Cant express how happy I was with everything. Went to pick out a watch for my college graduation and they were beyond helpful. Not only did they answer every question I had about the watch I wanted, but they let me look at, and ask questions about their used section. These of course were much more expensive than the one I was looking at. However the worker recognized my fascination and took the time to show me everything and answer everything. At no point were they pushy or overbearing on sales. They took the time to replace straps, check inventory, and even see if they could order specific bands. I walked out with a watch, and a bunch of free Hamilton swag. Safe to say these guys will be my go to from now on weather it’s for myself or recommending it to someone else. I don’t remember the salesman’s name specifically but he was tall with blonde hair. Although I should mention that everyone their was incredibly friendly.

I had 4 of my rings resized that were handed down by my Grandmother. They appraised them for free, cleaned them and even got one of them that had been severely scratched, buffed and looking brand new. Dropped in here to get a wrist-pin fixed in my watch & was greeted by Paul. He got me in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. He was super friendly & was happy to get me fixed up. He even took the extra step to correct a pin I had attempted to fix on my own. Definitely will be returning for future repairs, or any of my time-piece needs. EXTRA: Store was very clean, organized & cozy/welcoming environment. Professional, but relaxed feeling, which is easier on an average Joe like myself.

This was the best experience I have had at a jewelry store in years. The people are so friendly and light hearted. I took my watch to two different jewelers that told me it would take at least a week or two just to change a battery. Not sure why it took me so long to find this great little jewelry store, but I'm glad I did. I've bought my adult daughters Christmas presents from DeVries for the past few years. Excellent experience!! I came in as a first time customer to have a new watch sized and have a few links taken off to fit my wrist, as well as to have a battery replaced on my old watch. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door by a friendly employee. He took my old watch and worked on it for awhile before discovering that it was not repairable. He sized my other watch out perfectly, and told me to have a great day! I wasn't charged a dime-only given a smile and a "come back and see us next time!" You sir, have all my future business!! I had an extremely positive experience. I had my wedding ring repaired, as well as another ring. They charged me less then my original estimate and notified me it was done sooner then I expected. I’m not sure how they polished it but it looks better then it did when we bought it 39 years ago. I will definitely be back!!!

I purchased my wedding ring from DeVries over 40 years ago. Recently I had noticed that I was having trouble getting it off and needed it resized. I dropped it off last week and picked it up today. My finger seems to have shrunk and the ring was a little TOO big. The jeweler offered to resize it smaller. Instead we decided to put in a sizer, to make it smaller in the winter and I can make it a little bigger in warm weather. I am VERY pleased with the service.
