Abbie helped my fiancé design my engagement ring and I am so happy with the finished result. It was all a surprise for me, but he told me she was so helpful and accommodating. He was planning to propose on our vacation and the ring wouldn't be ready in time so they set the diamond in a temporary band free of charge so his proposal could still be special. He was told it would take about a month for the finished band to be ready, but it only took a week! And then it only took them 3 days to do the final setting. The ring is so pretty and I can't stop looking at it! Can't wait to pick out our wedding bands here.

The older gentleman there is always enjoyable to work with as well! Never too pushy and fun to work with. I remember buying my Citizen watch from him a few years back and he was very helpful in opinion and with my questions! I was so paranoid my wedding set would be too small as I did have to take it back after the wedding to get sized up, which I hear is very common, and Tina and Abby were so patient and understanding of my fears. My fiance and I had the best experience with Riddle's. We went to other jewelers and were told that they would not be able to size my engagement ring down to my size. Abby was able to work their master jeweler and get the ring sized down. The ring turned out to be perfect! I cannot express how thankful I am for the team at Riddle's. Riddle’s has been the absolute best to us. We got my husband’s wedding band from them and it needed to be resized right away when we got it. When we got it back, we realized it was then way too small and we were just a few days away from getting married in another town. They were able to rush another resizing and we got it back just in time! They turned a very nerve-racking time into a pleasant experience. We contacted Abby about the possibility of restoring the ring so it could be given back to my wife's grandmother. I went into Riddles with a photo of the ring I wanted. That was the only one, I was set on it. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in store, and needless to say I was disappointed. Abby asked if she could show us a couple of other things she thought we’d like, and although I was skeptical, we looked. Not even 15 minutes later, she found one that both my fiancé and I loved even more than the original one we went there for. After my Mom passed away I got two of her of her rings, I took them in and my request was to size one of them up, and one them down, and them put them together, but I didn't want to change the look of either of them. I worked with Becky, she listened to every word I said, and did just what I asked. It was ready for pickup a week before the ETA. When I went in to get it I was, nervous and excited all at the same time. I took one look at it and instantly started to cry. Becky did a unbelievable job. I would recommend her for any jewelry

My fiance and I would like to share our experience with Riddle's. We have an engagement ring from a close friend who's marriage tragically didnt work. We went to riddles with the ring, receipt, and intent of using the funds from that ring towards a brand new ring my fiance fancied. The sales staff (Tina and Abby) were very personable, wonderful, helpful people that relentlessly helped us under the umbrella of stipulations we relayed to them under initial communications. After presenting many options with enthusiasm, and tangible patience, we found the most perfect ring for us. I'd like to thank them personally for dealing with me, as it's not easy to appease me, nor is it easy to keep me engaged with service throughout due to the fact I do not like to be jived, pushed, or BS'd in any way. This post is one of the promises I made to them for presenting us with a great deal. I'd also like to exclaim this post is contrarian to our experience with Kay Jewelers who had a rude, pushy, demoralizing sales staff that did not dignify, or empower the buyer in any relation to what good service would represent. I am the husband not the bride, and we will be the Sheldon's.

Hi everyone, just a typical car guy here buying jewelry for my mother with all of her grandchildren birth stones represented on the necklace. Yes you would be correct I had no idea what I was doing, looking at, or how to go about finding something that would look amazing. Let me tell you Margo was amazing! She was super patient with me. Margo explained everything from the different pendants to the different types of stones I could use to really make the piece really shine! Margo also was super knowledgeable on what type of chain would best suit the piece. A big thing that stuck out to me about Margo is that she worked with me on my budget. She didn't try to up sell me or try to make me buy something that A didn't look good and B didn't blow my budget out of the water. So guys if your looking for one heck of a lady to help you buy something for any of the ladies in your life I would talk to Margo! You won't be disappointed!

10 out of 4 stars!!! Customer Service second to none. My wife lost her engagement and wedding bands from 17 years ago. Luckily I had the original paperwork and Abby used the SKUs tracked down the original vendor and they were able to reproduce both rings just as they were when they first went on her finger 17 years ago!!!!
