They had an excellent selection of Lab Grown diamonds. The specific diamond I wanted is rare and was not in stock but they ordered it immediately and had it just two days later! My husband and I had a wonderful time with the employees at Jensen’s when we bought my engagement ring 10 years ago, I have brought it back for free re-plating and cleaning every year since - the staff are always welcoming and helpful. They recently fixed another ring’s prongs for me as well as resized it; the employee who helped me felt like an old friend and teared up with me when I told the story behind it. Jensen Jewelers was the perfect place to find the perfect ring. I found them online when researching local jewelers, decided on a whim to give it a look, and ended up finding the exact ring that my girlfriend has been dreaming of for the exact price we could afford. Hannah was the most amazing help in this process because of her incredible patience as I looked at a lot of different ring/diamond combinations, her understanding and willingness to help me find a ring that was in my budget, and, most importantly, her engaging and genuine joy and involvement in this experience. Hannah didn’t come off as a Jeweler trying to sell me the best and most expensive diamond who didn’t really care about my life; Hannah worked with me, got to know my story a bit, and shared true pure joy with my girlfriend and I when we found THE ring and couldn’t contain our excitement. I went to Jensen to have a diamond set in a ring for my daughter and the salesperson was so incredibly helpful and offered such great advice that I decided to have my wedding ring resized with them as well. The discount on the estate ring and the sizing of mine was pleasantly very affordable! Not to mention the rings were both ready within less than a week! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

We recently purchased my engagement ring after searching many jewelry stores that carry estate jewelry. I was looking for something very specific and unique and Jensen’s large selection of estate jewelry is amazing. The ring did need to be resized, which they do for you right in the store, and it took less than a week. When I picked my ring up, I also brought my grandmother’s wedding ring in that has been missing a diamond for many years, and they found a diamond to fit it perfectly. I’m looking forward to picking it up and being able to wear her ring on my right hand! It has been a great experience each time I go into the store. Everyone is so kind and friendly that work there. He’s definitely a man who is dedicated to his customers and providing them exactly what they need. During our first visit he provided us the steps we needed to take to be able to fix my boyfriend‘s watch (mind you when we brought it to a big name jeweler they turned us away), a week later we brought the watch back with the additional parts and he took the time out of his day to fix not only my boyfriend’s watch, but also mine. Jensen Jewelers, can’t say enough great things about them. I purchased an engagement ring from them, wedding band, and a 5 year ring. They do all the work right in house, including re-sizing. The larger companies ship repairs out, and it takes 2-3 weeks. Just great up front honest people who don’t try to upsell or pressure you into buying something.

This is a free service that they offer and they always turn it around in a day or two. I highly recommend Jensen Jewelers for any jewelry that you are planning to purchase.

Been in there a couple of times. Nice place. Gotta see how it goes when I bring my watch back in on Monday. They recently put a battery in it and it hasn't been right since. So we'll see come tomorrow... So, initially I brought a ring in at the same time for a repair. Picked it up today and it's beautiful. Good job. Had them take a look at my watch again and it still isn't right. Can't really say what the heck happened and is it a coincidence it "broke" when I had them work on it? I don't know but, my wife's grandma's diamond ring they repaired is awesome looking, so 4.75 ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ stars.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped into Jensen Jewelers and were instantly given a warm welcome by a member of their team named Mitch. We were in to get advice about how to go about getting our watches resized (since mine was passed down from my grandpa and needed new links in order to fit me). Mitch said that if we could find a replicate watch he would take good care of us the next time we were in. He then took the time to get to know us personally and our love story which led into looking at engagement rings (which was a fun and zero pressure experience for when the time comes). We stopped in a week later with what we needed and asked for Mitch specifically and he did what he had promised. My girlfriend and I now can both wear our watches and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will 100% come back to Jensen and recommend jewelry needs to anyone I know and advise they do business with Mitch! Thanks again, the work is much appreciated! :)

