A few weeks ago, I took my wedding rings to Helzberg’s because one of the prongs on the center diamond needed to be replaced. I also needed to have my rings sized. When I picked up my rings, the diamond had been mounted in the band much lower than it had been done originally. I asked them to adjust the diamond by raising it up like it had been before the prong repair and sizing. They sent it back to the repairman a second time. I picked it up today and it is still lower than it was originally. I’m so disappointed.

Highly recommend. Staff was amazing. Within 10 minutes of talking they figured out exactly what I was hoping to find. I spent hours in multiple other stores with no luck. I felt that they listened carefully to what I wanted and presented what they heard instead of walking me around their displays showing me 100's of rings I wouldn't be interested in.

Extremely friendly, very helpful. Went in to buy a ring (only planned on having it for a couple days). She was great and showed me every thing until found the right one! Large selection in every price range. Upon returning of the ring they took it right back with no issue, no questions asked, until I had to spill what I had done. Great to deal with and will definitely go back when interested in actually putting a ring upon a girls finger!

Fast service to get my ring cleaned and inspected. Diamonds are crazy overpriced, but that's every jewelry store. Save your money and get a fake diamond.
