I’m extremely happy with my first ever Rolex and I feel extremely lucky and fortunate for it to be a Wimbledon. I went to a couple different retail stores in the area, and I somehow lucked out to meet Eddie Ponce. Eddie made me feel so welcome. He is extremely knowledgeable about the watches and jewelry at Thomas Markle and took note of the models that I was interested in. I had no expectation to be contacted given about what I’ve heard about the “year long” waiting lists for Rolex watches. A few weeks pass and Eddie texts me with an opportunity to purchase a classic DateJust! I will absolutely continue working with Eddie!

My experience at Thomas Markle Jewelers is always that of a VIP. Every time I drop by, Eddie rolls out the red carpet treatment. In my last experience, while looking at watches, Eddie introduced me to a new French line of jewelry by the name of Messika. I saw how he had it stacked on his wrist and I was sold. I'm not even sure where to start! Thomas Markle and EDDIE have been so amazing throughout all steps of our engagement ring purchasing process. Eddie made us feel welcome from the second we walked in and made us comfortable and confident in making the selections. After the engagement, when the ring ended up being too large, I brought the ring to Eddie to get resized. He expedited the ring resizing and was able to have it done in less than 24 hours!! Sue was instrumental in me choosing my fiance's engagement ring. She could have shown the most most expensive diamond, but she understood my budget and did her best to work within it. More importantly, she took the time to sit down and look at each diamond specifically, to find the inclusions and taught me look at jewelry through a loop. We spent almost 3 months looking at diamonds, settings, and styles for the engagement ring. Each visit I did not feel rushed or pushed towards a specific diamond. The diamond she helped me pick was a spectacular stone. While my fiance's carat size is not as big as her friends. The stone itself has more brilliance and wow factor vs a dull slightly larger diamond. Sue has always been very professional and courteous to me. In addition, when I was looking at diamonds for my fiance's ring, Sue came recommended to me by another Houston Rolex dealer. On a side note, I bought my first Rolex GMT Master II from Sue at this store. She understood the significance of the watch to me and we bonded over her knowledge of not only Rolex, but also non-Rolex topics as well. Compared to the Rolex boutique at the Galleria, it was a much more pleasant experience here. The store actually had some exhibition pieces to try on for size as well, unlike the Rolex boutique. Sue was the salesperson who worked with me and we chatted about a variety things and I tried on a few models before deciding one my number one. I’ve visited multiple jewelers and boutiques regarding engagement rings and Thomas Markle Jewelers is by far my favorite! I was greeted by Rebecca and when I let her know I didn’t have that much knowledge regarding diamonds/rings she walked me through all the best options and explained the process of how these diamonds are sourced and graded. When I asked for band customization she immediately worked with me to have the the specific ones I wanted in store to see in three days! I mentioned briefly on my way in that I was also interested in Rolex models, and at the end of the ring consultation she immediately asked me which models I was interested in and then walked me through the models she had and gave me realistic expectations on when I could expect the watch. I loved how she gave me so much history about the family and company history, and even walked me through the entire store. The two and a half hours I spent there felt like 15 minutes. It's not every day you can walk into a store, be treated kindly, and listened to in a sincere manner.. but yet that's exactly what happened to me when I walked into Thomas Markle Jewelers this week and spoke to Sue. I admittedly grew frustrated with a different local authorized dealer for Rolex. I had been patient.. waiting over a year for any semblance of an update but never got one. I later came to realize that the "wish list" I had given my sales associate (despite purchasing 2 Rolex watches and jewelry PRIOR to the supply chain issues and demand issues with Rolex were ever a thing) had been mysteriously lost and never inputted into their system. I felt saddened that I had lost over a year of a waiting patiently for someone who did not even value me as a client. I went in search of someone else and I found Sue. Sue is incredibly welcoming and actually took the time to listen to me (something I felt hasn't actually happened in my quest for another timepiece). She had my dream watch on exhibition and allowed me to try it on (that was a special moment). She also took down detailed notes of what I wanted and had some of those pieces as well on exhibition and allowed me to try those on as well! What I loved the most about Sue apart from her calm demeanor was that she is incredibly knowledgeable. She is not there to just sell you a timepiece. She knows the history behind each piece and took the time to walk me around the entire store introducing me to special jewelers who they display at their store (one of which I believe is exclusive to TMJ). Sue has also been in the jewelry business for a very long time - when you deal with her it's easy to see you are speaking to someone who sincerely knows her stuff. I expected a 15 minute visit to the store but over an hour later I felt I had learned so much AND had been listened to. It's easy to see that Sue cares and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone reading this - that's how I found her! Also, I left my Submariner for a polish and cannot wait to get it back looking new again. The moral of the story here is go to TMJ and ask for Sue. Be kind and courteous to your sales ambassador and remain patient. I am hopeful good things will happen! Thank you to Sue and TMJ for the really positive initial experience at your store. I left extremely happy.

