I called a couple different places when looking to sell some estate pieces, but this one was the first that I stopped into in person. After talking with the staff and then with Mark who looked at my pieces, I knew I needed to go no further. They were very transparent with their offer, everything was explained to me, it was every bit as Fair as using an online service to facilitate this transaction. I would highly recommend this location for selling estate pieces and or jewelry. Thank you to all of the staff I interacted with, I will definitely be back.

I was in a few weeks ago and Mark gave me such incredible service and I was meaning to do a review but got busy and just forgot. I was looking to sell some jewelry for my elderly mother. Mark explain the entire process to me and helped me understand the reasons of pricing on the (second hand market). The price Mark offered was very fair. We had carried on a great discussion, even after I had sold all my mothers items. The point is, folks this is not the type of service or (caring for a complete stranger) that you will get anywhere in the world now a days. Customer service as I am sure you can relate, is for the most part poor to non existence most every place you go. Mark and Jeff I do appreciate both of you for taking the time and actually caring. I have not bought jewelry in many years. I will now only go to Jensens. You have a friend for life. Again thank you.

We traveled from Cheboygan and I'm so glad we did! I sold a coin collection and imo I got the best prices for them around the state! My mother also sold some jewelry. The staff was knowledgeable in the items, and were extremely helpful in sorting through the collection. I would suggest to anyone to stop by Jensen Estate Buyers if you are looking for jewelry or coins.

So coming in to sell a pair of earrings my ungrateful little sister didn’t want for Christmas I wasn’t expecting it to be any different then any other sales I’ve made before. However something about today really made it a different experience for me! It’s like the sales workers were on cloud 9 happy as ever! Greeting me by name! Asking questions about my personal life! Skip the hassle y’all and just come here ! Take my word!! So I’ve been on this month long battle of trying to find a place who will pay accordingly for one of my diamond rings. I had given up until one of my good friends told me they just had sold their pair of earrings to Jensen‘s and got almost as much as she originally paid for, so sure enough I go into the store and leave WITHOUT a ring and a decent amount of money I was actually happy to sell the ring for!! Definitely wish I knew about this place sooner! I will ONLY be coming here from now on.

I have been buying coins from Jensen’s for over 5 years and it has become a weekly ritual to stop and see what kind of treasures they have acquired. Mark and Ward ( and Dan before them) have always been incredibly fair and accommodating. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for a new place to spend your hard-earned cash. And go frequently since you never know what they might have. It really is like a treasure hunt!

prior to reading the reviews of Jensen‘s I originally thought that it was just a place to sell jewelry so I never went in because I had nothing to sell, but after reading the reviews I found out they sell things as well! When I came in I came across the most BEAUTIFUL pair of earrings I had ever seen. And to this day I still get compliments on them. Needless to say don’t judge a book by its cover you might miss out on a life long jewelry piece!

I dealt with Mark when I went to Jensen not knowing what to expect. I imagine there are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable gold/silver/jewelry buyers around the Grand Rapids area so it was gratifying that he took away the apprehension by talking me through the process. He answered all of my questions no matter how silly they may have been and made me feel very comfortable with his explanations. I've traded in certain collectables before, mostly cards, comic books, and sports memorabilia so I understood that they were entitled to some profit and I thought that what I received for the items I brought them was more than reasonable. I inherited what I thought was a lot of "junk" a few years ago and it sat in my basement until the "covid plague" struck and I decided to go through it and get rid of it. It turns out that I had around $3000.00 worth of "junk" and I parted with most of it, saving some of it for eBay. A pleasant experience to say the least. If your looking to dispose of old jewelry or silver I wouldn't hesitate to give Jensen a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
