We went to Turgeons to have my wife's engagement ring fixed and appraised. They were very reasonable priced compared to some other Jewelers, also knowledgable, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

I lost two diamonds from my eternity band right before the holiday weekend and Turgeon jewelers was able to replace the diamonds in one day. I wasn’t expecting it to be done until after I got back from vacation but Mike knows that I wear the band every day.I was so happy. The customer service is exceptional and the staff is always very friendly & welcoming.Thank you for returning my ring before I left for vacation. I love their jewelry & the staff! 5 star ⭐️

I had a great experience today. I went to Turgeon Jewelers today for a problem with my watch. As I waited, I checked out the beautiful selection of all types of jewelry, I was very impressed. The employees were so helpful and very pleasant. I highly recommend.

Turgeon Jewelers was an amazing help with picking out and customizing my wedding band for my September 2021 wedding! I had been considering a different band and Mike recommended a style that fit better with my engagement ring and I am SO happy that I trusted his expertise. Initially heard about them from the "What's Happening In Newington" Facebook group and decided to bring my Seiko to them for some maintenance. Customer service was excellent, friendly staff, and amazing quality. Brought them three more watches today for removing a few links to fit my hand size and replacing the battery on one. Customer service was just as a great as the first time, this is my go-to place for jewelry in town now. 10/10 would come again.

Turgeon Jewelers made our engagement ring and wedding bands. They did a great job and really made sure the rings were exactly as we wanted them to be. They are so kind and really will make sure everything is perfect. First time in today, store is simple and sweet. Friendly and efficient, fixed my items right then and there. Very reasonable. Glad I stopped in. Fixed my chain at a reasonable price little on high side also told me Wednesday pick up drove down all the way from Hamden like a 30 min drive and they said it would be Friday now said they tried to call me but I didn’t have any missed call communication could of been a little better
