Ashley helped narrow down the choices, and ended up finding the perfect ring for my wife outside what she had found on her own. I was a little easier as I already had something in mind, but when the one I thought I wanted wasn't quite right, Ashley was quick to recommend a similar option that was much more my style. When we came back to pick them up the staff was very helpful and explained the appraisal details and made sure everything was to our liking. The diamond warrenty is the best I've ever seen and doesn't require constant cleaning/check-ups like most other diamond retailers.

I went to the Kesslers Jewelry store with my son, he wanted to get earrings for his girlfriend. It was my first time in the store, he had been there a year ago to get her a ring. The staff is so friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My son bought beautiful earrings, and they made him feel so important. I asked them if they clean and polish rings from other jewlers and they were more than happy to do so. I was surprised there was no charge. When they brought my ring to me, it took my breath away, my ring looked better than when it was new!! I am definitely going back, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!! That was December 2021, I have another review for them. So today I went with my son. He wanted to get a bracelet for his girlfriend, they are celebrating 4 years together. I had other business of my own to take care of with a couple of my own jewlery pieces. I cannot tell you enough, Kesslers are top notch!! They treated us like Gold, no pun intended. My sons purchase included insurance information, beautiful packaging and everything was thoughtfully arranged on a presentation tray and everything was explained to him. As for me, they took time to polish 2 of my pieces of jewlery, they were stunning!! They also helped me with my heirloom diamond issue. They are very hospitable and accommodating. They definitely work hard to establish a relationship with every customer!!

Kesslers Diamonds is an exceptional adventure, it is rare to experience service and quality such as Kesslers! We purchased my ring from Kesslers over 6 yrs ago. No bringing your ring in every 6 months or the warranty is voided....if u ever have an issue they are able and ready to take care of you! Stopped in today to have my ring cleaned (always free) and gone over by their in house jeweler, (also no charge). My ring was returned by Denise who explained everything she did to my ring....it looked brand new again! Thanks Kesslers for being a step above all the rest!

Their expertise and knowledge helped him pick out the most beautiful, perfect engagement ring that fit my style and what I was looking for. Our sales representative, Denise, saw my engagement ring (which was NOT part of a set) and picked out the perfect match immediately. She went through our options and why one band would fit our style and our career lifestyle best. After picking out our bands, while the paperwork was being completed, my fiancé and I were directed to the customer lounge, that was stocked with a full refrigerator and treats. They also delivered us a surprise bottle of champagne and flutes to take home. Besides the outstanding customer service, that was above and beyond, I love Kessler's miraculous warranty policy. As a nurse, I wanted to ensure that if my ring got damaged in any way, it would be fixed easily. With this policy, if it was bought at Kessler’s it it guaranteed to be repaired or replaced as well as free maintenance.

I recommend them to anyone when jewelry stores are brought up. My go-to jeweler! The staff at Kesslers is just amazing! They are very customer service oriented and just nice people. Their goldsmith is an extremely talented woman. She's done some very tedious repairs for us right on the spot which was a very pleasant surprise! I live in Florida and visit family in Byron Center and I will wait to go to Kesslers for repairs or to shop! Their prices are EXTREMELY competitive. There are signs throughout the beautiful store that there is no need to wait for a sale because there won't be one. They have great prices. We’ve been coming to Kesslers for a bit over 5 years now, and we’ve never been disappointed. They have beautiful jewelry! We first came in to get an engagement ring (semi-custom), then wedding bands and several other pieces of jewelry; every time we have visited, we have never felt pressured or felt like we got a bad deal. We visit every few months to get my rings cleaned, and one visit to have a ring repaired. There has never been any questions asked. If you feel that everything is equal in a jewelry store, than look at Kesslers warranty. Unlike other large nationwide chains, you don’t have to bring your jewelry in at certain intervals to have it covered under warranty. You could buy your ring at Kesslers and never see them again. If by chance something breaks years later, they will fix it. This reason alone is worth looking at them. It also helps that the people are super nice and you can also get a can of soda or a cup of coffee and snacks while there !

