What a beautiful location! So much to see in store and the staff is absolutely phenomenal! Store is perfectly polished, seating available at counters and parking has been available each time we've visited. Very very pleasant experience each and every time! I can't imagine going anywhere else and experiencing this type of genuine customer service! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to buy practically any type and style of jewelry.

Okay place. My wife said it's a little rinky dinky, huh. We just came from The Wedding Ring Shop so comparing to that yes......lol...Service was good but no diamonds caught my attention. I would go to this diamond store....look for it in one of my reviews.

The people are very nice and talk story while doing business with you. it's a very relaxed atmosphere with free coffee or water. the prices are reasonable with maybe slightly higher than the chinatown area. I would think that the quality is more guaranteed here than other places. there's lots of parking as it is not in a mall like the commercial states. I would go here again.

Ted was awesome!!! I had a couple diamonds to sell and he gave me the best price by far. He and his staff were so kind and welcoming. He even fixed my necklace free of charge. Ted really went above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Love the place and customer service. Had my engagement ring custom made, and its beautiful. Sophia is superb as a sales associate. The only thing is the expected time of jewelry pick up can be delayed, so you expect to get your piece, but wait for a few more days. Just have to be patient for quality, I've learned. However, overall the service and quality is great, and what a selection to boot!

Kaila is so knowledgable, sweet, patient, and helpful. Support local- don't go to a chain store! We got a better deal on a 1 carat than a .7 carat from Costco. Who can beat Costco!? Ted is cool too. This is definitely the best deal in town.

My friends and I were looking for a gold chain, with certain specifications, for our friend who was turning 40 (yes, a milestone we wanted to make special for him). We had looked around at several different stores and thought we were down to our last resort, no one seemed to have exactly what we were looking for. We decided to give it one more shot. I called Pacific Diamond in Honolulu with my size, style and metal type and price range. Alysn went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed and actually saved us a few hundred dollars from the choice we were going to make before contacting Pacific Diamond. Keep in mind that this was also a rushed order that they did not have in stock at the time but was available with their supplier. Alysn made sure we got the chain on time for our friend’s special day. She also kept in touch and made sure that we (the buyers), as well as our friend were happy with our purchase. 10/10 in customer service as well as value and quality!