For example, if your ring you purchased doesn't fit quite right they will fit it or replace it. My husband purchased my rings for an anniversary gift. 18 years later I suddenly discovered the diamond was loose. While looking at my diamond the wonderful clerk noticed my wedding band was tight. The sales staff was friendly, took the time to educate him and didn’t pressure him like he experienced other places. When we bought my band there later we were again met with friendliness, helpfulness, and had all our questions answered. When I called back a few weeks ago and asked if they would be able to resize both my rings within a few hours instead of the standard week, they were extremely accommodating being I don’t live super close and my job doesn’t give me much time to come in. They had my rings done in 3 hours while I stayed in town. If you want a nice calm, non-pushy environment to shop in, I highly recommend. They have great options with estate diamonds as well which can be more budget friendly. We will be back to Jensen jewelers in the future

I originally went to Zales and ordered my ring on January 2, 2022. The ring arrived at the store on January 12, 2022 however as of January 20, 2022 I still hadn’t received a phone call or email from Zales telling me I could pick up the ring so I started getting nervous because I was proposing to my girlfriend on January 23. So I googled the phone number and seen the store had been temporarily closed. Digging into it more I found out the stores had been closed since January 14. So I waited one more day and new I had to go get a new ring from somewhere else. On January 21 I went to Jensen’s in Hudsonville. Taralynn completely saved me. She was so friendly and within 20 minutes helped me pick out the perfect ring. And in less than 2 hours the ring was sized, received a phone call and a text telling me I could pick it up. Such great, friendly and quick service and needless to say the ring at Zales will be returned. My now fiancé said “of course” when I got down on my knee. And I owe a huge thank you to Jensen’s and shoutout to Taralynn for taking care of me. We will be back to Jensen’s to pick out our wedding bands as they have now become my preferred jeweler as they should be yours.

I had a design in mind for a ring and showed them just a few pictures and within a week they had a design ready to show me. This is coming from a man that knows nothing about diamonds or rings. I also dislike salesmen that want to pressure you into the ring that brings them the highest commission. What I found was the perfect customer service and the perfect ring. I showed them a picture of the ring that my now fiance liked, and they found several rings that were close from their suppliers. They even ordered my ring at no cost to me just to look at it. They helped me out when my fiance wanted to stop and look at rings. I called ahead and they played along like I had never been there before. She never found out until I told her later. My fiance is extremely picky about the places she shops. Being from hudsonville I thought it’s only right to come here when I finally decided to get the guts to ask Paige to marry me. Thank god I did. After emailing a few pictures of what I wanted the ring to look like, Jensen Jewelers was on it right away. They sent me CAD designs of what the ring would look like and all it's dimensions. They also created a plastic version of the ring for me to look at in person before officially settling on the design. I worked with Taralynn at Jensen earlier this year for an engagement ring. When starting the process, I was very skeptical on who to trust as I had never bought a piece of jewelry before. After searching Google, and visiting a couple others I put Jensen on my list of places to consider as they seemed very accommodating. It turned out that was truly the case, and not just sales fluff. After being shown multiple options for various stores, I had decided I wanted a custom made ring. While other stores could have done a custom ring, Jensen was able to turn it around much faster, and it was done before promised! Taralynn also spent a lot of time to help me understand what to look for in a diamond beyond specs on a piece of paper, I took this knowledge while looking at other jewelers and Jensen had by far the best deal on an amazing diamond that I couldn't find elsewhere. Even compared to Blue Nile prices! My fiancee couldn't be happier with everything about the ring and it makes me happy to see her show it off. I never paid much attention to other's engagement rings but now that I've been through this I can see how much better this diamond looks compared to others even considering price! For example, I had Jensen order in a custom engagement ring for me, which required some back and forth communication about ring specifications, delivery timing, etc. When I was not able to reach the gal I initially worked with, other employees often had to ask me all the basic questions I had already answered in order to be able to help me. The gal I worked with initially only wrote the notes about my order on a personal note pad, and other employees could not easily reference that when I called or stopped in. Regardless, Jensen seemed to me much more honest and genuine than the chain jewelers, and that is so important to me as a customer. I would certainly use Jensen for any future jewelry needs.
