchase for me. Couldn't be more pleased with my Whiteflash experience. I set out to buy a ring for my wife for our 30th anniversary and Liza was very helpful. I'd found a setting on another site that I really liked and Whiteflash actually made it for me. The center diamond I selected was "A Cut Above" Hearts and Arrows stone that is nothing short of spectacular (that's the word my wife used). My wife says that strangers comment on it frequently and yes, it will catch your eye from a distance. I did a lot of research and Cut is really the thing to focus on. The range of diamond Colors is exceedingly difficult to tell apart until you get pretty far into the alphabet, and an "eye clean" stone that is SI1 looks no different than a IF (Internally Flawless) one in every day wear. Buying something like this "online", sight unseen certainly made me a bit anxious, however the ring and diamond are even better than I'd even hoped for when I selected them.

But when I received the ring, it did not come with a Tacori signature blue box (which i assumed would come with the ring, but did not), which was part of my vision on proposing. I received a Whiteflash cherry colored ring box, which is extremely nice and actually of better quality than the Tacori. When my fiancé takes her ring off, she actually prefers to place it in the Whiteflash ring box. But for presentation purposes I wanted the Tacori box (I say that with all the respect in the world to Whiteflash) during my proposal. However, I contacted Debi Wexler and she was able to ship me the Tacori box fairly quick. I then proposed the following weekend and the rest is history. I didn't know what to think at first, and at the time I couldn't even appreciate the quality of diamonds they were showing me. I am in general a very careful person. I researched diamonds in particular for over 5 months, and knew everything there was that I needed to know. then it came time to buy the diamond. I went into stores, shopped online, posted on DiamondPro asking for help with certain diamonds that I would choose. Diamondpro recommended JamesAllen, BlueNile, Brian Gavin, but said ABSOLUTELY NOT when it came to WhiteFlash (they probabaly do not get any cutbacks from WhiteFlash), but every where else WhiteFlash was rated as #1 or #2. Knowing that Cut and not Carat was my #1 priority, I narrowed it down to BrianGavin and Whiteflash. I eventually went with Whiteflash, just because their website provided more information about the diamond, and also provided the diamond image under different Scopes(Ideal, Aset). We are based in the UK and needed to find a great quality diamond for my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. Initially we tried a couple of UK suppliers but were not really convinced because they could not supply the technical information we needed about the diamonds on offer. We needed to see things like "light reports" etc which weren't available. So we looked around on the web and decided to import. Whiteflash were highly recommended on the Pricescope forum so we tried them and James Allen, another on-line supplier. James Allen were OK but the service and information from Whiteflash was outstanding. In the end we went for one of their "Cut Above" stones which have an ideal cut and overall excellent chracteristics. They also set this for us in a beautiful 18ct ring. The whole process was excellent, from the really clear information on the website to the support from all of their team. They even sent photographs of the mounted stone just before the ring shipped. When it arrived it really was a "wow" moment - the ring was beautiful with an intense sparkle and fire. If you are worried about importing, get in touch with Whiteflash and they will walk you through it. The delivery is secured via FedEx priority and all insured. We also used a cash transfer service to get their 3% discount - I highly recommend a company called Transfer Wise who dealt with our transfer for £35 - not the £245 that our bank wanted! Finally we got the ring assessed for insurance purposes in the UK. The valuation was way above what we paid and also the jeweller noted that he would have charged £2.5k more for such an exceptional stone. This was the icing on the cake and validated our decision. I came across Whiteflash because of the positive reviews, and there's definitely a reason for that. They have a great selection of diamonds, especially round/princess. There are so many great things to say about Whiteflash, but I'll try to be concise. Diamond Selection & Quality Finding the right diamond for my fiance was not a problem on whiteflash. Their signature "ACA" (A cut Above) diamonds are some of the best cut diamonds that you could find... anywhere! When I received the diamond, I stared at it in as many different lighting scenarios as possible, and it sparkled everywhere. I stared at it for a while trying to find a visible inclusion and wasn't able to. In short, it is a gorgeous diamond. Service I mainly dealt with Magen over at Whiteflash and she was amazing! She was patient and did her best to help me select the right diamond & ring. Furthermore, even though I bought the diamond over the internet, their 30 day policy and trade up policy put my mind at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend purchasing a diamond from whiteflash, especially their ACA diamonds. I'll definitely purchase my fiances wedding band from here as well, as well as other jewelry items that I think she may like.

