However, the ladies that assisted me were very helpful and welcoming to me, I was able to ask for details about certain wigs and get helpful responses and recommendations as well! I felt comfortable asking questions to them in order to have better insight as to what was right for me to purchase! 💯 They helped me to feel comfortable shopping there, and were so very kind and patient with me as well, this kind of attitude goes A LONG WAY in businesses ( especially hair stores ). We want to feel comfortable when it comes to shopping for new wigs, hair extensions, ponytails, and have a great experience doing so 💯 and that’s exactly what I received yesterday! 💯 To go straight to the point, these women were very helpful with answers, helpful responses to which wigs were what kind, very patient, kept me comfortable by starting small talk ( Gave details about wigs, helped search for what I had in mind for what type of wig I wanted). Beautiful selection of wigs and hair pieces here!! 💯💯💯 Will be coming back soon! Thanks for the great experience! ❤️💯💕
Sisters SisterI 'ave been there on numerous occasions , everything is much cheaper than other stores. Service with a smile , however today i stood n watched Mr K Lee repaired my necklace. He had no idea i was observing him. I saw exceptional, above and beyond service n passion which is rare in this Country. Thank you Mr Lee! I highly recommend Solid Gold look them up you'll be glad you did! Went today and as always 5 star service Marisol you were awesome! Solid Gold will always be my first choice thanks guys!
