They were awesome. I went in close to closing time to purchase my first pair of 3/4 ct Leo Diamond studs and the bridal manager helped me out. She did a nice job. Friendly, but kept the ball rolling. The store manager approved a discount to make the size upgrade possible due to some complications with the bank financing ( not their fault) which made my purchase possible. I ended up leaving with 1ct for a great price.

I was so lucky to have walk-in to Jared this mid morning to find out they just reopened. What bonus. Then I met Mrs Nicole who introduced herself as she assisted me in finding everything i needed. I was impressed by professional educated conversation all at the same time being very relatable. Few minor set back due to a system error but nothing that would deter me from returning. Mrs Nicole and staff was absolutely amazing which kept me calm during the computer malfunction. Can't wait to bring my daughter back so she can pick out her earrings for her birthday and meet this great staff!!!

Hi! I came in here with my girlfriend months ago to check out engagement rings because I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend later this year. So I took her in to see what she likes then the next few times I came in on my own. Helen Lackey has been helping me through this whole process and has been absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect ring for my perfect girl. I had to put it on layaway so I was making payments. Last week I came in to make a 100 dollar payment Helen was taking care of me and I was telling her my story and how I really cant wait to get this paid off so I can propose to my bestfriend. The manager (Whose name I forgot which I am sorry about) but the manager came over and his exact words were "We are going to make magic happen today" and he just dug right in and I walked out of there with an email and receipt to pick up my ring on Friday. These people have gone above and beyond for me and the respect and love and care they have for their clients is indescribable. I am so excited that I am able to pick up my ring this afternoon because these people made it happen for me. I would recommend them to anyone. I appreciate and am so thankful for everything you guys have done for me. My name is Alexandra. I will be proposing in September! Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!! You are amazing!

I have been engaged to the same person twice. Originally my 2 rings were bough at Belden in the Manchester mall. I had spent about 13,000 on the 2 rings to have them upgraded and made my second ring. A month in I kept looking my diamonds Belden woukd help me. They said I can have the same ring. I wanted my money back. I went to jareds crying and didn't want any of my rings and Paul the manager helped me and the ring I have now I'm absolutely in love with. I got to keep my original diamond too. Jared is great. I will forever be a customer there. We just went and bought my husband's ring a week ago

My fiance found me the perfect wedding band online. I called the store and Lori checked the inventory and unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. However, we made an appt and came in the next day to look at other options. When we arrived for our appt Lori was helping another customer so Nicole stepped in and helped us until she was available. We couldn't find anything in the store that was comparable in t.w. and cost so we ended up ordering the ring we found online which was a really good price. Both ladies were very pleasant, knowledgeable and worked as a team to help us find the perfect wedding band. Thank you Lori & Nicole for making this a pleasant experience with no pressure.