My girlfriend, GG, and I stopped by, originally to get her ring size, but the service that Rebecca provided completely changed our minds to purchase our ring through TMJ. She showed us various ring styles, listened to what we had been thinking about, offered some ideas and before long we were working with her to have our ring custom made there. Never during any of this did we feel pressured and left with some ideas. We both felt this was an amazing experience that built on our feelings for each other leading to a plan to get the perfect ring. Based on this Rebecca then worked with me to make this happen. She offered ideas and gave her advice on how things looked, but always being sure to listen to my feelings on if it would fit us. The ring buying experience went from one of confusion and fear, to one of excitement and joy. Rebecca was amazing. But it only got better, as of course a key element of the engagement ring is the diamond. Our desired ring, had a custom design with Celtic knots signifying our love for each other. But the highlight was the single solitaire diamond. This had to be perfect. An easy job if you have unlimited budget, just get 7 carats with the prefect C's. Unfortunately, that was not true and GG has small hands which need a right sized diamond, but with it being the highlight and me being an engineer it needed a high quality stone. Rebecca patiently worked with me to find just the right stone, with the high quality that I felt GG deserved. We found the perfect stone and ended with the perfect ring. All topped off with sharing a glass of champagne as we finalized the sale. Just a fantastic experience.

I Had a great experience and great excitement!! Yesterday at Thomas Markle. We went in a few months ago back and Was helped by Mrs Rebecca. she showed us around the jewelry store. And the beautiful jewelry while we spoke mainly about watches. Mrs Rebecca. went ahead and showed us what she had at the time in the showcase. unfortunately all that they had wasn’t quite what i was looking for but then Mrs Rebecca went ahead and made us a wish list and a few months later she made it happen i was thrilled when she messaged me yesterday. i wanted a Rolex Submariner 41mm stainless steel and Yellow Gold with the blue dial and blue bezel for my birthday super super happy. perfect watch for my collection. wonderful service everyone was very attentive & polite they kindly offered and brought us drinks it was a great experience over all. Looking forward for the next time i am there. I am confident it will be very soon thanks again Mrs Rebecca.

UPDATE: Very happy to report that my relationship with Markle and Rebecca has continued strong since my last review. She’s secured some tough to get watches for me, kept me informed on the market during the pandemic, and assisted me with some jewelry purchases where I would otherwise be at a loss for what to buy. 18 months since I first walked through the door and I continue to recommend Markle to those looking to mark investment grade/heirloom purchases for themselves or special people in their lives. Original: Made my first visit to Thomas Markle today and had a great experience. I was helped by Rebecca and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient with me. She walked me through the store, explained the collections, and gave me an education on all things Rolex. As a first time visitor to the store, I felt very well taken care of and know I have a great resource for future special occasions. I wasn’t able to get the limited Rolex I wanted, but was able to make a nice purchase courtesy of their robust Tudor selection. I recommend TM Jewelers even if you’re looking to make your first higher end purchase. They’ve got some very high pieces and the clientele to go with it- I’m not one of them. Yet Rebecca could not have treated me any better, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. They understand they’re in a relationship business and I look forward to going back in the years to come to commemorate future milestones with some bigger ticket indulgences.

I came here with my Dad because we weren't sure if a Rolex watch that he got as a company gift was working properly. Eduardo (Eddie) was very polite and friendly. He not only helped us figure out the issue, he showed us how to use it. Not only that, he gave us a lot of information how we can maintain it, how warranty works, and a lot of information about it such the alloys that made the watch up and how valuable it was. He gave us waters and his card just incase we needed any more help in the future. Eddie went above and beyond what we asked for 5/5 Would recommend him for any help and advice!
