I came in as a first time customer and I was immediately greeted and taken care of. I brought in my wedding ring as the prongs needed to be replaced. I was given my options. With a very detailed explanation of why my options were best for my ring. Pricing was very reasonable. I left my ring in very good hands and picked up earlier than the estimated date given. I was very happy with the outcome as my ring looks just as good as it did when it was new. My diamond is secured even better than what it was previously. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be returning.

My wife lost a stone in her wedding ring, Jewelers Bench assessed the damage causing the lost stone and kindly offered further possible problems due to thinning prongs on the main stone. Taking their advice and speaking to my insurance company they covered the cost to prevent further loss. They repaired, replaced and sent me home home with the ring in better condition than it was when purchased 15+ years ago. This jeweler is second to none, trust in their advice and please the wife. My 43 year old wedding ring lost a diamond and some prongs broke, it also needed to be resized. We read a lot of positive reviews for Jewelers Bench in Kingwood ,so we decided to see if they could fix my ring. We brought it in on a Friday afternoon and were immediately helped. We had a very competitive estimate a few hours later. They said it would be ready on Monday, but we received a phone call Saturday morning, that it was ready. We went and picked it up and it looked brand new and the workmanship appears to be flawless. We will definitely go back for any future jewelry repairs. My husband and I are both very pleased with the way my ring turned out!!!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I only had a solid gold rope repaired, and Mike and the entire staff were awesome. Didn't really know about their place, but I luckily found a diamond in the rough. Shopping with these guys for anything jewelry related should be a must for anyone. I am very pleased with the BENCH JEWELRY BENCH JEWELRY not a very large shop but the people are friendly very knowledgeable and they do very good work and whatever they see that’s in perfect with your jewelry they bring it to your attention and if they see where damage can be done on a cleaning job or whatever you’re asking them to do they’ll bring it to your attention and their prices are reasonable. And any other work that I need done I will be using them in the future I was very pleased and yes I would recommend them for any type of jewelry your gold, silver, and your diamonds. They worked on all of that for me.

It was under warranty so they replaced it for free. Today, I needed a link taken out of a new watch. The large stone on my engagement ring was loose, they recommended rebuilding the prongs to prevent further issues, I was a little scared because I worried about the craftsmanship, but my ring looks gorgeous and it feels much more secure. My wife’s Tag Heuer needed a battery. We called around and were told we would have to bring it in and they would send it away. The waiting time was two months. One jeweler told us to call Jewelers Bench. What a find! We brought it in to Jewelers Bench. They replaced the battery, cleaned and buffed the watch and when we picked it up the next day you could not tell it from brand new. We also brought in a pair of earrings to have them repaired. They fixed them at the same time. Both items cost us less than the battery alone last time it was replaced, plus it was done by a professional in only one day. Our experience was so good we will never have to look for another jeweler as long as we live in the Houston area. Fair, professional and nice people. Quite a good combination for any retailer to have. Anyone looking for a good jeweler should give Jewelers Bench in Kingwood a serious look!

I looked everywhere trying to find someone to create custom bands to compliment my custom engagement ring. I struck gold when I found Jeweler’s Bench. Mike is so professional and Is definitely an expert regarding his craft. I love that all designing and the actual creation is done in the store. Nothing is outsourced! Mike is an amazing designer. It took him 2 seconds to understand what I wanted. He guided me toward a design that was perfect. ALL of the other places I checked into told me I just needed to buy a different “ready made” ring because a custom designed ring would be “too difficult” and too “expensive.” Well, Mike made it seem simple for him to do. I had the bands within 3 weeks! Before he finalized the design he asked me to come in and try on the wax creation to make sure I approved before he made the final product. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Such an amazing and stress free experience!

They have done many repairs for me over the years from replacing the setting on my engagement ring and reconditioning my grandmother's circa 1960 watch to replacing batteries in my watches. I had a few issues with a watch I have had for about 12 years. A ceramic piece of the band had broken, the battery was dead, and one of the Chrono hands had come off at some point while moving in and out and back into our house after the Harvey flood. I finally decided to see if anyone could fix the issues and took it in late Saturday. They were able to make a screw to hold the band together, and I left it with them and they said the rest of the work would probably be done Thursday or Friday. I got a text today (Monday) and it was all done! It looks great! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, and they are obviously great at what they do. It was made of beautiful silver Australian coins linked together. The bracelet was too small for my wrist. I had no idea how it could be made larger. After my father passed way, I inherited two 18k gold rings that were 40 and 50 years old. Their finshes were dulled from time and each contained numerous scrathes and small gouges. One ring was no longer completely round. After Jewelers Bench restored them for me, the rings looked as new and as good as anything that was for sale in their showcases. I first went to Jeweler’s Bench when I needed help getting a stuck screw out of a dive computer band. I had put it in crooked and stripped out the head...totally my own bonehead move. They did it right away and didn’t charge me. Then I needed a tanzanite and diamond ring cleaned. Didn’t buy it there, but they did it...and pointed out a few loose diamonds. After going to a few different jewlery store and not feeling comfortable enough to leave it, I went to Jewlers Bench. Kimberly Williams was so helpful! She answered all my questions, told me step by step exactly what they were going to do to my ring (I needed it resized and some of the prongs needed to be fixed), and reassured me that it would look brand new when they were done with it.