After hearing ads for Kesslers on our local radio station, I wanted to make.the 30 minute trip to see if they could help me. I had a treasured family heirloom, in need of a major overhaul. I was greeted warmly by Sue, and welcomed into the Kesslers showroom. She intently listened to my concerns and turned my ring over to Michelle for an estimate.Once approved, Michelle went to work. The ring that I wanted wasn’t in stock at my local Kessler’s- so between contacting them through the site, verifying that the ring was in stock elsewhere, and having it sent to the Grandville location, Jenna had it sent there in about three days. She was super helpful throughout the emails that we exchanged; some of which were after business hours I should say. Once I got to the Grandville location, a sales associate named Mackenzie got me in right away, and brought out the ring. It looked even better in person, and she was able to have it sized up for me right then and there (was included in the free warranty that they offer). All in all about 10 minutes! I have zero experience with any jewelry retailers, but I would 100% go through them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We were struggling with an exact size so Sandra graciously offered to have the goldsmith come out to assist. That’s where the AMAZING goldsmith Michelle entered and offered to resize the ring right then while we waited (it was a simple solitaire setting so it was quick). Within 15 minutes, Michelle had it adjusted to the perfect size! I was shocked at how quickly she adjusted the size, and the ring looked brand new when she brought it back out. We also had Jacob show us men’s and women’s wedding bands and he did an excellent job explaining our options and the different between them all. Pete was WONDERFUL to work with. When we realized we wanted to get married, my husband asked me about my engagement ring. He asked, "Do you want to be involved or have it be a surprise?" I said, "Both!" He told me that we'd go shopping together, but he'd get the final pick 😉. When we went to Kessler's it was like no other jewelry store we had been to. It almost feels like you're walking into a restaurant or sports bar. They have booths where they ask you if you'd like a beverage. The booths also allow for private discussions between you and your loved one or you and the consultant. It was such a fun and welcoming environment! It made us feel at ease which is HUGE when you're feeling nervous. Pete was extremely professional and personal. He was observant, and helped me find what really made my heart sing. When he noticed I was starting to get overwhelmed, he said, "Would you mind if I made a suggestion?" "Of course!" I said. He shared that my eyes had lit up at this certain ring, and he knew that I really liked the centerpiece of a different ring. He suggested making them into one piece. As he ventured off to grab an uncut diamond to show us and have us hold (which is such a cool experience!), he told me to think about it. As soon as he left, I could feel the excitement deep in my belly. I was amazed at how talented Pete was at observing and helping me figure out what I really loved! Not only that, but after working at a jewelry store, I was shocked when he shared that they have a life time guarantee without needing to come in for cleanings every 6 months like most jewelry stores. I was blown away! My husband still got the final decision and picked out my diamond for me. Pete arranged meetings with him privately, so I would still be surprised :). After we got engaged, we returned to pick out wedding rings and the process of helping my husband pick out his ring was just as enjoyable! Thanks, Pete! My fiancé went here for my engagement ring and they made everything so easy for him. He went in told them a budget he had and what kind of ring he wanted and they gave him only those options. We started working with Sam but when we went back to look at wedding bands she was no longer with that branch. We ended up working with Katy and she was awesome. They didn't have the band I looked at originally but was able to order it and have it in store within a couple of days. All the staff is super friendly if they were not busy and could beat you to do the door they would hold it open and greet you as you walked in. The ring I got from there is really good quality also. I got another ring from a different jewelry store that the first 3 months of having that other ring it fell apart. The ring I got from Kesslers I have not once been in to get my ring fixed and I got it in early October. So before I went to kesslers, I went to another chain store and a smaller mom and pop store. The chain store I felt pressured to buy something right away and have bombarded me with phone calls and emails. My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Kessler's! Upon entering the building for the first time, we commented on how upscale it was and were sure they would have nothing within our price range. However, we were pleasantly surprised, as Kessler's had the most affordable prices out of any other place we looked into! They have a wide selection of rings for men and women, so I never felt like I wasn't able to find the type of ring I desired. My ring is absolutely gorgeous--I get compliments on it all the time, and it looks way more expensive than it is, which is a true testament to the quality of jewelry Kessler's supplies. We worked with Maylena throughout the entire process of looking for and purchasing my ring, and she even corresponded with my fiance multiple times over email to answer any questions he had. After getting engaged, we went back to Kessler's and worked with another woman who was equally cheery and helpful. What can I say?! Chances are the other 500 5-star reviews have already provided you the content necessary to know that Kessler’s is the single best choice for any of your diamond shopping needs, but just in case I decided I would share my experience. I began the search for a diamond engagement ring for my fiancé (soon to be wife in 19 days) during the summer of 2018. I researched everything- diamond specs, stores, online diamonds. I also went to three other stores before Kesslers including Jared, Zales, and Rogers & Holland. At Jared they treated me pretty lowly and had the expectation that I buy the “highest class ring.” Meanwhile, at Zales they pushed a hard sales routine of “we can only give you this special discount today.” Thirdly, at R&H the guy had his own agenda about synthetic diamonds and left little room for open thought or choice about the best option for me. And as one more note, if you haven’t put in the research you should know that Zales, Kay, and Jared are all under the same ownership, so their competition is artificial and the stores are completely based off of building a brand to their target market, with no observable shifts in quality. In other words, they are all running different marketing or sales tactics in order to optimize markup up and sales volume to hit the best revenue they can. As an aspiring CPA, I see that this is a best business practice for them. However, as a customer and soon to be husband who loves his bride and doesn’t have stake in these store’s profits, the numbers just don’t add up. Okay, so I’ve ranted long enough about why all the other stores simply couldn’t meet expectations. Now onto Kesslers. From the moment I walked into Kesslers I was treated overwhelmingly well. I was first helped by Katie, who has been my primary helper. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable (offering me any beverage, including premium beers), being aware of my price range, informing me of all* my options, and never once pushing at all. I went to Kesslers three times before finally deciding on the gorgeous engagement ring I purchased. I loved how I was shown a huge selection of diamonds. I was able to find a Lower grade 1.00 carrot Kessler 81 diamond that looked just as good or better than some of the higher grades- all because I was given the space to see so many diamonds on their own. I first tried to customize a setting only to scrap the whole thing with no shame. My setting was from one of their partners, Gabriel & Co., who have a super helpful app you should check out. The engagement went perfect and my fiancé is in love with her ring. Literally everyone asked where in the world I found a diamond that sparkles so bright. Later on, my fiancé and I went to pick out our engagement bands. The selection was great and we both found bands that we love. Again, the staff was ultra helpful. My fiancé was wowed by the store, the service, and the selection. Our bands were engraved for free. The resizing my fiancé needed was free. They gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement and upcoming marriage. And every time my fiancé has been to the store to get her ring cleaned, they treat us unbelievably well. In a culture where service and quality are being replaced by volume and turnover, Kesslers has stood its ground. If you want to be treated right, 100% of the time, get the best possible product at an always fair price, and feel proud to bring your fiancé/wife to the store you got her ring at, then look no further than Kesslers. On the off hand chance that you want a different experience, perhaps this isn’t the store for you. As long as I’m in a reasonable distance (we live in GR and use the Grandville Kesslers), I will always use Kesslers to buy my amazing women diamond jewelry in the future. I hope this says it all, and I hope if you made it to this point in my review you are starting your car to drive to Kesslers now. From one guy who just wanted to make the best choice to another, I promise you that you won’t regret going to Kesslers.

