Easy access in West Acres Shopping Center lower level. Repairs are done by professionals. Repair charges are reasonable and time when repair done is provided at drop off. I only go here for all my jewelry repairs.

Great shop. Jackson repaired a family ring that every other jeweler in town said could not be repaired - that was over two years ago and my daughter has worn her Grandmother's ring every day since. Very knowledgeable, courteous and timely.

Best shop in town! One of a VERY FEW places that can/will change a watch battery or take links out of a watch band. Also basically the only place I know of that sells watch bands. They are also able to actually fix watches; which for brands like Seiko, Citizen, and many others is a much cheaper option than replacing them. Batteries, band sizings, engravings, custom work... you name it! My favorite place in town bar none!

My first experience wasn't great. I was trying to have my watch hands realigned, and all of the sub dial hands fell off. The second experience was much better. The rotor fell off of my SKX and they were able to repair it quickly. I have another piece i'd like to have the look at, hopefully it's not too much money. I do with the store had better hours.

Idk what that last review was all about, seems like something you would want to take the time to speak with the owner about. My experience with the Jewelry and Watch repair store has been nothing but excellent. I have brought a few items in and they either fix it right in front of my face or give me a claim check and it was done in a few days. I've tried bringing my watches to other stores but more often then not, they do not have the ability to fix them, not to mention, the other stores tried to charge me more. Jewelry and Watch Repair is the way to go.

Cute little ma and pa type of feel workshop in the lower level of west acres mall. Park and go in the west mall door and it's about halfway down the long hallway going north, and go downstairs to the right down the hallway. They are all super nice and accommodating, making sure everything was double checked to be correct and in good shape before I departed. Yay!
