Awesome experience. Went in to pick up a friend ring and left without my own for a cleaning and to replace 2 smaller diamonds. They were super quick and I got my ring back 6 days later. And it’s cleaner than when my husband proposed with it! Totally recommend! Everyone was sweet and the price was great too.

I began silversmithing around a year ago and was excited to find this place as it sells a lot of the equipment that i needed. After the first couple of visits as i was very frustrated as non of the staff had any knowledge of the products and i wanted to learn about them as well as give them business. I ended up writing a not so great review about them and the manager got in touch with me. He had great customer service and assured me that they were in a transition period and were trying to find another professional to take place. He offered me advice on the products i needed anytime which was a nice gesture so in the end i appreciated that.