I went into Kessler's not having any experience or any idea of what I was searching for. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me and were very patient with explaining the small details. I was provided with tons of information about rings which allowed me to make an informative decision and thus, choose an engagement ring that I was proud of. I ended up having to get the ring resized and they happily did so in less time than they originally told me. This place stands above and beyond any of the fine jewelry stores in our area. The staff is wonderful and take personal and special care to make your time in there feel important and special. Where do I start. It is our 10 year anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary band. I scoured the internet and looked at the "big box" stores for bands and was not impressed with the selection or the prices. I decided to try Kesslers and let me tell you, I will NEVER go anywhere else. I found a band that I liked on their website and brought it into the store, totally expecting to be hounded by a sales pitch and forced to spend 5x more than what I could afford. I was shocked at what happened next, Pete introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for, I showed him what I found online and he he took me to the desk and found that band, unfortunately they did not have that band in stock so he called a different store to see if we could get it next day, no luck, so I said to him, let's just look to see what you have, he took me to the counter and still not being pushy showed me a band that was almost identical to the one I found online for 20.0p more. I purchased the band and told him that you have officially gained a customer for life. The people at Kesslers are kind, caring, they listen to what you want and what you need, they stick to the budget you give them and they are not pushy and they serve wine 😋. Highly recommend kesslers for any type of jewelery shopping! Went here for an engagement ring after shopping at a couple of the other "good" jewelry stores. At the other jewelry stores I felt very pressured into buying a ring and there were so many "deals" for me to take advantage of the day I went shopping. However, at kesslers it's a completely different time experience. My man Zach was such a big help the minute I walked in the door with my fiancee. Instead of shopping around we got a brief history of diamonds and what to expect in ring shopping. We moved on to looking at rings and we found a few that we both liked. Next we looked at diamonds and found the perfect diamond for the setting. We ended up leaving kesslers without buying anything and I never felt pressured to purchase anything at any time. I returned a couple days later by myself to buy the ring and Zach was very patient through the whole process. The ring took about a month to create but it wasn't going to be done in time for our vacation trip and I asked Zach if there was anything he could do. Lucky, he was able to get it done 2 days before the deadline which was a relief!! Fiancee loved the ring and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Definitely a customer for a lifetime!
