I love this store! I went to buy 1 necklace and couldn’t walk away without a second one. They lines they carry are designers who create the pieces. The customer service was exceptional. I can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced this level of service. They were even engaging my 8 yr old. I will be back soon!

From the sidewalk , I couldn’t exactly tell what type of shop Store 52 was. From the window, I could see some clutches and jewelry cases. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! I was shopping with a friend. We both have an appreciation for nice jewelry. We were surprised with the selection of beautiful pieces from various artists.As well as a Vintage section, with some beautiful things. Including some David Yurman. The selection as well as the price point was very fair. The two gentlemen (Jason & Cody) working were so helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable as well. Make a point of stopping in if you are in West Hartford.

Store52 is awesome. They have so many vintage timepieces it's nuts. They only have a handful in the display case but if you ask nicely, they will unleash their entire collection which is impressive. I was in "aw". Cody, Jason and the other staff members were fantastic and very attentive to me as a customer and would recommend any watch geek to check out their collection :) awesome experience and reasonable pricing.

Okay I was “Just looking” Cody didn’t crowd me, I looked at this and that, my wife tried on countless necklaces and bracelets. He held back. In passing he grabbed my business card and I received and “thank you for shopping” email (not formatted) came back a week later for a 2nd look again no pressure just casual conversation. The following week I get an email they are having a sale on the bracelet I was interested in. I ran down and now I’m very proud of my conquest. Thank you so very much Cody, you are a quality salesperson. I will do business with you again. You know my tastes so keep me in mind if you run across more of what I’m looking for. Great store. clean & welcoming. Good people between the walls!

On Thursday 4/7 I stopped in Store52 trying to find gifts for my mom and my mother in law to give them at my wedding while we’re getting ready. I was greeted by Jason and he was SO helpful. Another associate named Sue (also so helpful) heard us talking and gave me the idea of doing “mother’s rings”. From there Jason and I created two stunning mother’s rings and I am so incredibly grateful for his help! Less than 24 hours later from the time I went into the store both rings have been designed and ordered! Thank you Jason!!

Terrific new store in West Hartford. I have bought two watches from them recently. A G-Shock (a 5611 “CasiOak”) and a Tudor Black Bay. Jason was very helpful, and a joy to talk to. Fuchsia sized my bracelet for me and was also a joy to talk to. I am a bit of a watch nerd, and they indulged my conversation. I highly recommend Store 52. They have some really great watches and the folks that work there are terrific.

The staff is top notch. They are attentive and helpful. The store is beautiful and welcoming. I bought a very unique gift. It was a hand-made Celtic chess set. It was very well received. I would highly recommend Store 52!

Their pieces are selected for people looking for fresh, fun but special pieces to wear daily. The designers they curate all have the same vibe of a little funky, unique but so wearable. And their staff is laid back, not pushy but so helpful. Jason helped me find the perfect pieces for an upcoming wedding that will work perfectly with my outfit. Jason is so professional, so knowledgeable, but most importantly, he listened to me about what I wanted. Great service, great pieces and really great prices. Had a lovely, welcoming, and friendly experience while shopping for my husband’s 40th birthday gift. I called ahead to see if the watch I was looking for was available. It was and they put it on hold for two days until I could get there. The store was family friendly and allowed my children to play the chess set, which allowed me to continue shopping with assistance from Sue. We will be returning to this store as they embraced my children rather than shunned us as some other jewelry stores have done. Top notch service IMO!