I wanted to get a pair of earrings for a friend's birthday (working with a smaller budget around $600). Whiteflash made my wife’s graduated 5-stone diamond engagement ring several years ago, and she never fails to get compliments on it. I know there are women with rings with larger and better quality diamonds – however, although I know they are out there I’ve yet to see one, ever, with diamonds that have the “fire” my wife’s has. For our anniversary, I recently had Whiteflash make a pair of graduated five-stone earrings to compliment her engagement/wedding ring. Their workmanship is great, but the “look” of the diamonds is why I keep going back – although the largest of the stones is only 0.25 carats, they “sparkle” like no others. Buying jewelry isn’t a contest; conversely, when is wearing jewelry not for show? I live in a large-ish metropolitan area, and many of my local jewelers can get me a “certified” diamond. However, more and more, a “certified” diamond is one that is several notches better than... not-terrible. I buy from Whiteflash because, literally, the diamonds (in the jewelry) I’ve purchased from them are better than any diamonds I’ve seen anywhere else, period. Talk to someone at Whiteflash, learn the difference between an ACA diamond and a “regular” “certified” diamond. If you are on a budget, consider their “Expert Selection” diamonds; maybe they are 9.5 diamonds rather than 9.9s… You owe it to yourself to at least see what a Super Ideal Cut diamond looks like. Don’t settle for a diamond that looks like someone just cracked it with a hammer. Many jewelers stress education now, but for the most part what you will hear is, “We can’t get that [Super Ideal Cut diamonds],” followed by, “You don’t need it.” Take it from me, and you’ll hear it from anyone who buys a lot of diamond jewelry (which is not me): “Cut” is the most important “C”. And Whiteflash can deliver Cut better than almost anyone else. Guys, if you are entering your old muscle car in a car show, will you run it through the car wash, and maybe splurge for the “wash and wax” option? Or (if you don’t do it yourself) might you take it to a guy who details exotic cars, for the wash, polish, clay-bar, polish again, wax, and ceramic coating option? You don’t need to go overboard with everything in life, but when it comes to jewelry, and diamonds especially, isn’t the whole purpose of the purchase to add a little flash and sparkle to a girl’s life?

My wife and I originally went through a reputable Austin diamond retailer (who shall go nameless) with our wedding ring purchase. My wife wanted very specific things on this ring (u-prong, diamond cut/clarity, metal type, etc.). We were assured that our requirements would be met, so we purchased the ring. When my girlfriend and I started talking about getting married we knew nothing about engagement rings, so I started reading everything the internet has to say about diamonds (shout out to Paul at Beyond4Cs). As an Engineer, I do a lot of research before I make any major purchase, and purchasing a diamond online is about as big as it gets. I did a lot of research on the internet not only looking for information, but also looking for the best value. After months of research, I finally decided on Whiteflash. In my search for a Princess Cut diamond, I decided that cut was THE most important quality I was looking for. Whiteflash's "A Cut Above" princess cut diamonds are all AGS certified Ideal (the only lab that grades the cut of a princess cut diamond). 90% of all of the other store/websites I visited did not have ANY AGS certified princess cut diamonds. In addition to the AGS certification, Whiteflash also provides actual magnified images of the diamond, as well as ASET and Ideal-Scope images, which was VERY helpful in determining the light performance of the stone. Once I narrowed down my selection of stones, I contacted Whiteflash and was met with a very prompt response from Liza. Not only did she talk with me to determine what I was looking for, she was also able to confirm and qualify the research I had done on my own. Since all of the "A Cut Above" diamonds are actually in-house at Whiteflash (not the case at many other online brokers), Liza was also able to look at each stone for me and give me her thoughts. As I went back and forth on trying to decide on THE stone, I asked Liza if they could take some videos of the final three stones to help in my decision. A DAY later, she sent me a link to a YouTube video that contained all of the views I was looking for! Amazing customer service! Once I placed my order on "the" stone, the shipped overnight for free and I received it the next day. The packaging and presentation was top notch! They also sent a hearts and arrows kit with the loose stone so I could handle it properly and inspect it myself. Very professional. After having the stone appraised (appraiser was VERY impressed with the quality), I shipped it back to Whiteflash to have it set. It was returned to me within one week and the communication during the entire process was excellent. I was informed every step of the way, and they even sent "glamour shots" of the ring once it was completed so that I could see what it looked like.
